Now for my explanation as to why this silly little argument of context does not matter one lousy iota. Whether the liberal left wants to be intellectually honest about this or not —- the phrase “let’s take these sons of bitches out” is a call to violence — Period, end of discussion.
The problem now is this, what is going to be the liberal left’s reaction and response, when some liberal thug shows up at a Tea Party protest, start harassing people; and some Conservative pulls out a gun, and shoots him dead? Further, what is going to be the left’s reaction and response when some person, who grasp on reality is not that of a normal, sane, rational person — and he shows up at a union organized rally somewhere, with a assault rifle and starts shooting people? What will left do then? Will they blame Hoffa? Will they denounce their own? No, what they will do is blame the right for editing a video and accusing the right of ginning up the rhetoric. It is a classic Neo-Liberal, Frankfurt Institute of political correctness response.
This is a classical liberal tactic; Fox News and the Conservative Blogosphere took the bait and now we have this; this sort of nonsense right here makes me want to pack in it with Blogging. This whipping of the political arenas into virtual bloodlust for the other side is most disgusting. Both sides do it; and it totally pisses me the hell off. I am not a man who enjoys violence at all. In fact, the only reason I would ever want to own a gun, is for personal protection — not to carry around with me, unless I had to.
Further, another thing that really angers me is the fact that the President of the United States will not say one damned word to denounce Hoffa’s comments at all. It is because the Obama Administration has its nose square up the ass of the labor movement — for votes. Not that he honestly gives two flips about the actual ordinary people of the labor movement, you know the actual workers? You see, the President, along with Hillary and Bill Clinton are what is known as internationalist Democrats. They see American in the context of the international community, not America for the great Country she is.
So, do not expect the White House to issue any sort of denunciation of these remarks. Because this is, what the White House wanted and the right, as they are prone to do — took the bait and ran with it. I hope that this does not turn into a huge issue, because the Liberals need something desperately to hold against the right, as liberal policies have failed Americans and the Democrats need a cover, badly.

The man who led the controversial Fast and Furious anti-gun-trafficking operation will step down as the interim head of Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, the Justice Department announced Tuesday as it named a new acting director for the agency.
Kenneth Melson, the bureau’s acting director, on Wednesday will move to the Office of Legal Policy, where he will be a senior adviser on forensic science, the department said without making reference to the failed gun-tracking operation that is alleged to have ultimately put guns into the hands of criminals. Dennis Burke, the U.S. Attorney in Arizona who oversaw prosecutions in that state related to the Fast and Furious operation, is also stepping down, the department said.
“Ken brings decades of experience at the department and extensive knowledge in forensic science to his new role, and I know he will be a valuable contributor on these issues,” Attorney General Eric Holder said of Melson in a statement. “As he moves into this new role, I want to thank Ken for his dedication to the department over the last three decades.”
Melson’s replacement is B. Todd Jones, the U.S. Attorney for the District of Minnesota. Jones “is a demonstrated leader who brings a wealth of experience to this position,” Holder said. “I have great confidence that he will be a strong and steady influence guiding ATF in fulfilling its mission of combating violent crime by enforcing federal criminal laws and regulations in the firearms and explosives industries.”

What I want to know is; how do they know this person was involved? That video was grainy. I did not see any definite proof that this man even did it! Not only that; how do we know this man did not provoke the attack? How can we trust the credibility of the witnesses; are they black too? Can we trust them? ANN ARBOR (WWJ) – A 21-year-old Muslim woman, claiming that she was the victim of a hate crime as she drove along a street in Ann Arbor over the weekend.
WWJ’s Mike Campbell reports that Ann Arbor police will only say that they are looking into a case of an alleged hate crime. And, the FBI isn’t commenting on a report from the Council on American Islamic Relations that it has asked them to investigate this case.
Reportedly, a woman was driving in Ann Arbor when she saw a black Dodge Ram pickup pull up next to her and the driver started racially taunting her, saying that her people didn’t belong here, that she was a terrorist and her people need to be killed. She said she dialed 911 and when she looked back in her mirror, the guy was actually pointing a gun at her. That’s when she says she actually started to get scared. Otherwise, she said it happens all the time because she often is seen wearing her head scarf out in public.
Nobody was hurt in this incident. Police say they are looking into it; they ran the license plate on the car that she gave them and it doesn’t match that pickup.
Let’s see here, the Palestinians are doing this, and I am supposed to feel sorry for her? Fat Chance. 🙄

