Editorial: Sometimes acting like Michelle Malkin is a good thing

I sit here tonight, as a former “left of center” Blogger, amazed at what has become of the party, that I once used to just blindly vote for every year.  I fully understand what Ronald Reagan was referring to, when he quoted Al Smith in his 1964 speech called “Rendezvous with Destiny.”  It just seems to me that the Liberals in this country of ours, instead of listening to the other side of the political fence and possibly learning from them, are more interested in mocking them and living in their own altered state of reality. Conversely, I have been told that this is nothing new, Democrats have been doing this for years.

Earlier tonight, I was over looking around on a well-known liberal Blog called Crooks and Liars, which, for those of you who are not normally of the Blogging community is a rather humorous reference to former President Richard M. Nixon’s statement of, “I am not a crook.” John Amato, A liberal from California, runs that rather interesting Blog.  Earlier tonight, John made a rather flippant comment that burned me to my core, and as a result, I felt the need to write about it, and the person, of whom he was referring.

John Amato was reporting on a Conservative Radio host from Alaska, who rather idiotically, made some rather nasty comments about some women holding a Anti-Sarah Palin rally in Alaska, and also about him giving their personal cell phone numbers out, whereby causing some of them to receive threats.  The host was suspended a week, without pay, which I feel was ample punishment.  To be fair to the Host, he was not aware that the numbers given out were personal cell phone numbers.

It was not the reporting of the incident that annoyed me to my core, it was the rather offhanded, mean spirited comment that was attached to the reporting of that story, that warranted this Editorial.  The comment that sent me over the rails, the comment, that I feel, was a shot over the bow of a rather highly intelligent woman, who I feel is unique spokesperson for American Conservative values in this Country.

“Acting like Michelle Malkin does have some consequences after all.”

That, Mr. Amato, is over the line.  I will explain why. However, I do not expect you, being locked into your bastardly Liberal mindset, to understand why I feel so damned strongly about this. Nevertheless, I will try to make your rather simple liberal mind understand the questions I am about to ask you.  I realize it might be a crab shoot with you, but I am in need of a challenge this evening and you are the target of interest.

  1. Do you believe that Michelle Malkin’s due diligence in reporting on the war on terror is a hateful thing?  I would expect so, seeing most of you liberals believe that we should try to talk to people who want to see this Nation and everything it stands for destroyed.
  2. I suppose that you believe that Michelle Malkin’s reporting of the vandalism that happened to the Vietnam vets war memorial in Washington D.C. is a hateful thing as well?  This would not surprise me.  Seeing it is you liberals, who hate our military, to the point of wanting America to lose a war and return home in disgrace.  Vietnam proved that sir.
  3. I suppose you would disapprove of Michelle Malkin’s resolve to “Lan Astaslem” which is Arabic for “I will not submit/surrender?”  This is a pledge that we as Americans will not submit or surrender to Islamic extremists who want to strike fear into the American people and ruin our livelihoods, something that I also believe in, to my very core.  I say this because it is you and your Liberal friends wish to appease those who want to destroy this Nation.

Yes, Michelle Malkin and I do have our differences.  Her brand of Conservatism is a bit different from mine.  I do not agree with every thing that she writes.  I am not a “Malkin-bot,” a funny term that I gave to some of her supporters, who tend to be, what I and Andrew P. Napolitano like to call sheep. However, that is about where the differences end.  When it comes to matters of National Defense and Defending our Military against those who would like to see it destroyed, including brain-dead liberals like you, Ted Kennedy, Nancy Pelosi, and Harry Reid.  I am, in fact, in agreement with her on these issues.

In closing, let me simply say this.  The Democrats talk about change.  Well, this year is going to be a major change for me as well.  For the first time, since I have legally eligible to vote, I will be not voting for a Democrat.  This is because the party that I used to just blindly vote for, in every election has totally drifted beyond the point that I feel to be acceptable in American politics.  I am sorry, but I cannot and will not vote for a Party’s candidate, whose politics resemble that of Karl Marx or that of the Nazi Party.  Furthermore, I will not vote for a candidate whose party abdicated its core principles in the Primary and at the convention, just so they could hurry up and get their nominee.

