For those of you who do not like the idea of posting what Pamela has to say; I have two things to say —- first, as Herman Cain would say, “I does not care.” Also, I would say to those who would have a problem with me posting this video, I would politely ask you to go see Helen Waite and ask for directions.
First, Lawrence O’Donnell tries to accuse Herman Cain of draft dodging. Then, he accuses him of various idiot things. Not to mention the “Citizen Cain” in the Chyron at the bottom of the screen. Not to mention the whole condescending tone of the entire video.
There is only one thing that comes to my mind, when watching these videos — Racism. 😡
I mean, could you just imagine, if a Fox News Channel anchor had handled an interview like this, with a black man? There would be protests outside of the News Corp. Building, Fox News Channels studios in New York, and Al Sharpton would be calling for Roger Ailes and Rupert Murdoch’s head!
Here are the videos, all three parts. You watch these video and you tell me, if they are not racist or not.
Again, watch the videos and think about if Fox News or any other Conservative outlet sounded this condescending or used “Citizen Cain” as a Chyron. What could the reaction be? I think we all know the answer.
Nothing pisses me off worse, than to watch a privileged white man, who happens to be a liberal; berate a black man, all because he happens to disagree with his politics. That is an outrage and if the Conservative media, including Fox News Channel, ever pulled a stunt like that, there would be riots in the streets. But because Mr. Herman Cain is a Conservative black man — it is perfectly fine. Hell, even this self-hating black man thinks its fine. What an asshole, what a traitor to the back race — sort of like this Murdering, race-hustling, jack ass, who is now dead.
This is another fine reason why I stopped voting for the Democrats, because it is like LBJ said himself:
I’ll have them niggers voting for democrats for 300 years!
…and you know what? The Democrats are keeping ’em voting Democratic Party; with hand outs and yes, with Brainwashing.
1) When you think of Herman Cain, do you ever find yourself thinking, “gee, he was a black teen in the early-1960s. Why didn’t he participate in civil rights movement?” I’m not an African-American and wasn’t alive in the ’60s, but so what if he didn’t? I am not sure what the implication is there, but was it incumbent upon ever African-American to march? And does not participating in the civil rights movement imply … what? I suppose it might be a fairer question to ask a white person who was around in that era, but only slightly.
I’m going to go out on a limb and presume that Herman Cain was opposed to segregation.
2) Out of nowhere, O’Donnell asked Cain, who worked (but did not serve) in the Navy, whether he was qualified to be Commander-in-Chief after not serving in Vietnam. Really?! Is this still a thing? I have a hard time believing that O’Donnell genuinely cares about Cain’s lack of military service (Clinton and Obama never served), but was possibly trying to posit him as a hypocrite. But that’s kind of hard to do when, while not exactly serving, he was working in ballistics for the Navy.
Seemed like a completely disingenuous line of questioning on O’Donnell’s part, and made me cringe.
Hank Williams Jr. and his iconic theme song will not return to ESPN’s “Monday Night Football,” the network announced Thursday.
In the wake of Williams using an analogy involving Adolf Hitler and President Barack Obama to make a political point on the Fox News Channel, Williams’ “All My Rowdy Friends” will no longer be part of the MNF opening.
“We have decided to part ways with Hank Williams, Jr,” ESPN said in a statement. “We appreciate his contributions over the past years. The success of Monday Night Football has always been about the games and that will continue.”
On his own website, Williams said he was the one who made the decision.
“After reading hundreds of e-mails, I have made MY decision,” he wrote. “By pulling my opening Oct 3rd, You (ESPN) stepped on the Toes of The First Amendment Freedom of Speech, so therefore Me, My Song, and All My Rowdy Friends are OUT OF HERE. It’s been a great run.”
In an interview Monday on Fox News’ “Fox & Friends,” Williams, unprompted, said of Obama’s outing on the links with House Speaker John Boehner: “It’d be like Hitler playing golf with (Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin) Netanyahu.”
Asked to clarify, Williams said, “They’re the enemy,” adding that by “they” he meant Obama and Vice President Joe Biden.
ESPN pulled Williams’ opening to Monday night’s Indianapolis-Tampa Bay game and issued a statement saying: “While Hank Williams, Jr. is not an ESPN employee, we recognize that he is closely linked to our company through the open to Monday Night Football. We are extremely disappointed with his comments, and as a result we have decided to pull the open from tonight’s telecast.”
