The politicization of 9/11 by the left

You remember a few days ago, when I said I did not want to really do anything special on 9/11;  because of the politicization of 9/11 by the left and the right?

Well, here’s an example of what I am a talking about…..from the left.

This is from the AFL-CIO website and this is the AFL-CIO’s President

Sept. 11, 2011: A Day to Commit to Activism

A Message from AFL-CIO President Richard Trumka

All of us will remember the horror and anguish we experienced 10 years ago. Whether we lost loved ones ourselves—family members, union brothers and sisters—or felt the shock of a society that lost nearly 3,000 people and was forever changed, we need no reminding.

Instead, I would like to reflect on doors that were opened on Sept. 11, 2001, and what has come of them in the 10 years since.

Working men and women rushed through doors to danger and became America’s everyday heroes. Firefighters, construction workers, nurses and EMTs—all kinds of professionals and volunteers—were there not just on the fateful day but some for weeks and months and even years after. And we swore we would never forget.

Doors opened within us to each other. We came together. We flew the flag. We comforted one another. In our grief, we found the best in ourselves.

What an overwhelming sense of unity we shared, all across our nation. And it was this unity that allowed us to begin healing and rebuilding. There is no time in my memory of a more proud example of what we can accomplish when we work together. Solidarity, the cornerstone of the union movement, flowed through all of us and carried us through.

But other doors opened, too—doors to hate, suspicion of “others” and self-centered greed. Our fear was twisted into something much more dangerous.

The unity that had helped us survive faded as divisiveness took root. I look around today in amazement at just how far apart our nation has become—the endless possibilities that came with our unity have all but vanished.

Just 10 years after 9/11, despite our vows, the public servants, construction workers and others who lost their lives or still suffer with the cancerous remnants of the Twin Towers haven’t just been forgotten. They’ve been vilified. The extremist small government posse has turned them into public enemy No. 1, as though teachers and firefighters, EMTs and nurses and union construction workers ruined America’s economy.

In state after state this year—with the heroism of 9/11 less than a decade behind us—politicians targeted the paychecks, benefits and basic rights of these workers in a rabid campaign to shift government support to tax breaks for the wealthy and already profitable corporations.

Wealthy CEOs, anti-government extremist front groups and frothing talk show hosts—from the Rush Limbaughs and Glenn Becks to the Koch brothers, Karl Rove’s American Crossroads group, Americans for Prosperity, the Club for Growth, FreedomWorks and the American Legislative Exchange Council—also pushed open the door to hate.

Make no mistake—setting workers against workers is a highly profitable endeavor. How many times during the vilest state attacks on public workers did we hear the question: “Other people don’t have pensions. Why should he?” Prompting that question required twisting the American psyche—which, by its founding nature, seeks to lift the common good. The appropriate question should have been, “Why doesn’t everybody have a pension?” followed by collective action for retirement security.

We’ve seen the costs of hatred in ill-thought wars, in shameful attacks on immigrants and our LGBT neighbors. We saw it in the shooting of Rep. Gabrielle Giffords. We saw it in the racism that has found overt and covert expression since Barack Obama began his run for office—from outright declarations of people who said out loud they would never vote for a black man to the ridiculously persistent obsession with our president’s birth certificate. Regardless of his policies or priorities, President Obama is shadowed by the drumbeat of suspicion based on his “other”-ness. And those suspicions are fed and watered constantly by forces that were threatened by his message of “hope and change.”

We’ve seen the cost of greed in the recklessness of financial institutions that created the greatest economic collapse since the Great Depression and the devastating jobs crisis that persists today.

But I remember that other door that opened on 9/11—the door to our better selves, to our understanding that we are one and our values require us to care for one another.

That’s what sent 347 firefighters to their death at the Twin Towers 10 years ago. It’s also what sent firefighters to stand with teachers in Wisconsin even though Gov. Scott Walker had exempted them from his attack on public employees. It’s what moves employed people now to demand good jobs for the 26 million Americans who are looking for work. It’s what gives us the courage to take on a crumbling economy and the politicians preaching austerity and ignoring our jobs crisis—to take them on and say, “We are America. We are better than this. And we are one.”

Brothers and sisters, friends, I hope you will join me in marking this solemn anniversary by committing to redouble your activism on behalf of America’s everyday working heroes. We will rise or fall together.

If I were a relative of a 9/11 victim — I would be wanted to this self-centered asshole’s head on a platter. 😡

The best article on 9/11’s 10 year Anniversary

The proper task of the “public intellectual” might be conceived as the responsibility to introduce complexity into the argument: the reminder that things are very infrequently as simple as they can be made to seem. But what I learned in a highly indelible manner from the events and arguments of September 2001 was this: Never, ever ignore the obvious either. To the government and most of the people of the United States, it seemed that the country on 9/11 had been attacked in a particularly odious way (air piracy used to maximize civilian casualties) by a particularly odious group (a secretive and homicidal gang: part multinational corporation, part crime family) that was sworn to a medieval cult of death, a racist hatred of Jews, a religious frenzy against Hindus, Christians, Shia Muslims, and “unbelievers,” and the restoration of a long-vanished and despotic empire.

To me, this remains the main point about al-Qaida and its surrogates. I do not believe, by stipulating it as the main point, that I try to oversimplify matters. I feel no need to show off or to think of something novel to say. Moreover, many of the attempts to introduce “complexity” into the picture strike me as half-baked obfuscations or distractions. These range from the irredeemably paranoid and contemptible efforts[MN1] to pin responsibility for the attacks onto the Bush administration or the Jews, to the sometimes wearisome but not necessarily untrue insistence that Islamic peoples have suffered oppression. (Even when formally true, the latter must simply not be used as nonsequitur special pleading for the use of random violence by self-appointed Muslims.)

Underlying these and other attempts to change the subject there was, and still is, a perverse desire to say that the 9/11 atrocities were in some way deserved, or made historically more explicable, by the many crimes of past American foreign policy. Either that, or—to recall the contemporary comments of the “Reverends” Jerry Falwell and Pat Robertson—a punishment from heaven for American sinfulness. (The two ways of thinking, one of them ostensibly “left” and the other “right,” are in fact more or less identical.) That this was an assault upon our society, whatever its ostensible capitalist and militarist “targets,” was again thought too obvious a point for a clever person to make. It became increasingly obvious, though, with every successive nihilistic attack on London, Madrid, Istanbul, Baghdad, and Bali. There was always some “intellectual,” however, to argue in each case that the policy of Tony Blair, or George Bush, or the Spanish government, was the “root cause” of the broad-daylight slaughter of civilians. Responsibility, somehow, never lay squarely with the perpetrators.

Is Israel on the brink of an all-out war with neighboring countries?

