He’s a criminal, but he “did the right thing” when it mattered – alerting cops to what he feared was a terror plot the day before the Fourth of July.

At about 5 p.m. yesterday, an unidentified thief with a police record broke into a red van that had been parked at 53rd Street and Second Avenue in Brooklyn’s Sunset Park for about a month, a source told The Post.

He was stunned when he looked inside – it was filled with gas cans and Styrofoam cups containing a mysterious white substance with protruding wires and switches.

Stealing vans in one thing, but blowing up part of the damn city is another. Kudo’s to the guy for doing the right thing.

I just wonder how many Democrats will deny this even happened, because it is a New York Post story and dismiss it as Rupert Murdock produced pro-war Propaganda?

I posted this, not for some stupid political ploy, not to be clever, but to remind everyone, no matter what your political stripe or conviction or feeling, You are, We are, all Americans. This is our land, and we should, at least once a year, stop and reflect on our freedoms. The freedom to write, the freedom to Pray to whatever God we wish or the freedom to not pray, at all.  The freedom to agree, the freedom of dissent or to disagree, the freedom to assemble or simply the freedom to do nothing at all.

Clinton to wrap it up in New York after Tuesday Primary

It seems that finally, Mrs. "I am a female and you owe me the Presidency", has finally seen reality.

Ben Smith @ Politico Reports:

Members of Hillary Clinton’s advance staff received calls and emails this evening from headquarters summoning them to New York City Tuesday night, and telling them their roles on the campaign are ending, two Clinton staffers tell my colleague Amie Parnes.

The advance staffers — most of them now in Puerto Rico, South Dakota, and Montana — are being given the options of going to New York for a final day Tuesday, or going home, the aides said. The move is a sign that the campaign is beginning to shed — at least — some of its staff. The advance staff is responsible for arranging the candidate’s events around the country.

With the future of her campaign in doubt, Clinton hasn’t announced her plans for the final election night of the primary cycle or beyond, but the aides said she would stage her election night event in New York City. Her entourage is currently expected to wake up Tuesday in New York and to arrive in Washington, D.C. Tuesday night.

However, Ben does report:

Clinton’s senior aides didn’t respond to requests for comment on her Tuesday night plans.

Well, of course, she’s not going to say, "Yeah, I’m dropping out", and risk not getting the votes. She is not stupid. She is looking to get a cabinet position or something out of all this.  Of course, I think it would be absolutely hilarious if Obama simply told her, "I will be in touch" and never called her, at all.  It would be the ultimate payback for all the stuff she said about him.

Hillary says why she’s running, still living in fantasy world.

Not to mention the fact that she remains totally unapologetic about her remarks: 

Almost immediately, some took my comments entirely out of context and interpreted them to mean something completely different – and completely unthinkable.

I want to set the record straight: I was making the simple point that given our history, the length of this year’s primary contest is nothing unusual. Both the executive editor of the newspaper where I made the remarks, and Sen. Kennedy’s son, Bobby Kennedy Jr., put out statements confirming that this was the clear meaning of my remarks. Bobby stated, "I understand how highly charged the atmosphere is, but I think it is a mistake for people to take offense."

I realize that any reference to that traumatic moment for our nation can be deeply painful – particularly for members of the Kennedy family, who have been in my heart and prayers over this past week. And I expressed regret right away for any pain I caused.

But I was deeply dismayed and disturbed that my comment would be construed in a way that flies in the face of everything I stand for – and everything I am fighting for in this election.

Not to mention, she’s lying, still, about her husband’s campaign in 1992:

I made clear that I was – and that I thought the urgency to end the 2008 primary process was unprecedented. I pointed out, as I have before, that both my husband’s primary campaign, and Sen. Robert Kennedy’s, had continued into June.

Her husband’s nomination had already been secured long before June. She’s lying, again.

I am running because my parents did not raise me to be a quitter – and too many people still come up to me at my events, grip my arm and urge me not to walk away before this contest is over. More than 17 million Americans have voted for me in this race – the most in presidential primary history.