WEST ALLIS – Witnesses tell Newsradio 620 WTMJ and TODAY’S TMJ4 of a mob of young people attacking innocent fair-goers at the end of the opening night of State Fair, with some callers claiming a racially-charged scene.
Milwaukee Police confirmed there were assaults outside the fair.
Witnesses’ accounts claim everything from dozens to hundreds of young black people beating white people as they left State Fair Thursday night.
Authorities have not given official estimates of the number of people involved in the attacks.
“It looked like they were just going after white guys, white people,” said Norb Roffers of Wind Lake in an interview with Newsradio 620 WTMJ. He left the State Fair Entrance near the corner of South 84th Street and West Schlinger Avenue in West Allis.
“They were attacking everybody for no reason whatsoever.”
“It was 100% racial,” claimed Eric, an Iraq war veteran from St. Francis who says young people beat on his car.
“I had a black couple on my right side, and these black kids were running in between all the cars, and they were pounding on my doors and trying to open up doors on my car, and they didn’t do one thing to this black couple that was in this car next to us. They just kept walking right past their car. They were looking in everybody’s windshield as they were running by, seeing who was white and who was black. Guarantee it.”
Eric, a war veteran, said that the scene he saw Thursday outside State Fair compares to what he saw in combat.
“That rated right up there with it. When I saw the amount of kids coming down the road, all I kept thinking was, ‘There’s not enough cops to handle this.’ There’s no way. It would have taken the National Guard to control the number of kids that were coming off the road. They were knocking people off their motorcycles.”
I believe this would be a good opportunity to inform people that it is a good idea to arm themselves, within the law in your State of course; just the same, if someone had been armed — this likely would not have happened. I am, quite frankly, shocked that not more bloggers are not writing about this incident. I guess fear and political correctness trump the truth anymore.

US debt shot up $238 billion to reach 100 percent of gross domestic project after the government’s debt ceiling was lifted, Treasury figures showed Wednesday.
Treasury borrowing jumped Tuesday, the data showed, immediately after President Barack Obama signed into law an increase in the debt ceiling as the country’s spending commitments reached a breaking point and it threatened to default on its debt.
The new borrowing took total public debt to $14.58 trillion, over end-2010 GDP of $14.53 trillion, and putting it in a league with highly indebted countries like Italy and Belgium.
Public debt subject to the official debt limit — a slightly tighter definition — was $14.53 trillion as of the end of Tuesday, rising from the previous official cap of $14.29 trillion a day earlier.
Treasury had used extraordinary measures to hold under the $14.29 trillion cap since reaching it on May 16, while politicians battled over it and over addressing the country’s bloating deficit.
The official limit was hiked $400 billion on Tuesday and will be increased in stages over the next 18 months.

The truth is, I agree with this man’s premise; yes, radical Islam is an issue. However, I very highly disagree with his notion that violence is the way to handle that issue. Further more, I agree with his premise that culture Marxism is a problem as well. But I wholeheartedly reject the notion that violence is the answer. Believe me, I am not the only one. Even some of the more radical traditionalists reject his notion of violence as well. In fact, one radical traditionalist says this:

In a weak defense of the Law Enforcement community, let me simply say this. 99% of the Law Enforcement Officers out there, are as straight as a damned arrow. It is that 1% of the idiots who happen to make it past the academy and are able to pass request tests; and then proceed to go out and act like idiots, that give the rest of the guys and gals, who do that sort of work —- a very bad name.
By the way, this happened in Canton, Ohio; and the local police down there have a Facebook Page. They have addressed this issue. I do truly hope that the Canton Police thinks long and hard about what to do with this officer. Because judging from the e-mails that I have got about this situation; there are a whole bunch of angry people in Ohio and around the Country now about this situation.
Which brings me to my next point; typically a Law Enforcement Officer’s job is a dangerous one. Since the major change in Government here in 2008, that job has gotten even more dangerous. Whenever a Democrat is in the White House, places like Ohio, especially in the more rural areas; become very hostile towards people in uniform and Government in General. This little incident right here, only exacerbates that problem. Truth is, most police officers are on edge already; and now, especially in Ohio, they are really are going to be on edge, because one of their own abused the powers of his badge.
Again, I truly believe that this is an isolated case and that this is just one bad apple in the local police department down there. Things do happen that cause officers to act like this; personal family problems, man might have had a bad night or has some sort of health issue. The truth is, we really do not know what triggered this. However, I will say that my heart goes out to the police officers in Canton, Ohio and the surrounding area; because now, they are going to have to be on pins and needles for a while, until this situation blows over. Which will mean that they will be under more stress.
The truth is my friends; that the State and Local and even County Lew Enforcement Officers are simply doing their jobs. When someone, like this idiot at the link above, does something as stupid as this, that job gets much more difficult. Here is hoping that the Canton Police Department does the right thing in this situation.

An angry mother stood before a judge Friday afternoon in a barebones courtroom at the Richland County jail, describing the fractured skull, busted nose and broken eye socket her son received during an early Monday morning beating in Five Points.
Vicki Strange’s voice never quivered as she described racing to the hospital in the wee hours to get to her 18-year-old son, Carter Strange. She recalled standing in the emergency room and seeing a man on a gurney being wheeled down the hall, thinking, “That poor man.”
As nurses wheeled the man closer, Vicki Strange thought his hair looked familiar. Then she noticed the hands.
Vicki Strange speaks to a judge at a June 24 bond hearing for Tyheem Henrey. Henrey, 19, was charged for his alleged role in the beating of Strange’s 18-year-old son, Carter Strange, who was running home through Five Points to make curfew on Monday. The hearing was held at Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center.

“It was his hair and his hands, but the rest of him did not look like my son,” she said.
Strange told her story before City Judge Dana Turner during a bond hearing at Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center for one of eight people charged in connection with the brutal attack.
“Carter didn’t have a chance to fight against those eight,” Vicki Strange said. “Now, I get to fight for him.”
Tyheem Jaqui Henrey, 19, of Old Manor Road in the St. Andrews area was detained on a $750,000 bond on charges of second-degree assault and battery by a mob, robbery and conspiracy to commit a crime.
A 14-year-old, 15-year-old and 16-year-old also have been charged with the same crimes as Henrey. A 13-year-old and three 16-year-olds have been charged with criminal conspiracy, Columbia police said. Their names have not been released because of their ages.
Now, some thoughts of my very own — about this case and those who committed this crime:
Whenever I encounter a case like this, where a group of blacks target a white person and do them physical harm, I have a terrible reaction. Images flash through my mind; my cousin being shot and killed in Detroit by two black police officers. I have an impulse reaction, my southern roots come to the surface; I want more than justice served on those who did the crime to this person; I want blood, their blood to spill for having the gall to attack a fellow white man. However then, common sense kicks in and I forced to realize that we do have a justice system in this Country and using that is a bit more sensible than a lynch mob is. That is because I have to stop and remember, we are a Constitutional Republic and in a Constitutional Republic mob rules are not the style or system of Government — But Jury trials and innocent until proven guilty beyond reasonable doubt is.
The second thing I truly begin to wonder is, “where are the parents of these black kids?” This ought to be a case study or a textbook example in the failures of parenting a child. The perfect example of why a strong Christian Father and Mother, and why Godly administered discipline is paramount to a controlled home and children who live in submission to parents and to God. It has been said that if a parent does not discipline a child; then society will —- and in this case, it was proven correctly.
Lastly, this is a textbook case to the fact that Multiculturalism, Black Entitlement, and Black Empowerment should be considered a total abject failure. This beating was a direct result of the progressive “pot stirring” that has taken place by the Marxist or progressive left in this Country for years. These black youths beat this white kid, because they figured that because they were black, they would most likely get away with it or get off with a light sentence. As kids and growing up; these young men were most likely told that they were entitled to anything and everything that a White Man was and more, because they were black. This fosters a mindset of “I can do whatever I please, because I am black” and this is a result of that reckless and very ignorant mindset.
I have to hand it to the mother and father of this young white man. If that were my kid — let us just say I would not be that calm about the situation; and there would be a great deal of black people in that town, who would be in fear for their lives.
In a new video which recently surfaced online, the Taliban appears to brutally and systematically execute 16 unarmed Pakistani policemen in what the terror group called a revenge killing.
The video of the massacre, which reportedly took place in early June, was posted online last week and confirmed by the Pakistani army today. It shows the policemen — who are not in uniform — standing in a line before a Taliban member who appears to be lecturing them. The man, who appears to act as the militants’ commander, accuses the policemen of executing six children in a previous operation and claims their imminent deaths are revenge, according to a summary posted with the video.
Several Taliban members then open fire on the group until all the policemen have fallen. A wailing cry is heard in the background after the initial volley. After reloading, a single fighter walks over each body and shoots them once more in the head.
But yet, President Barack Obama wants to try and negotiate with these monsters.
My friends, you do not negotiate with criminals and cold blooded killers; these people hate Liberty and Freedom. They hate Israel and Jews; kind of like the liberal left and some of the Paleo-Conservative and libertarian right. They are not rational, sane, human beings — they are cold blooded killers. We did not negotiate with Charles Manson and his cult — so why the hell would we negotiate with people like this?