This is to say nothing of the communist socialist agenda,  the wholesale slaughter of innocent babies, the outright attack of the Judeo-Christian Faith, The Promotion and advocating of the Atheistic movement and the furtherance of the Homosexual agenda, the promoting of Identity Politics within the African-American community, in response to a perceived and mostly falsely assumed attack on the Negro Race.

All of these things are why this Blogger will be voting differently on November 4, 2008.

From the “WTF?!?!?!?!?” File

I won’t quote the whole thing, because it is an AP Story. But this cannot be very good at all.

Quote:

ISLAMABAD, Pakistan – Pakistan’s military has ordered its forces to open fire if U.S. troops launch another air or ground raid across the Afghan border, an army spokesman said Tuesday.

The orders, which come in response to a highly unusual Sept. 3 ground attack by U.S. commandos, are certain to heighten tension between Washington and a key ally against terrorism.

[…]

“The orders are clear,” Abbas said in an interview. “In case it happens again in this form, that there is a very significant detection, which is very definite, no ambiguity, across the border, on ground or in the air: open fire.”

Can someone remind me here again, why we didn’t just bomb these bastards into the stone age, when we went in there originally?

Oy… Another one of Dubya’s screw ups. The damned idiot. 😡

A possible dicey day on Wall St.

I knew about the problems that were happening over on Wall Street and in the banking world. I was just unaware of just how bad it is.

It turns out, that it is really bad. I mean, really seriously bad!

The Wall Street has a great Video and Story up over on their site.

Here’s the Video:

Quote from WSJ:

The American financial system was shaken to its core on Sunday. Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. said it would file for bankruptcy protection, and Merrill Lynch & Co. agreed to be sold to Bank of America Corp.

The U.S. government, which bailed out Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac a week ago and orchestrated the sale of Bear Stearns Cos. to J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. in March, played much tougher with Lehman. It refused to provide a financial backstop to potential buyers. Without such support, Barclays PLC and Bank of America, the two most interested buyers, walked away. Barclays said Monday it pulled out of the potential deal after deciding it wasn’t in the best interest of shareholders.

Late Sunday night, Lehman said it intends to file for protection under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York. Lehman said none of the broker-dealer subsidiaries or other subsidiaries of LBHI will be included in the Chapter 11 filing and all of the broker-dealers will continue to operate. Customers of Lehman Brothers, including customers of its wholly owned subsidiary, Neuberger Berman Holdings LLC, may continue to trade or take other actions with respect to their accounts, Lehman said.

On Sunday night, Bank of America struck an all-stock deal to buy Merrill Lynch for $29 a share, or $50 billion.

Though it steered clear of a bailout, the Federal Reserve is expected to take new steps to stabilize the broader financial system. These steps, expected to be temporary, would make it easier for banks and securities firms to borrow from the central bank by using a wider range of collateral. Bankers say these financial institutions might need short-term funds as they unwind their many trading positions with Lehman.

While I do not have anything invested on Wall Street, I know people who do, in fact, my parents have stock options in G.M. So, this may just affect them. I will be watching this story all day today. This Blog is mainly politics, but I also Blog about other news stories of interest. Anyhow, this could trigger panic selling everywhere and could trigger a massive crash of the stock market, rivaling the crash of the 1930’s or at least rivaling the mini-crash of the 1980’s.

I do realize that the FDR did put some protection in our bank system to prevent another major crash, as to just good those protections are, we will see I suppose. I do not claim to be a banking nor financial expert. But I can see the panic in the eyes of those men that made that video. So, I expect a horrible day on the stock market.

Of course, our communist liberals, especially the far left with their anti-capitalist mentality, will be cheering this little misfortune. I’m sure that B. Hussein Obama will be saying stuff like, “They deserve to be punished, for making the little people suffer!” and “It was George W. Bush’s fault that the stock market crashed!”