I am running for all those women in their 90s who’ve told me they were born before women could vote, and they want to live to see a woman in the White House. For all the women who are energized for the first time, and voting for the first time. For the little girls – and little boys – whose parents lift them onto their shoulders at our rallies, and whisper in their ears, "See, you can be anything you want to be." As the first female candidate in this position, I believe I have a responsibility to finish this race.

I am running for all the men and women I meet who wake up every day and work hard to make a difference for their families. People who deserve a shot at the American Dream – the chance to save for college, a home and retirement; to afford quality health care for their families; to fill the gas tank and buy the groceries with a little left over each month.

Translation: I am running because I am a egotistic bitch, who doesn’t understand the word, "You lost". I am running because I am an Elitist Liberal who is used to getting what I want and will go at any lengths to get it, including murdering people. Just ask Vince Foster.

If Hillary is going to rescue her reputation, she had better give this up and now, otherwise, there is going to be a great number of people angry at her.

This notion that if you don’t vote for John McCain, that your vote is a vote for Hillary or Obama is the biggest lie and the great travesty ever heaped upon this Nation. Heaped upon it by warmongering bastards who want to send this Nation into a pit that it will never get itself out of.

I ask you today, Libertarian, Constitutionalist, Conservative, Republican, wake up and realize that this Nations only hope, is found in this man.

Former New York City Mayor Edward Koch, one of the country’s most prominent Democrats, says he may cross over and back Republican Sen. John McCain for president.

In an exclusive Newsmax interview, Koch says McCain “has no equal” when it comes to opposing Islamic terrorism. Though Koch says he disagrees with most of McCain’s positions on domestic issues, he could support him because of his strong national security credentials.

Koch carries significant weight with many Jewish Democrats in New York and across the country. He also has a history of playing the maverick and crossing party lines.

The only reason I gave the green light on this Blog posting is because Koch has a Column over on NewsMax. Recently he has posted on NewsMax, that he does not trust Obama on National Security Issues.

I just wonder, what, if any, effect will this have on Obama’s ability to get elected, will this cause any shake up in the super-delegate count? Will this affect the surge in Super-delegates?

I just wonder, if this means that the Reagan Democrats are just not being won over by Obama and his slick speeches?

She left a broken home on the Jersey Shore at 17 and came to New York City to work the nightclubs as a rhythm and blues singer. Now, at 22, she is the unwitting, and as yet unseen, star of the seamy drama that is the downfall of Gov. Eliot Spitzer of New York.

I partly feel sorry for this young lady.

I saw this story this morning on the wires and blogs, I started to just ignore it. But it’s news, I thought I’d say a few words. I thought about making a snarky comment, But that’s just too easy, she’s most likely going to be drug through the mud, by the MSM and some of the less forgiving Bloggers out there.

I guess I’m a sucker for a pretty face.

I can’t bring myself to say anything more than, hopefully she uses this as an opportunity to better herself.

The Story: It Wasn’t the Sex; Suspicious $$ Transfers Led to Spitzer – (via ABC News)

The federal investigation of a New York prostitution ring was triggered by Gov. Eliot Spitzer’s suspicious money transfers, initially leading agents to believe Spitzer was hiding bribes, according to federal officials.

It was only months later that the IRS and the FBI determined that Spitzer wasn’t hiding bribes but payments to a company called QAT, what prosecutors say is a prostitution operation operating under the name of the Emperors Club.

As recently as this past Valentine’s Day, Feb. 13, Spitzer, who officials say is identified in a federal complaint as "Client 9," arranged for a prostitute "Kristen" to meet him in Washington, D.C.

This crap is getting nuttier, by the minute. I’m sure the Kossaks are working on some sort of a conspiracy theory.

This dude basically was running around with a damn neon sign that read, "I’m picking up whores, bust me now!"

Wow…. All I can say, is wow….