Downtown St. Louis, Mo. (KTVI_FOX2)—
A former Democratic political operative has been indicted by federal authorities for allegedly planting a bomb in a CLayton parking garage in 2008. The bomb went off, seriously injuring a Clayton attorney. Police believe he was not the bomber’s intended target.
Milton Ohlsen iii nicknamed “Skip” is well known to law enforcement. He’s also well known in Democratic political circles. The feds now say he’s the one who planted a bomb in a garage at 190 Carondolet plaza in Clayton on October 15, 2008.
Federal prosecutors say ohlsen made the bomb and put it in the parking garage where it went off and injured clayton attorney John Gillis.
Federal agents say Gillis was the wrong target. They say Ohlsen was actually trying to kill attorney Richard Eisen who drove a similar car. Eisen represented Ohlsen’s wife in a messy divorce case.
Starting in 2004 Ohlsen was used as a consultant by the Missouri Democratic party. He even had lunch at the governor’s mansion with then-governor Bob Holden.
Okay, somebody tell me again, about just how the Democratic Party is the party of peace? These are Obama’s people folks; they are the ones who do this sort of stuff. Yeah, I know about Watergate, that was years ago and personally, I believe Nixion was set up by people within the GOP and Government who did not like him. (You know, like Democrats?)
Anyhow, look for the Republicans to use this against the current Governor of Missouri.
(CNSNews.com) – At a congressional hearing on Muslim radicalization in U.S. prisons, Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee (D-Texas) said that investigators needed to analyze Christian militants in America because they too might try to “bring down the country.”
In an exchange with witness Patrick Dunleavy, the former deputy inspector of the criminal intelligence unit, New York Department of Correctional Services, Rep. Jackson Lee mentioned the case of a man who blew up an abortion clinic and proposed that this perhaps was an attempt to undermine U.S. law that allows a woman to procure an abortion.
Rep. Lee then said, “As we look to be informational, we should include an analysis of how Christian militants or others might bring down the country. We have to look broadly, do we not?”
Dunleavy answered: “I don’t know that Christian militants have foreign country backing or foreign country financing.”
Lee then said, “I don’t think that’s the issue. The issue is whether or not their intent is to undermine the laws of this nation. And I think it is clear that that is the case. So it’s not — your distinction is not answering the question.
This proves it right here; that liberals equate small time lone wolf criminals to foreign funded Muslim terrorists. I see the point she is making; and it is a stupid one, there is no comparison.