It sure looks that way. (H/T Drudge)

Recent revolutions in the Arab world and the deteriorating ties with Turkey are raising the likelihood of a regional war in the Middle East, IDF Home Front Command Chief, Major General Eyal Eisenberg warned Monday.

“It looks like the Arab Spring, but it can also be a radical Islamic winter,” he said in a speech at the Institute for National Security Studies in Tel Aviv.

“This leads us to the conclusion that through a long-term process, the likelihood of an all-out war is increasingly growing,” the IDF general said.

“Iran has not abandoned its nuclear program. The opposite it true; it continues full steam ahead,” he said. “In Egypt, the army is collapsing under the burden of regular security operations, and this is reflected in the loss of control in the Sinai and the turning of the border with Israel into a terror border, with the possibility that Sinai will fall under the control of an Islamic entity.”

“In Lebanon, Hezbollah is growing stronger within government arms, but it has not lost its desire to harm Israel, and the ties with Turkey aren’t at their best,” Major General Eisenberg added.

Referring to what he characterized as the possibility of a “radical Islamic winter,” Major-General Eisenberg said: “This raises the likelihood of an all-out, total war, with the possibility of weapons of mass destruction being used.”

During his address, the senior IDF official revealed that new, more lethal arms surfaced in the hands of Gaza terror groups during the latest round of fighting in the area. As result of the disturbing development, Israeli civilians were instructed to adopt greater precautions, he said.

Needless to say, I believe the Republicans will make this a wedge issue during the campaign. They are now, to a limited extent. But, I expect to see more of that, after the primaries. Because to many, who are Jewish; and those of us who are supporters of Israel. Obama’s attitude is basically, “I don’t give a shit” when it comes to Israel and the Jews.  For the most part, the Republicans own this issue; the notable exception being Ron Paul. Which is all you need to know about the man.

Must Watch Video: George W. Bush – The 9/11 Interview

An important anniversary is coming up.  9/11. It has been 10 years. Can you believe it? I cannot.

This is the video that many are talking about; it is the best 9/11 interview that I have ever seen.

A special thank you to The Right Scoop for find this one.

I present this without commentary.

Some Right-Wing Blogs are going soft on the fight against radical Islam

This is unreal.

This will put you up to speed:

I believe that it is about time that we that truly believe that the fight for America is a real one; need to take stock of who is truly in this battle and who was in it, just when it was fashionable.  Because to me, it truly seems that some of the bloggers, who were truly in this battle; like say back in 2003, were in it for purely political reasons and now that the spotlight of truth is being turned on one of the GOP’s own, some people are beginning to let their true colors show.

The sad thing is this; it seems to me that the battle that is going on is boiling down to the Jewish faction of the GOP versus the non-Jewish faction of the GOP.  It seems that the non-Jewish faction of the GOP seems to believe that radical Islam is no longer a threat to America, as it once was and the Jewish faction of the GOP does see radical Islam as a real threat to this great Republic of ours and the freedoms that we, as Americans, enjoy.

It also saddens me that Ace has seemed to take a stance against Religion in general.  Just look at the comments in the posts that I linked to on his blog.  Some of the comments over there are borderline Anti-Semite and furthermore, most of them are anti-Christian.  As a libertarian-minded Conservative, I believe in a man’s right to freedom of speech and I believe in a man’s right to a freedom from a Religion if he so chooses.  However, as a Christian; I find the using of a blog, like Ace’s, to mock, degrade and deride Religion, especially Judaism and the Christian Faith to be most offensive.  Yes, I know that Ace is not making the comments himself; but he is allowing the nasty stuff to be said.  Therefore, he must support it.

As for Pamela Geller; yes, I do support her fully.  I defended her against Charles Johnson’s fascist nonsense.  When he tried to tell her that she could not edit her own blog and I will now defend her against the Anti-Semitic fascists; who seem to have softened their stance on the threat of Islamofascism to America.

Therefore, to you Mr. Ace — I bid you adieu.  You sir, have joined the ranks of the fascists who now have turned their backs on the Jewish community, the Christian Community, and against freedom. There is no compromise sir. Either you are for or against we who stand for liberty — and it appears that you have taking the side of the Chuckles Johnson or the “Anything that looks even remotely anti-Muslim is evil” side.

Special Comment: In Defense of Michelle Malkin

I know she would not want to hear it from me. As I have criticized her, when I thought she was wrong. But I have also praised her and even defended her, when I thought it was the right thing to do.

But the fact is, that Michelle Malkin is absolutely right for bringing to light Rick Parry’s record in Texas as Governor. Further more, she is absolutely right for shining the light on Orin Hatch’s record as a Conservative.

The truth is folks, after the big government Conservatism of the George W. Bush-era, which I utterly despised; it is refreshing to see that the Republican Party has, with the help of the Tea Party movement — became a party of fiscal, defensive and social restraint again.  One of my biggest complaints is that the Republican Party, during the Bush-era was all too eager to embrace the horrid doctrine of Wilsonian foreign policy. Which anyone with any kind of a brain, knows is a disastrous doctrine to adhere; when it comes to Wilsonian Foreign policy, I am not the only one who feels this way; it now seems that other bloggers are now speaking against it as well.

There is also this new wave of anti-establishment vitriol and criticism among the grassroots and Conservative Blogosphere.  I too, find this is a very refreshing change of pace.  There is a simple reasoning behind all of this: the Tea Party, the Anti-Establishment mentality and so forth.  The reason it exists is that for far too long, Republicans acted, spent, and porked — just like the Democrats.  Because of this, people in the Republican Party grassroots became fed up with it all.  This was, in a way, the beginnings of the Tea Party movement.  True, it was Glenn Beck’s idea, true; Rick Santelli was the one who sounded the call.  However, it was the American people who said, “NO MORE BUSINESS AS USUAL!” and began to organize the movement.

As for Michelle Malkin, I believe that her efforts to expose the people who wish to cash in on this Tea Party movement are critical to the reformation of the Government in Washington D.C.  Some of these politicians think that the common people are idiots; this is why we need people like Michelle Malkin to expose the underhanded attempts to deceive the Conservative voters into believing that they are on board with the reformers in the Conservative movement.  Further, there are some, in the Conservative grassroots, who have dreadfully short memories; this is why Michelle Malkin’s work is so very much important to the movement as a whole.

For the record and for what it is really worth; Michelle Malkin went after Bush’s Administration and cabinet as well as Obama’s and the current crop running for the G.O.P.  — That is why I respect the woman.  Because she has always said, you cannot criticize the other side, if you are not willing to drain the swamp in your party — which is so true.