On the other hand, John McCain will most likely make some rather stupid comment and then blame his time as a P.O.W. on his idiotic gaffe. Like he always does. 🙄

Either way, this story is going to be interesting to follow. Stay tuned.

Update: Michelle Malkin says “The Fit has hit the shanIndeed. But she also says:

And now is the time where I get to say, “See, I told you so.” From March 17, 2008, as the Bear Stearns bailout was underway:

I warned from the start of stimulus-palooza that we were headed in this direction. Both political parties support these massive government interventions–from empowering judges to meddle with private contracts to backing billions in mortgage securities. This isn’t the last step. It’s the first. And you know who will end up getting screwed: The responsible and the frugal.

True Michelle, But don’t you think that Mr. “Nation of whiners“, has to share some of the blame, because of his lobbying for the deregulation of the housing industry? Which caused all of this in the first place? I think so. What is really known, is the fact that it is going to get a hell of lot worse, before it gets any better. *gulp!*

Powerful Video

I do wonder if the Obama campaign has seen this or not.

(H/T to Blogwonks)

…..However, I will be fair enough to point out the mistakes.

The Bush Administration admitted that the intelligence that the Bush Administration had, in the leading up to the war, was flat out wrong. Not to mention the “Cherry picking” and stifling of evidence and contrary opinion that surfaced during the lead up the war. Which, in the opinion of this writer, is nothing more than abject fascism.

While I am smart enough to know that this video was not made by the McCain campaign. It does ring at the certain heart string of the American people. However, factually this video falls on it’s face. I agree that the men and women who died in this war, did so believing that they were doing the right thing. However, it does not excuse the fact that mistakes were made. Further more, this video comes across as using our United States Military as some sort of political prop. Which I feel is absolutely sickening.

While this video may be powerful in image and in message. I believe it is a brazen attempt to smear Obama as unpatriotic and inferring that Obama hates our Military persons. That, I am afraid is a bogus lie. I assure you, that if Obama was as nearly as uncaring of our Military personnel as this video infers, he would not even be in the race at all. Because middle America would have never elected him the early primary, if he would have come off as uncaring towards our Military in the primary.

I just do not believe that people are going to buy the subtle message being inferred in this ad, at all. Perhaps in 2004, or even in 2000. But not this time. The country has shifted too much to the left. This because of the many scandals, missteps, and outright blunders by the Government in the last 8 years.

Libertarian Blogger attempts to make case for Obama….

Sorry, I’m not buying this one.

Marginal Revolution:

First, war.  War is the antithesis of the libertarian philosophy of consent, voluntarism and trade.  With every war in American history Leviathan has grown larger and our liberties have withered.  War is the health of the state. And now, fulfilling the dreams of Big Brother, we are in a perpetual war.

A country cannot long combine unlimited government abroad and limited government at home. The Republican party has become the party of war and thus the party of unlimited government.

With war has come FEAR, magnified many times over by the governing party. Fear is pulling Americans into the arms of the state. If only we were better at resisting. Alas, we Americans say that we love liberty but we are fair-weather lovers.  Liberty will flourish only with peace.

Have libertarians gained on other margins in the past eight years? Not at all. Under the Republicans we have been sailing due South-West on the Nolan Chart – fewer civil liberties and more government, including the largest new government program in a generation, the Medicare prescription drug plan, and the biggest nationalization since the Great Depression. Tax cuts, the summum bonum of Republican economic policy, are a sham. The only way to cut taxes is to cut spending and that has not happened.

The libertarian voice has not been listened to in Republican politics for a long time. The Republicans take the libertarian wing of the party for granted and with phony rhetoric and empty phrases have bought our support on the cheap. Thus – since voice has failed – it is  time for exit.  Remember that if a political party can count on you then you cannot count on it.