This is what we ought to be investigating in this Country, is how things like this were funded by Liberals in this Country.
We as Americans are supposed to be sane, rational people. We are told that not all blacks feel this way. We, as Conservatives, who reject the idea of “group thought” or collectivism, are not supposed to believe that all blacks feel this way. However, when you have a liberal senator comparing the actions of a few extremists to the actions of a globally funded group of Muslim terrorists; one must ask, where do her loyalties lie? One must ask, does she agree with the militant Negros like the ones in the video above? Who, by the way, agree with Al-Qaeda terrorists, — that America should be destroyed.
It is questions like this, which I ask on this blog. There is a battle for the soul of America; these are two of the groups, which wish to overthrow the power structure in this Country. This is why I blog, this is why I write, to fight against this liberal, idiotic mentality; because I do not wish to see my Country overran by those who wish to destroy her from within.

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas (CBS) — A judge in Corpus Christi, Texas had some harsh words for a mother charged with spanking her own child before sentencing her to probation.
“You don’t spank children today,” said Judge Jose Longoria. “In the old days, maybe we got spanked, but there was a different quarrel. You don’t spank children.”
Rosalina Gonzales had pleaded guilty to a felony charge of injury to a child for what prosecutors had described as a “pretty simple, straightforward spanking case.” They noted she didn’t use a belt or leave any bruises, just some red marks.
As part of the plea deal, Gonzales will serve five years probation, during which time she’ll have to take parenting classes, follow CPS guidelines, and make a $50 payment to the Children’s Advocacy Center.
She was arrested back in December after the child’s paternal grandmother noticed red marks on the child’s rear end. The grandmother took the girl, who was two years-old at the time, to the hospital to be checked out.
Gonzales who doesn’t have custody of the child or her other two children, is trying to get them back, but until CPS feels she is ready the kids are living with their paternal grandmother.
Really? We know the judge’s name — and I regard this as an utter dereliction of duty — but who’s the prosecutor who decided to bring charges? Both should be ridden out of office on a rail for this outrageous interference with parental authority.
And have you noticed that the same people who want to undermine parental authority — say by sending parents to jail for spanking kids — also demand a high degree of parental responsibility for things kids do, to the point of jailing parents when kids don’t go to school?

I agree Glenn and I would love nothing more than to get this idiot Judge’s home address and telephone number and post it here to the blog. Because, I figure this idiot is a public servant; he wants to make stupid decisions like this, he should not have a problem with his home phone number being up and he should not mind getting phone calls at his house about making such an idiotic decision.
Of course, we really should not be surprised at this sort of thing really. Liberals have been trying to stop corporal punishment for years. They have outlawed it in most schools, and now they are starting prosecute parents who dare to do it to their children. This is also a textbook example as to why you do not elect activist judges or allow liberal Presidents to win elections. Because when you do; things happen — like this right here.

The US has killed Ilyas Kashmiri, one of al Qaeda’s most dangerous military commanders and strategists, in a Predator airstrike yesterday in South Waziristan.
Kashmiri is said to be one of nine members of the al Qaeda-linked Harkat-ul Jihad Islami, or HUJI, who were killed in yesterday’s Predator airstrike that leveled a compound in the Wana area of South Waziristan.
A Harkat-ul Jihad Islami spokesman named Abu Hanzla Kashir told Dawn that Kashmiri was killed in the attack. Kashir also threatened to attack the US to avenge Kashmiri’s death.
“We confirm that our Amir (leader) and commander in chief, Mohammad Ilyas Kashmiri, along with other companions, was martyred in an American drone strike on June 3, 2011, at 11:15 pm,” Kashir told the Pakistani news channel, according to The Telegraph.