Remember folks, we are at an imperative time in our Nation’s history.  We, as Conservative Americans and as those who vote Republican must be keenly aware of what we are doing here in the next couple of months.  For too long, the American Government has been at the mercy of those who did not give two thoughts to pissing our Children’s futures away — in the Democratic Party and the Republican Party.  We have to select a Candidate this time, which will not only beat Obama; but will uphold the fiscal values that is supposed to make up the Republican Party.  Because the core word of the Republican Party is “Conservative” which comes from the word “Conserve” which means to restrain.  That is what the Republican Party and this Nation needs to return —- the restraint of our fiscal, defense and social matters.

Because of this: we cannot afford to choose someone, who has some sort of Texas swagger, nor can we afford to choose some simple-minded old fool, who is lost in the world of extreme isolationism.  We must be a fully informed electorate.  This is why I defend Michelle Malkin and her quest to out those, who might not be a good choice for President of the United States in the Republican Party.

So, to Michelle: Keep up the good work.  I will be reading, and I will keep in mind everything that I read on your site and at your former site, HotAir.com; when I vote in the upcoming primary here in Michigan and in general election in 2012.

Signed,

-Charles Patrick Adkins

Wow…..Just Wow. 😯

In a sane World, this man would be arrested for treason or at the very least arrested for inciting violence against American Soldiers.

These are Obama’s people. Remember this, come November of 2012.

But yet, MSNBC and Democrats want you to believe that we Conservatives are the racists and the terrorists.

Unreal. 🙄

No, Ron Paul is NOT the one!

I am looking at this posting over at HotAir.com.

I cannot comment over there, because I do not have access.

I did not even watch that idiotic video, nor do I want to.

No, Ron Paul is not the “One” nor will he ever be!

Why?

Because of crap like this!

This comes via Newsone.com:

There has been controversy over Ron Paul’s ties to racism for some time now. Many people have pointed to Ron Paul’s Newsletters as proof of his racism. Paul has previously admitted to  writing the newsletters and defended the statements in 1996, then blamed them on an unnamed ghostwriter in 2001 and then denied any knowledge of them in 2008. He has given no explanation, for how the racism entered his newsletter. If we are to take Paul at his word, he is guilty of at least promoting racism on a large scale. Paul earned almost a million dollars a year from the racist, conspiracy theorist newsletters. Here are some excerpts that I’ve found.

ron paul needlin

In this story Ron Paul writes about “needlin” and blames packs of young black girls for spreading AIDS to white women. I could find no evidence of this “epidemic” and the article seems to have no point other than to make white people scared of Black people.

Ron Paul MLK

In this piece he criticizes Martin Luther King as a pro-communist philanderer and says the MLK holiday is “Hate Whitey Day.” This is in great contrast to 2008 when he told Wolf Blitzer that Martin Luther King was one of his heroes. When activists suggested naming a city after Martin Luther King Paul suggested other names such as “Welfaria,” “Zooville,” “Rapetown,” “Dirtburg,” and “Lazyopolis” He would continue:

ron paul mlk 2

In another piece he blamed Black people for the riots that happened in Chicago in 1992 after the Bulls won the NBA Championship

basket ball riots

Paul here is using false information to attack African Americans. The Washington Post reported that 1000 people were arrested but did not indicate their race. The riot, like most sports riots was multi-racial, including Blacks, white and Latinos, yet Paul used the incident to demonize African Americans. The Washington Post also reported that two officers suffered minor gunshot wounds and that 95 were injured in total, but the way Paul phrased it, it would seem most of the 95 officers injured were shot.

ron paul blast em

In this article Paul uses the “carjacking” epidemic to put fear into white people. He advises them to carry guns and shoot “carjackers” illegally and then dispose of their weapons. He also refers Black people as “animals” and directly refers to his home town of Lake Jackson, Texas.

The newsletters also contained the quotes:

opinion polls consistently show only about 5% of blacks have sensible political opinions

if you have ever been robbed by a black teen-aged male, you know how unbelievably fleet-footed they can be,

This is only the first skirmish in the race war of the 1990s

Here are some of the newsletters I could find. They also contain a good deal of homophobic and Black Helicopter, New World Order conspiracy theories and warnings of upcoming in “race wars.”

Well Done Mr. President

The Photo says it all: (Via The White House)

President Barack Obama, in the process of saluting, participates in a ceremony at Dover Air Force Base in Dover, Del., Aug. 9, 2011, for the dignified transfer of U.S. and Afghan personnel who died in Afghanistan on Aug. 6. (Official White House Photo by Pete Souza)

The striking photo says it all — When this President was elected to office, he did inherit two wars.  President Barack Obama could have very well, the minute he stepped into office, ended both of these wars, and ordered all troops home.  Instead, he did the wise thing and continued what Bush had started, he knew the political and military risks involved; but he proceeded to continue anyhow.

This blog has been and will continue to be, a well feed river of criticism of this President, his Party and politics; however, when it comes to our Military and the Presidents handling of it — You will never a damned peep out of me over his handling of the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq. Libya was another story; however, the President did handle that very well.  Once he saw what was what was really going on, he turned it over to our NATO allies and let them handle it — which is what he should have done, considering the circumstances.

In closing; while I might disagree with this President on some matters, this is not one of them.

Again, Mr. President — Well-done sir.

My thoughts on the riots in London

Yes, I know about silly riots in London.  My question is this, what the heck happened to jolly old England? Better yet, what the happened to the mighty Great Britain?

I’ll tell you what happened. Liberal Progressivism and Multiculturalism —- that’s what! 😡

I find myself in agreement with Lew Rockwell and a Gun blogger named “Say Uncle“: (H/T Insty)

What kind of Country sits back and allows knuckle-dragging nimrods trash and burn a great Country like England? Seriously!  I mean, at what point does the police or officials in Great Britain say, “Okay, screw it; this pacifistic bullshit is not cutting it anymore, it is time to bring out the REAL GUNS and the REAL BULLETS!” and start mowing these stupid bastards down? When?!?!?!

I saw those pictures, reminds me of another very famous socialist uprising — here in Detroit!

Let us compare, shall we?

London - 2011

and then here in Detroit — 1967:

Detroit - 1967

Detroit - 1967 (better picture...)

and yes….

It was that same old bullshit line of, "Oh woe is us! We're being kept down by them rich, white, capitalists who want to hurt our people!"

The truth is, in 1967, blacks were free to work, live and play where they wanted to. There was no oppression of blacks at all, period, end of damned discussion! 😡 Down south in Alabama, maybe; but not in Detroit.

What happened here was this; a group of far leftists decided that they resented the fact that white people were running the City of Detroit Government and that the police force in Detroit was all white, so, they decided to take it out on the businesses in Detroit. So, they burned them to the ground. All because of the fact that the city of Detroit had a special unit, called the STRESS unit — which stood for Stop the Robberies, Enjoy Safe Streets by the way; that kept blacks from robbing and killing white people and other black people in the city.