Williams, through his publicist, said on Monday: “Some of us have strong opinions and are often misunderstood. My analogy was extreme — but it was to make a point. I was simply trying to explain how stupid it seemed to me — how ludicrous that pairing was. They’re polar opposites and it made no sense. They don’t see eye-to-eye and never will. I have always respected the office of the president.”
Tuesday, he issued another statement.”The thought of the leaders of both parties jukin and high fiven on a golf course, while so many families are struggling to get by simply made me boil over and make a dumb statement,” Williams wrote on Facebook and his website. “I am very sorry if it offended anyone.”
Williams’ song has been part of “Monday Night Football” since 1991 on both ESPN and ABC. He is a Grammy award winner who also was a three-time entertainer of the year from the Academy of Country Music in the 1980s. — Source ESPN
You people on Mobile devices might not be able to see the snipped video; but the rest of us can.
This my friends, is why I blog. We simply cannot allow haters to scapegoat this economic recession on a particular group of people. It is anti-freedom to do so. For this and many other reasons, is why I write.
For the record, it was not just one person either; it was many. This video is via Fox Nation:
Notice how when he realizes he is on camera; he really gets into the spiel and really begins the berate the Jewish man standing there? This is what these haters are all about; attention for their cause, which is unabashed hatred. It is one of the downsides of being a free Republic. Even the idiots have a right to their say.
Here is his new video that talks about child support. Now, I must warn you, this is some seriously hardcore stuff; straight out the ghetto and all that. So, consider this your official CONTENT WARNING. This is not safe for work, around children or anyone else who’s easily offended.
Props to Felonious Monk from a white guy from the suburbs, who grew up in Southwest Detroit; for having the gonads to tell it straight, without any sugar coating or anything. Good job!
First, check out this video of an interview by Laura Ingraham, which comes via The Weekly Standard:
In between the yelling that I received from Justice Department yesterday, the spokeswoman–who would not put anything in writing, I was asking for her explanation so there would be clarity and no confusion later over what had been said, she wouldn’t put anything in writing–so we talked on the phone and she said things such as the question Holder answered was different than the one he asked. But he phrased it, he said very explicitly, ‘I probably heard about Fast and Furious for the first time over the last few weeks.’
Ingraham: So they were literally screaming at you? Attkisson: Yes. Well the DOJ woman was just yelling at me. The guy from the White House on Friday night literally screamed at me and cussed at me. [Laura: Who was the person? Who was the person at Justice screaming?] Eric Schultz. Oh, the person screaming was [DOJ spokeswoman] Tracy Schmaler, she was yelling not screaming. And the person who screamed at me was Eric Schultz at the White House.”
[The White House and Justice Department] will tell you that I’m the only reporter–as they told me–that is not reasonable. They say the Washington Post is reasonable, the LA Times is reasonable, the New York Times is reasonable, I’m the only one who thinks this is a story, and they think I’m unfair and biased by pursuing it.
I hate to belabor that point; but Ingraham is right here, could you imagine if Karl Rove screamed and swore at an NBC reporter covering a story? Holy smokes… 😯
EXCLUSIVE: House Republicans are calling for a special counsel to determine whether Attorney General Eric Holder perjured himself during his testimony to the House Judiciary Committee on Operation Fast and Furious, Fox News has learned.
House Judiciary Committee Chairman Lamar Smith, R-Texas, was sending a letter to President Obama on Tuesday arguing that Holder cannot investigate himself, and requesting the president instruct the Department of Justice to appoint a special counsel.
The question is whether Holder committed perjury during a Judiciary Committee hearing on May 3. At the time, Holder indicated he was not familiar with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives program known as Fast and Furious until about April 2011.
“I’m not sure of the exact date, but I probably heard about Fast and Furious for the first time over the last few weeks,” Holder testified.
Do you think this might be why President Obama is not really trying that hard to campaign for his reelection in 2012? Could be!
Update: Just a bit of a shout-out to reader “little acorn” who has been going to every Conservative and firearm forum out there and passing my blog posting around; I do not know who you are, but my goodness do you ever get around! 😆 😉 Anyhow, thanks to Sean Hannity’s Forum, Nebraska Firearms Forum, Subguns.com forum, Time Bomb 2000 Forums for linking here. It makes me feel good to know that people actually give two rips about what I actually have to say. Again, “little acorn,” I thank you, whomever you are. 😀
Yesterday, I was browsing around over at WorldNetDaily and I happen to come upon a video made by Victoria Jackson. It is of her interviewing WorldNetDaily Founder Joseph Farah.