If Americans needed another reminder of why the Democratic Party is absolutely worthless, they got it during last week’s Patriot Act extension debate when Senate Majority leader Harry Reid again behaved exactly like the Bush-era Republicans he once vigorously opposed. In 2005, Reid bragged to fellow Democrats, “We killed the Patriot Act.” Today, Reid says that anyone who opposes the Patriot Act might be responsible for the killing of Americans. Dick Cheney now hears an echo and Americans deserve congressional hearings—as to whether Harry Reid is a sociopath, mere liar, or both.
But while Democrats stand pat for Bush Republicanism, the GOP now debates the extent to which it will remain the party of Dubya. Tea Party favorites like Senators Rand Paul and Mike Lee and Congressmen Ron Paul, Justin Amash, Allen West and others, all voted against the Patriot Act. To varying degrees, each of these GOP representatives questioned the act’s effectiveness and legality. But unfortunately, most Republicans still won’t ask any questions.
The “War on Terror” that defined and preoccupied Republicans during the Bush era brought with it not only massive government growth and debt, but an unprecedented expansion of extra-constitutional state power, symbolized most famously by the Patriot Act. In the name of national security, government officials could begin wiretapping phones, hacking into email accounts, prying into business records and spying on citizens—all without a warrant and at government officials’ own discretion. Defenders say the Patriot Act did what needed to be done after 9/11. Critics say it did away with the 4th amendment.
Let us say both have a point, and that for arguments sake, both Harry Reid and Dick Cheney are correct in arguing that it is sometimes necessary to surrender our liberties for increased security. Is this still true a decade after 9/11? Will it be true two decades after 9/11? How about three? Have the actions of Osama Bin Laden and his fellow terrorists forever altered our Bill of Rights?
Allegedly, the default position for conservatives is to distrust the government and defer to the Constitution. Concerning the Patriot Act, too many conservatives blindly trust the government at the expense of the Constitution. This type of thinking mirrors the logic of the Left, in which the constitutionality of a big government program like Obamacare is considered irrelevant due to the severity of the problem at hand. The liberal healthcare ends justify the unconstitutional means. This characteristic mentality of the Left is exactly how most of the Right approaches the Patriot Act—though it is an outright rejection of what most conservatives of any generation have held most dear.
Think about it. Conservatives get upset about many things on a regular basis—ACORN corruption, NPR funding, demanding that French fries be renamed “Freedom Fries.” At any given time there is always some new and outrageous rightwing distaste of the week.
But most of these controversies are a speck on a gnat’s ass compared to the damage done to the Constitution by the Patriot Act. For genuine constitutional conservatives, something like NPR funding is undoubtedly wrong but ultimately trivial and peripheral—while the protection of the Bill of Rights is crucial and integral. If George Washington or Thomas Jefferson were alive today, are we to believe that they would be more outraged that: A. The federal government helps fund public radio. B. The federal government snoops on citizens without restraint. Those who answered A. truly don’t understand the mindset of the men who founded this country.
A Republican critic of mine once asked me during a radio broadcast “Jack, can you show me where any American has been harmed due to the Patriot Act?” I replied, “Can you show me where any American has been harmed by Wikileaks?” The caller said he couldn’t, but stated that he believed private individuals shouldn’t haven’t access to private government documents. The gentleman was basically saying that whether or not Wikileaks has hurt anyone to date is irrelevant—the whistleblower outfit shouldn’t be trusted with such power to begin with. I argue the same is true of the federal government. So did the Founding Fathers. That’s why they wrote the 4th amendment.
The entire reason we have a written charter like the Constitution is to specify the enumerated powers that define the hard parameters of our federal government. Among those powers is national defense and security. But much of what we call “defense” is anything but. Similarly, a total police state could undoubtedly provide much better security, though few Americans would desire a country so void of liberty. After all, most Americans can barely tolerate the way the federal government handles air travel these days.
When Ronald Reagan said there was nothing closer to eternal life on this earth than a government program he could have easily been describing the Patriot Act. When Barry Goldwater said that “extremism in the defense of liberty is no vice” he could have easily been describing the minority of Republicans who now at least question the Patriot Act. When James Madison wrote, “Of all the enemies to public liberty, war is, perhaps, the most to be dreaded because it comprises and develops the germ of every other,” he could have easily been describing our current state of perpetual war that now gives seemingly permanent life to the Patriot Act.
If the “War on Terror” is a perpetual war—as so many politicians readily contend—have we now permanently given up our liberties? If terrorists really do “hate us for our freedoms” is the best method of defeating them to permanently surrender our historic freedoms? And if so, who is really winning the War on Terror? Us or the terrorists?
By the very nature of their philosophy, conservatives are supposed to question their government. And given the very nature of our Constitution, this is precisely how the Founders would expect any true patriot to act.