The result? This:

This is Detroit 2011 --- A ghost of it's former glory --- This is corktown, looking down towards downtown Detroit. -- This is what progressivism gets you folks! For that it is worth, I can get more photos that look much worse than this one. They readily available on the internet and also, I can take some if need be.

This is what London, England and most likely the rest of Great Britain will look like, if they do not put down that Marxist uprising; and I do mean fast.  That above, is what class warfare and progressivism gets you — ruined cities. Believe me when I tell you, Detroit, Michigan is beyond ruined and this is why, progressivism and class warfare. Not to mention Multiculturalism or what it really should be called, “Punishing White people for things that happened before the majority of them in this day and age were even born.”

I mean, these rioters in England are doing it, why? — because they know damned well that they can get away with it.  I mean, what kind of a message does it send to the rest of the world, when a group of thugs says, “We’re doing this, because we want rich people to know, that we’re gonna rule you by causing fear?” It sends to me a message of cowardice, of the English Government, that’s what! It sends a message that the Government of Great Britain are cowering down to domestic terrorists.

In closing; could this happen in America? Yes. But it is very far off. We still have a second amendment and Conservatives who are still willing to fight. But our media is well on its way.  The good thing is, we here in America, have our own Conservative media, that does push back against the Liberal controlled, owned and financed media.

Cry me a river: Muslim Woman Claims She Was The Victim Of A Hate Crime

Oh Boo freaking Hoo!

ANN ARBOR (WWJ) – A 21-year-old Muslim woman, claiming that she was the victim of a hate crime as she drove along a street in Ann Arbor over the weekend.

WWJ’s Mike Campbell reports that Ann Arbor police will only say that they are looking into a case of an alleged hate crime. And, the FBI isn’t commenting on a report from the Council on American Islamic Relations that it has asked them to investigate this case.

Reportedly, a woman was driving in Ann Arbor when she saw a black Dodge Ram pickup pull up next to her and the driver started racially taunting her, saying that her people didn’t belong here, that she was a terrorist and her people need to be killed. She said she dialed 911 and when she looked back in her mirror, the guy was actually pointing a gun at her. That’s when she says she actually started to get scared. Otherwise, she said it happens all the time because she often is seen wearing her head scarf out in public.

Nobody was hurt in this incident. Police say they are looking into it; they ran the license plate on the car that she gave them and it doesn’t match that pickup.

via Muslim Woman Claims She Was The Victim Of A Hate Crime « CBS Detroit.

Let’s see here, the Palestinians are doing this, and I am supposed to feel sorry for her? Fat Chance.  🙄

Not only this; have these idiots forgotten about this day here? She ought to be glad the man didn’t shoot her or that our Government under President George W. Bush did not round her and her people up and remove them from the Country! Which is what they should have done. 😡

Victim. My ass. 😡

I wonder if she is even here legally? I doubt that too.

But that’s your liberal media; terrorists are always the victims and we Christian white people are evil.  Same as it ever was…

Palestine continues its attacks against Israel

This is why I despise those lying bastards; they say they want peace, but continue to fire rockets into Israel.

Three mortar shells fell Sunday night in Sha’ar HaNegev Regional Council, causing damage to a fence. No injuries were reported.

The incident comes after a spate in rocket attacks launched from the Gaza Strip last week. On Friday, Israel Air Force jets attacked five targets in Gaza in response to the firing of Grad rockets.

Hours before the air strike a rocket fell in an open field near the town of Kiryat Gat. The rocket was the third of its kind in 24 hours, but it caused no injuries or damage.

IDF spokesman said last week that, “The IDF will operate with determination and respond with force against any terror organization attempting to disturb the way of life or harm the citizens of Israel. The IDF holds the Hamas terrorist organization solely responsible for any terrorist activity emanating from the Gaza Strip.”

Defense Minister Ehud Barak said in a cabinet meeting Sunday that the recent rocket fire from Gaza was carried out by Palestinian breakaway groups and an Islamic Jihad organization, adding that he views the recent escalation with great severity and believes the attacks will continue.

via Fire from Gaza intensifies as three mortars hit southern Israel – Haaretz Daily Newspaper | Israel News.

Israel needs to get real; those bastards do not want peace, they want to see the utter and total destruction of Israel. Israel needs to mount a World War II style bombing campaign of the Gaza Strip AND Palestine itself. Bomb those bastards until not one living soul is breathing and not one building is left standing. Bomb them till their bones are reduced to powder.

The reason why this sort of a thing happens between Israel and Palestine is because Israel’s Government does not have the will to fight. They fear the United Nations, who are horribly Anti-Semitic — that is so tragic, because Israel has a right to defend their land.

Of course, my Bible says what the ultimate ending will be:

For they have healed the hurt of the daughter of my people slightly, saying, Peace, peace; when there is no peace. Were they ashamed when they had committed abomination? nay, they were not at all ashamed, neither could they blush: therefore shall they fall among them that fall: in the time of their visitation they shall be cast down, saith the LORD. I will surely consume them, saith the LORD: there shall be no grapes on the vine, nor figs on the fig tree, and the leaf shall fade; and the things that I have given them shall pass away from them. Why do we sit still? assemble yourselves, and let us enter into the defenced cities, and let us be silent there: for the LORD our God hath put us to silence, and given us water of gall to drink, because we have sinned against the LORD. We looked for peace, but no good came; and for a time of health, and behold trouble! The snorting of his horses was heard from Dan: the whole land trembled at the sound of the neighing of his strong ones; for they are come, and have devoured the land, and all that is in it; the city, and those that dwell therein. For, behold, I will send serpents, cockatrices, among you, which will not be charmed, and they shall bite you, saith the LORD. When I would comfort myself against sorrow, my heart is faint in me. Behold the voice of the cry of the daughter of my people because of them that dwell in a far country: Is not the LORD in Zion? is not her king in her? Why have they provoked me to anger with their graven images, and with strange vanities? The harvest is past, the summer is ended, and we are not saved. For the hurt of the daughter of my people am I hurt; I am black; astonishment hath taken hold on me. Is there no balm in Gilead; is there no physician there? why then is not the health of the daughter of my people recovered? (Jeremiah 8:11-22 KJV)

…and in the new testament:

And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war. His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself. And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God. And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean. And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God. And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS. And I saw an angel standing in the sun; and he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the fowls that fly in the midst of heaven, Come and gather yourselves together unto the supper of the great God; That ye may eat the flesh of kings, and the flesh of captains, and the flesh of mighty men, and the flesh of horses, and of them that sit on them, and the flesh of all men, both free and bond, both small and great. And I saw the beast, and the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against him that sat on the horse, and against his army. And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone. And the remnant were slain with the sword of him that sat upon the horse, which sword proceeded out of his mouth: and all the fowls were filled with their flesh. (Revelation 19:11-21 KJV)

and….:

Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen. (Revelation 1:7 KJV)

That, my friends, is the ultimate solution to this conflict. Watch and be ready.