I found the video itself to be very amusing and interesting at the same time. Although the camera whipping around back and forth did make me feel like I was going to sailing out of my chair and did make me feel like I wanted to puke a few times.
Either way, it is an awesome interview and it looks like me and Joe Farah have a bunch in common. 😀
…and by the way, if you are wondering about this here; Yes, I still stand by that statement. Which is why I rarely ever quote or link to anything WorldNetDaily publishes. Unless I don’t see it anywhere else. I published the video, because I thought it to be interesting.
Grammy award-winning musician Barry Manilow told The Daily Caller that he agrees with “just about everything” 2012 Republican presidential candidate Rep. Ron Paul says, calling him a “solid” contender for the highest office in the land.
“I like him. I like what he says, I do. I like what he says. I think he’s solid,” said Manilow, who confirmed to TheDC in an interview at the Capitol on Thursday that he contributed to Paul’s last campaign for president.
“I agree with just about everything he says. What can I tell you?” Manilow added.
INDIANAPOLIS — At least four people were killed and 40 people were injured in a stage collapse at the Indiana State Fair during a severe thunderstorm on Saturday night.Indiana State Police confirmed the fatalities and said the injuries to some victims are so severe that the death toll could rise.
Information about the people who died wasn’t immediately released. ISP 1st Sgt. Dave Bursten said that the Marion County Coroner’s Office had confirmed the identities of two of the people who were killed by early Sunday morning. The number of injured could also increase, as authorities don’t have a handle on how many people drove themselves to hospitals or were taken there by means other than an ambulance.
The collapse happened about 8:50 p.m. as Sugarland, a country music act, was preparing to perform on the fair’s main stage. The National Weather Service said winds estimated at 60 to 70 mph buffeted the stage ahead of a line of severe thunderstorms. A severe thunderstorm warning had been issued for Marion County before the collapse.”What hit really wasn’t a storm. It was a significant gust of wind,” Bursten said.David Lindquist, a reporter for the Indianapolis Star who was there to cover the concert, told 6News that an announcement was made that weather was moving in about two minutes before the winds kicked up, but those in front of the stage had little time to get out of the weather, if they wanted to do so.
Thoughts and Prayers for the families of those who lost their lives, the injured, and everyone else in Indiana. Also, keep Sugarland in your prayers tonight, as I would imagine they are going through hell right about now.
In a new video which recently surfaced online, the Taliban appears to brutally and systematically execute 16 unarmed Pakistani policemen in what the terror group called a revenge killing.
The video of the massacre, which reportedly took place in early June, was posted online last week and confirmed by the Pakistani army today. It shows the policemen — who are not in uniform — standing in a line before a Taliban member who appears to be lecturing them. The man, who appears to act as the militants’ commander, accuses the policemen of executing six children in a previous operation and claims their imminent deaths are revenge, according to a summary posted with the video.
Several Taliban members then open fire on the group until all the policemen have fallen. A wailing cry is heard in the background after the initial volley. After reloading, a single fighter walks over each body and shoots them once more in the head.
But yet, President Barack Obama wants to try and negotiate with these monsters.
My friends, consider this hallow warning from someone who sat through hours of footage on 9/11 and almost ended up in the psych ward because of it:
IF WE DO NOT SUCCEED ON THE WAR ON TERRORISM, THIS COULD BE A SCENE IN AMERICA VERY SOON!
Dismiss me as an alarmist if you wish; I could not care less. But this is coming to America, if we fall down on the war on terrorism!
America must be protected; Israel must be protected, Liberty and Freedom are at stake! Radical Islam is a threat! Do not believe the lie of the Liberal-controlled, financed, and organized media — which is supplanted by the Government! The liberal media is in bed with the radical and no-so-radical Muslims!
Remember this Video and Blog Posting come November 2012.
We need a President who will stand tall in the face of these bastards and not blink. Bush did it; and paid for it, with his Presidency — but he did not waver for a second. Mistakes were made, that is very true. However, in the end, we won in Iraq and we can win here too. We just have to not give up.
lan astaslem --- I will not surrender --I will not submit.
This is not a game, this is not fake; Ron Paul and his racist, Anti-Semitic friends, who hate Israel and everything related to it are the ENEMY! They must be kept out of the White House, at all costs! They are friends with these people! Consider me a soldier in that battle too.