UPDATED: Black Mob Attacks Whites at State Fair in Wisconsin Police now denying that race was even involved!

Update #2: When I originally wrote this, I wrote it in an sarcastic manner. A few people emailed me concerned that my tone was overly hateful and even glorifying of a mass murderer.  To them and to anyone who might have gotten the wrong idea, I do apologize. I no more would praise Charles Manson than I would Madeline Murray O’hair.

My intention was never to stoke hatred; but merely to inform those of the liberal bias and to encourage people to arm themselves.

The Story via TMJ 4 News:

WEST ALLIS – Witnesses tell Newsradio 620 WTMJ and TODAY’S TMJ4 of a mob of young people attacking innocent fair-goers at the end of the opening night of State Fair, with some callers claiming a racially-charged scene.

Milwaukee Police confirmed there were assaults outside the fair.

Witnesses’ accounts claim everything from dozens to hundreds of young black people beating white people as they left State Fair Thursday night.

Authorities have not given official estimates of the number of people involved in the attacks.

“It looked like they were just going after white guys, white people,” said Norb Roffers of Wind Lake in an interview with Newsradio 620 WTMJ.  He left the State Fair Entrance near the corner of South 84th Street and West Schlinger Avenue in West Allis.

“They were attacking everybody for no reason whatsoever.”

“It was 100% racial,” claimed Eric, an Iraq war veteran from St. Francis who says young people beat on his car.

“I had a black couple on my right side, and these black kids were running in between all the cars, and they were pounding on my doors and trying to open up doors on my car, and they didn’t do one thing to this black couple that was in this car next to us.  They just kept walking right past their car.  They were looking in everybody’s windshield as they were running by, seeing who was white and who was black.  Guarantee it.”

Eric, a war veteran, said that the scene he saw Thursday outside State Fair compares to what he saw in combat.

“That rated right up there with it.  When I saw the amount of kids coming down the road, all I kept thinking was, ‘There’s not enough cops to handle this.’  There’s no way.  It would have taken the National Guard to control the number of kids that were coming off the road.  They were knocking people off their motorcycles.”

There’s more coverage at WISN-TV.

I believe this would be a good opportunity to inform people that it is a good idea to arm themselves, within the law in your State of course; just the same, if someone had been armed — this likely would not have happened. I am, quite frankly, shocked that not more bloggers are not writing about this incident.  I guess fear and political correctness trump the truth anymore.

I believe this is only the beginning; as our economy begins to sour. Events like this will continue to happen. Arm yourselves; before it is too late.

Update: JSonline now reports: State Patrol called in, youth policy imposed after violence at State Fair

Go give that a read, they are now actually denying that race was even involved! That is how it works, Whites can attack blacks and it is a national crisis. But when Blacks attack whites — nothing to see, move along. How it has been for years and is still that way.  That is what you call Liberal Bias. Nothing more, nothing less.

Living proof that liberals and Muslims are classless assholes

Disgusting. 😡

Go read “Evil Unleashed”

This is nothing more than an attack on a Jewish Conservative who dares to stand against global Jihad. The Anti-Semites who write against her, that being ALL of them; should be exposed.

Video: The Truth about Anders Behring Breivik

I saw this tweet on twitter and watched this video and I jumped out of bed and came straight to the Computer here.

This comes via Bare Naked Islam:

This is not to justify or excuse this crazy man’s actions; it is point out what is happening in the media.

Update on Oslo, Norway Terrorist Attacks, Not Islamic, Homegrown

Just an Update to the previous post, which I now feel sick for even publishing. This is why I do not like publishing stuff like this; but as a defense, I am not the only one who assumed that Isl?mic Terrorists were behind it.

Via the Vancouver Sun:

The Suspect: Andres Behring Breivik

Breivik, a native of Oslo, is described as as 6 feet tall and blond, which matches earlier reports from eyewitnesses on Utoya of a man dressed as a police officer who called teenagers over before shooting them with an automatic weapon.

The latest confirmed death count between the two attacks is 17.

Reports suggest he was also seen loitering around the site of the bomb blast in Oslo two hours before the island incident.

A Twitter account (http://twitter.com/#!/AndersBBreivik) and Facebook page for Andres Behring Breivik were created last week. The Facebook page contains a series of photos of the alleged suspect, and the Twitter account has one post: “One person with a belief is equal to the force of 100 000 who have only interests.”

I will simply say this; terrorism is terrorism — I don’t care in what name, or cause. It is wrong; and those who do it should be imprisoned or killed.

BIG, HUGE MASSIVE UPDATE! – Terrorist Attacks in Oslo, Norway

Update: Please note, everything that is linked to and quoted below is BEFORE I or anyone else knew this facts!

I was watching Fox News this morning, when the story broke. However, I was not much in the mood for blogging.

Anyhow, I now, after a bit of a nap; I feel much better. I have been struggling with my sleeping habits.

The MSM has a decent round up of the events in Norway:

Haroon Siddique / Guardian: Norway attacks – live coverage

New York Times: Blasts and Gun Attack in Norway; 7 Dead

Brian Ross / ABCNEWS: Oslo Explosion: One of Two Blasts Result of Massive Vehicle Bomb, Sources Say

BBC: Norway: Blast near prime minister’s office in Oslo

The Blogosphere is also doing a knock up job of covering this as well. Check out Michelle Malkin, Atlas Shrugs, Gates of Vienna and The Other McCain‘s Coverage.

Vox Day, A libertarian blogger observes:

Naturally, this bombing will no more lead the Norwegian people to reconsider the wisdom of permitting Muslim immigration than the vast increase in the number of rapes committed by Muslim men. But it should. The multiculturalists will be quick to point out the mathematically obvious fact that that most Muslims don’t set off bombs. But this is irrelevant. Because, it is also a fact that if a nation does not permit Muslims to enter its borders, it is far less likely to ever suffer any such incidents.

Expansionist Islam offers a challenge to the freedom of religion, (a right that does not actually exist in most countries outside the United States), that few secularists or Christians are presently capable of understanding. It should be eminently clear by now that simply repeating the multicultural mantra that “diversity is our strength” is not going to serve any purpose. At some point, it is going to become abundantly clear to everyone on all sides that the separatist practices of the past were not “outdated raciss bad-thought”, but the result of observation and experience.

Indeed.

Of course, I await a explanation of this from the Ron Paul crowd. However, I expect that Ron Paul and his mindless followers will somehow want to blame America for this; and yes, somehow Israel and the Jews. Fun Fact: Most Ron Paul supports also believe that Israel was behind the 9/11 attacks here in America too.

Another tidbit of information: Olso, Norway was the site of the Oslo Accords of 1993.

My Thoughts and Prayers to those in Oslo; may God be with them, for they are now in the fight for their lives.

UPDATE #2: PLEASE, BEFORE YOU COMMENT OR SAY A WORD; GO TO THIS NEW POSTING!

Quite frankly, I am sick about even publishing the above, at all. 🙁 I, like many right-wing bloggers; blew it, badly. I, like them, assumed the worst and that Radical Islam was involved. Basically this idiot was Norway’s version of Timothy McVeigh. (Except for McVeigh was not a “Christan,” but rather an agnostic. This is a Conservative, and I mean ultra-conservative and a supposed “Christian.”

Video: This is why we must not fail in the war on terrorism!

These are the Taliban and the men lined up are Pakistani Policemen: (Warning! Graphic Video!)

The Story via ABC NEWS:

In a new video which recently surfaced online, the Taliban appears to brutally and systematically execute 16 unarmed Pakistani policemen in what the terror group called a revenge killing.

The video of the massacre, which reportedly took place in early June, was posted online last week and confirmed by the Pakistani army today. It shows the policemen — who are not in uniform — standing in a line before a Taliban member who appears to be lecturing them. The man, who appears to act as the militants’ commander, accuses the policemen of executing six children in a previous operation and claims their imminent deaths are revenge, according to a summary posted with the video.

Several Taliban members then open fire on the group until all the policemen have fallen. A wailing cry is heard in the background after the initial volley. After reloading, a single fighter walks over each body and shoots them once more in the head.

But yet, President Barack Obama wants to try and negotiate with these monsters.

My friends, you do not negotiate with criminals and cold blooded killers; these people hate Liberty and Freedom. They hate Israel and Jews; kind of like the liberal left and some of the Paleo-Conservative and libertarian right.  They are not rational, sane, human beings — they are cold blooded killers. We did not negotiate with Charles Manson and his cult — so why the hell would we negotiate with people like this?

My friends, consider this hallow warning from someone who sat through hours of footage on 9/11 and almost ended up in the psych ward because of it:

IF WE DO NOT SUCCEED ON THE WAR ON TERRORISM, THIS COULD BE A SCENE IN AMERICA VERY SOON!

Dismiss me as an alarmist if you wish; I could not care less. But this is coming to America, if we fall down on the war on terrorism!

America must be protected; Israel must be protected, Liberty and Freedom are at stake! Radical Islam is a threat! Do not believe the lie of the Liberal-controlled, financed, and organized media — which is supplanted by the Government! The liberal media is in bed with the radical and no-so-radical Muslims!

Remember 9/11, Remember the Pentagon, Remember Flight 93 —– Remember America.

Remember this Video and Blog Posting come November 2012.

We need a President who will stand tall in the face of these bastards and not blink. Bush did it; and paid for it, with his Presidency — but he did not waver for a second. Mistakes were made, that is very true. However, in the end, we won in Iraq and we can win here too. We just have to not give up.

lan astaslem --- I will not surrender --I will not submit.

This is not a game, this is not fake; Ron Paul and his racist, Anti-Semitic friends, who hate Israel and everything related to it are the ENEMY! They must be kept out of the White House, at all costs! They are friends with these people!  Consider me a soldier in that battle too.

In the Name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth and of in the Name of the Lord GOD Jehovah — Master and Saviour of this World and KING of Kings and LORD of Lords of this World and in the great, wonderful, world to come:

I WILL NEVER SURRENDER!

Noted Anti-American, Communist, Traitor Bitch Liberal — Jane Fonda whines about her QVC appearance being cancelled

I got four words for this feckless bitch….:

I was to have been on QVC today to introduce my book, “Prime Time,” about aging and the life cycle. The network said they got a lot of calls yesterday criticizing me for my opposition to the Vietnam War and threatening to boycott the show if I was allowed to appear. I am, to say the least, deeply disappointed that QVC caved to this kind of insane pressure by some well funded and organized political extremist groups. And that they did it without talking to me first. I have never shied away from talking about this as I have nothing to hide. I could have pointed out that threats of boycotts are nothing new for me and have never prevented me from having best selling books and exercise DVDs, films, and a Broadway play. Most people don’t buy into the far right lies. Many people have reached out to express how excited they were about my going onto QVC and hearing about my book.

Bottom line, this has gone on far too long, this spreading of lies about me! None of it is true. NONE OF IT! I love my country. I have never done anything to hurt my country or the men and women who have fought and continue to fight for us. I do not understand what the far right stands to gain by continuing with these myths. In this case, they denied a lot of people the chance to hear about a book that can help make life better, easier and more fulfilling. I am deeply grateful for all of the support I have been getting since this happened, including from my Vietnam Veterans friends.

None of it is true? Hmmmmmm:

Quote:

“If you understood what Communism was, you would hope, you would pray on your knees that one day we would become Communist.” (speaking to students at the University of Michigan in 1970)

There is a recording of that little speech with that quote above in it. If you happen to know where I can find it, leave a comment below and I will post it here too.

More Video:

Mrs. Fonda. We have not forgotten; nor will we ever. Your actions were that of an American traitor and in a sane world, you would have been arrested and charged with treason. So, to your little statement above, I have four little words for you —- you Anti-American, communist, traitor bitch:

CRY ME A RIVER!

That is all.

Time for some clarity

I feel the need to write about something, which has been bugging me for a while now. I had always known that there was a certain subset of the Conservative movement, which was Anti-Semitic and racist. However, I felt that I could disagree with those people and still call myself a Paleo-Conservative. Indeed, I do very much highly disagree with those who believe in exporting Democracy to other Countries. However, something that occurred tonight forced me to confront the fact that the Anti-War, Paleo-Conservative/libertarian crowd was a bit more hateful than I thought.

First off, let me say this; indeed, I am skeptical of some of the goings on in Israel. Indeed, I am very critical of those who use their racial or ethnic background to get special treatment in this Country. However, my criticisms do not equate to the general hatred of Jews, neither does that equate to a hatred of Israel. Nor does it equate to the feeling that Israel does not have the right to exist as a Nation or that Israel should be destroyed. That my friend is unabashed hatred and that is something that I will not be a part of, at all.

As you all know, that read this blog; I am a user of the social media service called twitter. Tonight, I saw something on twitter that made me very angry. It appears that a particular online publication, which hails itself as a “libertarian” one; has a twitter account. I am referring to AntiWar.com. It appears that this site has a twitter account and on it, a link was posted to a story, in which a Palestinian girl was killed by Israeli border guards.

It was not so much the story that was posted, that I had such a problem with; it was the comment left, when the tweet was sent, it read:

Israeli police will not face trial over death of Palestinian girl – hey it’s not like she’s Jewish or something. feh. http://ind.pn/pjh8Mt

My friends, this is something that I just cannot and will not overlook. This anti-Semitic stereotype is so often bandied about regarding the Jews and Israel. This is nothing more, than leftist hatred; something that I cannot and will not support, ever.