In the Name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth and of in the Name of the Lord GOD Jehovah — Master and Saviour of this World and KING of Kings and LORD of Lords of this World and in the great, wonderful, world to come:
I remember hearing about on the CBS Morning News the following day. What I distinctly remember about that report was that instead of the concert being cancelled, fans brought their guitars and went on stage to play Chapin’s songs. That has always stayed with me. In 2001, I comemorated what happened the day Chapin died with a poem called “A Thousand Guitars & A Cello” which would later appear in my first poetry chapbook, Oysters & The Newborn Child:
When it was announced that you would not perform
The observers and participants continued to arrive
Refusing to be deterred by the bitter storm
Determined to see that the music would survive
A thousand guitars ascended the stage
Accompanied by a single cello
Our stories would fill the blank page
For one night we all stood friend & fellow
In a land where hope is faint
Destiny and fate are still ours to choose
The portrait of ourselves we paint
Challenges us to better fill our shoes
Life will not be about loss and win
When we understand that the circle never ends or begins
When Chapin wasn’t performing in concert or working on his latest album, he could be seen on Capitol Hill lobbying Senators and Congressmen about the issue of world hunger. Although Chapin leaned liberal (before he became famous he worked on one of Allard Lowenstein ‘s congressional campaigns in New York), he would talk to anybody about addressing world hunger – Democrat or Republican. Well, Chapin made an indelible impression. Then Senate Majority Leader Bob Dole eulogized him on the floor of the Senate. Dole was one of nearly forty Senators and Congressmen paid tribute to Chapin that day. When he was posthumously awarded the Congressional Gold Medal in December 1987 both Ted Kennedy and Orrin Hatch were on hand to sing Chapin’s praises. Chapin didn’t hate the people who didn’t share his politics. On the contrary, he wanted to persuade conservatives just as much as he wanted to persuade liberals.
Now a few thoughts of my own about Harry Chapin:
Harry Chapin was one who, unlike many of the entertainment industry, actually practiced what he preached. Unlike many of the Hollywood and entertainment Liberal crowd in California, Chapin saw wrong and tried to fix it. Was he a liberal? Absolutely, however back in Chapin’s day, being a liberal meant an entirely different thing, than it does today. I truly believe if he saw what the Democratic Party was about today; at the very least, he would be a libertarian.
Chapin was a part of the “thinking” artists and liberals of his era. He fought for what he believed in, did what he loved and helped one hell of a great deal of people doing it. He; like Gordon Lightfood, like Jim Croce and many more like them — inspired many in that era to not accept what the previous generation told them, but to think for themselves.
America is a much shallow place without him.
Rest in peace Harry — God knows, you earned in the short time you were here.
Even though this blog is inactive, this still applies here!
I happen to notice that you are running an ad blocker on your browser.
Well, I believe me, when I tell you, I get it. I hate ads too. But, I have to run them. I am a long term unemployed person. I have not worked for anyone else, since 2005 and really worked a long term job since 2000. It sucks, but it is the truth. In fact, I started blogging in 2006, because I was bored out of my mind!
Basically, what happened was this: I tried a career change that basically blew up in my face. (Truck Driver) Well, thanks to Michigan's economy, the insurance industry and Government Regulation --- I can't really get into a truck again, unless I cough up $5000. Well, needless to say, I do not have that laying around! So, I am stuck doing this. I get Medicaid, and believe me, I use it! I have type 2 diabetes. High Blood Pressure and High cholesterol. Not to mention A.D.H.D. and a mild anxiety and mood disorder! Needless to say, I am a mess. I don't want pity. But, I will tell you the truth. At the moment, I am not collecting any sort of money from the Government. I'd like to avoid it, but sooner or later, I'll have to try to apply for it.
But, in the meantime, could you be so kind as to "White-List" this blog and put up with the ads? It would help my situation greatly! If you really hate the ads, and we ALL do! Could you be so kind as to put a little donation in my tip jar? If the ads coming in from the sides and bottom bug ya, you can click on the X's and they'll retract away. But the one at the top, it can't be closed. But, first... do that thing you do with a mouse on them! :-)
As for the white-listing, It would help me out a good deal. I do not get any sort of money from ANY sort of political organization at all! I wouldn't take it, if they offered!
Anyhow, my thanks for your understanding in this situation!