So, as of today, the following changes are being made to this blog. I am, as of now, removing the label of Paleo-Conservative/libertarian/Classic Liberal from this blog. If that is what those two groups, being libertarian and Paleo-Conservative are truly about – I am done with them for good. I am a “right of center” that is what I always called myself. I simply put labels on it, so people could understand where it is that I come from. However, I feel that ignoring this and leaving the labels on the blog fosters the idea that I am someone supports that sort of hatred.

Further, I have removed the section on this blog, which brings the argument that “Racism” was the invention of a group of Marxist Jews from Germany that fled to America. While that might be true —- unfortunately, there are people out there, who use that argument to hide behind, so that they can continue to spew hatred towards Jews and Blacks —– I am not one of those people.

Further, I am going to find and display on my blog, in an obvious spot, a banner that declares that I STAND WITH ISRAEL —- as a Christian, I lay claim to that land, and one day, during the millennial reign of Christ, I will dwell in that land and judge Angels. That is what my Bible tells me.

This, admittedly, is a new place for me; and I feel a bit weird in it. However, when one stands for what he feels is morally right, sometimes, it has to be uncomfortable. Further, if those who disagree with this move of mine want to call me a neo-con, Jew Lover, Bush lover or warmonger — fine, let them. They are fools and one fine day, they will discover just how wrong they truly are.

It feels so good to be doing, what I feel is morally right.

In which I disagree with the John Birch Society

I have been known to defend the John Birch Society in the past and once even stuck up for them, which inflamed a blog war.

However, when a writer at the John Birch Society writes something that I disagree with, and believe is wrong; I will call them on it.I happened to get an e-mail from Zionica, which is a Christian newsletter from a site that rounds up various posts on blogs, that would be of interest to people like me.

Usually, I agree with everything posted there; but this part got up my libertarian nose a bit.

I will quote a bit of what Bruce Walker over at the John Birch Society’s New American wrote: (H/T to Zionica)

Does that mean that the influence exerted by state religion is universally benign? No: What matters is not the principle of separation of religion and government but rather the nature of the religion connected with government. Christianity clearly demands tolerance and love for all mankind. Jesus’ parable of the “Good Samaritan,” for example, is a perfect example of how Christians are commanded by God to view non-Christians. So too are commandments such as “Love your enemy.  Pray for them that curse you.” That sort of theological underpinning produces tolerance, which then infuses government with similar tolerance. So it is that, after the United States, the most tolerant nations — England, Denmark, Scotland, Costa Rica, and Norway — have always had state or national Christianity (Britain [Church of England], Denmark [Lutheranism], Scotland [Catholicism], and Church of Norway [also Lutheranism]).

While the separation of church and state has had no relationship to the practical liberties of people, religions such as Islam and Shinto — or metaphysical systems such as Buddhism and Hinduism — have historically not been tolerant. Nepal, which had Hinduism as its state religion until recently, has a history of violence and intolerance. Sri Lanka, which has Theravada Buddhism as its state religion, is in the last stages of a gruesome and long civil war in which Buddhists have murdered Hindus in horrific ways, and vice versa.  Most people associate Buddhism and Hinduism with nonviolence (which is not, actually, part of the doctrine of either — although there are consequences for violence in the afterlife). Why anyone would expect that the metaphysical system of Hinduism —which, until Europeans introduced Christian values, practiced the suttee (burning alive of the widows of husbands who had died), Thugee (religious murder to appease the goddess Kali), and oppression of “untouchables” (as in India) — would be “peaceful” is a mystery.

Worst, though, are those nations which formally adopt a religion of violent oppression. Islam today bears a striking resemblance to the Shinto in Imperial Japan (Kamikaze pilots and suicide bombers, as well as as the mandate of world conquest. There are no less than 26 nations in Asia and Africa in which Islam is the state religion. In many even the attempted conversion of people to other religions is a capital offense.

Should it surprise us then to learn that on Sunday thousands in Bangladesh violently protested recent changes to the nation’s 1972 Constitution that retained Islam as the state religion of the nation but which diminished somewhat the role of Islam in government? The Bangladesh Nationalist Party demanded that “absolute faith in Allah” be put back in the constitution. Not only riots but strikes have also crippled the nation. The protesters, chanting, “There is no God but Allah” blocked highways and started fires. They also attacked police, as Sheikh Ainul Haj, the district police chief related: “The activists … beat seven of our officers who are injured. We shot rubber bullets and tear gas to disperse the unruly mobs.”

All religious practitioners have not exhibited the same tolerance for non-practitioners that typically is demonstrated in Judeo-Christian cultures. The surest path of peace and liberty has most often been shown by those willing to embrace the Bible and those faiths that nourish their souls on its wisdom and goodness. Anti-Christian, anti-Jewish states such as Nazi Germany and Soviet Russia have been among the most oppressive in the world, suggesting a penetrating question: Why do we try to separate our God from America? America and its liberties were founded upon faith, and these liberties die without God — a historical fact evil and prideful men wish to deny.

As John Adams said: “Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate for the government of any other.”

Now this is just a snippet of what the man wrote; and I highly recommend that you go read the entire thing first.

Here is my problem with this piece. The truth is, most American Muslims are peaceful and most of them, just want to practice their religion in peace and not be bothered and further more, most of them have no desire whatsoever to hurt anyone at all. What this article does not do, is separate between peaceful Muslims in America and violent extremist Muslims living abroad and some here in America.  I will fully admit to having personal reservations about Muslims here in America, especially those who tend to embrace extremism. However, I am not ready to toss out the proverbial “baby with the bath water” just yet.

This, I am afraid, is a tactic straight out of the far Christian right; which panders to the fears that most Americans feel, when around people of other cultures. Fifty years ago or longer; it was blacks and now, it is Muslims. Further, this article is a classic textbook example of the very flawed belief system that America was founded as a “Christian Nation.” In fact, the United States of America was founded as a Constitutional Republic  by men, who by today’s standards in evangelical Christianity; were Religious at best. In fact, one them, Ben Franklin was, in fact, agnostic.

The founders of this great Nation of ours, did, however, believe that one thing was, in fact, paramount — Religious Freedom.  This is why the first amendment was added to the Constitution.  Further, the founders also believed that the State should keep its nose out of the affairs of the local Church; as well, as the Church keeping its nose out of the affairs of the Government.

So, while I respect the “Christian Right,” I am afraid cannot, as a believer in Constitutionalism; support the idea that Islam should not be protected under the First Amendment. Nor can I support the foolhardy idea of “Christian Supremacy.”  I would never support the idea of Islamic Supremacy, nor White Supremacy or any other sort  of group that wishes to exert its particular group as supreme. So, why would I support this foolish notion?   I believe that all men are created equal and should be treated as such and that no religion, political party or ethnic group should be held in higher regard than another.

To do anything other, is quite dangerous and is a grave danger to our Republic.

The End of an Era: Representative Ron Paul will not seek another term in 2012

The news comes from Ron Paul’s local hometown paper:

LAKE JACKSON — After serving almost 24 years in the U.S. House of Representatives, Congressman Ron Paul told The Facts exclusively this morning he will not be seeking another term for the District 14 seat.

Paul, 75, will instead focus on his quest for the presidency in 2012.

“I felt it was better that I concentrate on one election,” Paul said. “It’s about that time when I should change tactics.”

His announcement will give enough time for anyone with aspirations for his seat to think about running, he said. Paul didn’t want to wait for filing in the 2012 primary to let people know he wasn’t seeking reelection.

“I didn’t want to hold off until in December,” he said. “I thought it shouldn’t be any later than now.”

Paul has served 12 terms in Congress. District 14 encompasses a 10-county area along the Gulf Coast.

“The people in the area have supported me for many years,” he said.

Ed Morrissey over at HotAir.com, who is not a Ron Paul fan at all; offers some fact correction and some straight talk:

The Facts needs to do The Math.  Paul first won election to Congress in a 1976 special election, lost later that year, and then won again in 1978.  He’s served parts of 18 terms in the House, which adds up in this case to a little over 34 years when his current term expires.

Paul either really wants to retire or really thinks that he’s on the cusp of a major upset in the GOP primary.  I’ll assume that he has a somewhat realistic view of his prospects in this primary, where he might wind up as the runner-up among Texans if Rick Perry jumps into the race.  He’ll be 76 years old next month, and with his son in the Senate, Paul may feel comfortable with retirement after one last national campaign that puts his somewhat erratic libertarianism on the GOP presidential agenda for a second straight cycle.  If he’s not taking a realistic view of his chances, then perhaps he believes that the only thing that held him back from besting John McCain, Mitt Romney, and Mike Huckabee in any 2008 primary was his simultaneous campaign for re-election.  If so, then he really needs this retirement.

Of course, Paul could change his mind before the end of the year, but after this kind of announcement, it would be hard to sell even to the adoring voters in his district.  Looks like the end of the road for the man best known for contrarian votes on meaningless resolutions and for railing against government spending while garnering pork for his constituents.

I agree with the above, especially the underlined part.  When I discovered that little tidbit of information, that was when I basically dropped my support of Ron Paul. Besides all of that; The Ron Paul cult did the same thing as the Barack Obama cult did, made the man into something he was not.  When Ron Paul saw that he could not win the Presidency in 2008 and decided to give his support to the rest of the 2008 independent candidates, some of the Ron Paul cult almost went into meltdown. Some of them even turned on him and accused him of being a puppet for the Illuminati or something. It was a strange thing to watch.

Not only this, point-blank; the man is just not electable, period, end of story. Heck, even his supporters openly admit that, “It is not about winning, it is about spreading the message.” To which I ask, what is the purpose of spending all that money, time and effort into a person, who really does not give a hoot if he is elected or not? That my friends, is the epitome of stupid. Not to mention that he has associations and has taken money from people, who are, in my humble opinion, just straight up evil.

As I have said before, I respect Ron Paul on his fiscal policy; but his foreign policy; in this day and age of external threats to our Nation —- irregardless of what caused them — the fact is that they are there, and Ron Paul’s foreign policy is just not realistic. You cannot offer flowers and rainbows to people who want to kill you. It is just that damn simple. The only thing that terrorists and evil people, like some of Ron Paul’s friends understand; is the end of a gun — and we should keep that in mind, when voting for our next President.

Other than that, I wish Ron Paul a very happy retirement and I thank him for his service to his Country. I also thank him for returning his Congressional seat back to the adults in politics. 😀

If anyone thinks that I agree with this, they’re crazy

As some of you know, I am avid user of twitter and tonight something went whizzing by me; that I just had to check out.

This is from the Arab world’s resident terrorist apologist network:

This game has to end, and the continuation of a Peace Process that only encourages relentless Israeli occupation exacerbates the situation. It’s time for a dramatic shift in the Israeli/Palestinian dynamic which places costs where they belong, on the occupier. Whether this will be born out diplomatic initiatives at the United Nations, non-violent popular uprising, or Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions is still unclear. Perhaps it’s all of the above.

What we know for sure is that Washington’s insistence on a failed status quo has only proved costly for Palestinians and beneficial for Israel. Palestinians should not be subjected, or subject themselves, to engaging Israel in an arena they are cornered into and disadvantaged in, but rather should choose to meet them in an arena where the the playing field is fair or to their advantage. Increasingly, this is anywhere in the world outside of Washington.

Any new Palestinian strategy must put reversing this “cost-free occupation” dynamic at its center. Israel will only end its occupation when pressured to do so and it must be made to realise that it is more costly to maintain the occupation than end it.

Translation? We have to fire more missile bombs into Israel and sponsor more acts of terror in America to get them to support our cause!

It’s an opinion piece I do realize that; but I am also smart enough to know that these jokers are not honest brokers and never have been, ever.

As anyone knows, who has read my blog at all; I have been a critic of the Zionists abroad and in America. But let me tell you this; if anyone who reads this blog thinks that I support that sort of nonsense up there —- you are very highly mistaken.

The entire modus operandi of this idiot I quoted above and those who think like him; is not for the preservation of the Palestinian state, whatever that is — it is for the destruction of the Jewish state and of the entire Jewish race. It is also for the destruction of Israel’s allies in the west; namely America. It is the mentality of al-Qaeda, who attacked us on 9/11 and most Muslims.

So, while I might hurl my fair share of criticisms at the Zionist movement. I will never ever agree with the mindset quoted above, ever.

More TSA woes

Check the story out over at Gateway Pundit.

Jim Hoft snarks:

It’s an Obama world…

Well, Jim, I’d buy that; but it not the Bush Administration’s failure to protect us on 9/11 that is the root of all of this? Why, Yes, I’d say it was! 🙄

You whiny ass bastards want to be protected from terrorism; but then you bitch when the TSA tries to protect everyone! 🙄

What Hoft and his friends want; is for Muslims to be segregated into one line, and everyone else into another line. There is only one problem with that stupid idea — last time I checked, this is not Israel, this is America and we treat everyone the same. I wonder if Hoft would like to see blacks segregated too? After all, he does link to items by the “White Council.

This here, is why the Neo-Conservative bloggers hate me; because I call them on their hypocrisy. Debbie Schlussel does it and gets called crazy; and every other slam under the sun — and I do too. Because I dare to call these bastards out, for what they are — racist, Neo-Nazi sympathizing bastards, who would sell their own damned mother up the river to make a cheap political point.