Exit is the right strategy because if there is any hope for reform it is by casting the Republicans out of power and into the wilderness where they may relearn virtue. Libertarians understand better than anyone that power corrupts. The Republican party illustrates. Lack of power is no guarantee of virtue but Republicans are a far better – more libertarian – party out-of-power than they are in power. When in the wilderness, Republicans turn naturally to a critique of power and they ratchet up libertarian rhetoric about free trade, free enterprise, abuse of government power and even the defense of civil liberties.  We can hope that new leaders will arise in this libertarian milieu.

Nope, not buying this one at all. Why? I’ll tell you why, Because Barack Obama is the MOST liberal senator, and that’s left of Ted Kennedy and Nancy Pelosi according to the National Journal.  I am sorry, I am not, I repeat, I am NOT voting for an outright socialist. This man, wants to punish the rich for the failures of the current administration, that’s the whole tax the rich, and give to the poor, that is the whole entire new Democrat platform. Well, really, it is not new, Ronald Reagan noted it in 1964:

“……Last February 19 at the University of Minnesota, Norman Thomas, six-time candidate for President on the Socialist Party ticket, said, "If Barry Goldwater became President, he would stop the advance of socialism in the United States." I think that’s exactly what he will do.

As a former Democrat, I can tell you Norman Thomas isn’t the only man who has drawn this parallel to socialism with the present administration. Back in 1936, Mr. Democrat himself, Al Smith, the great American, came before the American people and charged that the leadership of his party was taking the party of Jefferson, Jackson, and Cleveland down the road under the banners of Marx, Lenin, and Stalin. And he walked away from his party, and he never returned to the day he died, because to this day, the leadership of that party has been taking that party, that honorable party, down the road in the image of the labor socialist party of England. Now it doesn’t require expropriation or confiscation of private property or business to impose socialism on a people. What does it mean whether you hold the deed or the title to your business or property if the government holds the power of life and death over that business or property? Such machinery already exists. The government can find some charge to bring against any concern it chooses to prosecute. Every businessman has his own tale of harassment. Somewhere a perversion has taken place. Our natural, inalienable rights are now considered to be a dispensation of government, and freedom has never been so fragile, so close to slipping from our grasp as it is at this moment. Our Democratic opponents seem unwilling to debate these issues. They want to make you and I believe that this is a contest between two men…that we are to choose just between two personalities.” — Address on behalf of Senator Barry Goldwater – Rendezvous with Destiny – October 27, 1964

I cannot, as a Christian, As a Libertarian, As a Independent Conservative, in good conscience, vote for a man who holds to that sort political philosophy. Some may disagree, but this Blogger an voter, is not swayed, and I will voting for what I believe in, come November 4, 2008.

Palin Makes Her First Gaffe, or perhaps not….

Sam Stein is wetting his pants with glass that Palin supposedly Made Her First Gaffe.

Gov. Sarah Palin made her first potentially major gaffe during her time on the national scene while discussing the developments of the perilous housing market this past weekend. Speaking before voters in Colorado Springs, the Republican vice presidential nominee claimed that lending giants Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac had “gotten too big and too expensive to the taxpayers.” The companies, as McClatchy reported, “aren’t taxpayer funded but operate as private companies. The takeover may result in a taxpayer bailout during reorganization.

Well, there’s only one little problem with that whole thing. It was not exactly a gaffe at all. Because now that the United States Government has bailed out Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, it is going to start costing the tax payers money, not to mention that it will cause housing prices to rise, to cover the bailout. After all, the Government will have to cover that loss.

So, it looks like, while she might have been wrong in the past. In this case, considering what has happened to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, Palin was absolutely correct.

Muslims Desecrate and Urinate in Jerusalem Holy Site

(H/T to WorldNetDaily)

The Story Via Israel National News:

Video:

Quote:

The Cave of the Patriarchs is the tomb of the biblical founders of the Jewish faith, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob and their wives, Sarah, Rivka, and Leah.

The desecration occurred on one of the 10 days during the year that the holy site is open only to Muslims and is closed to Jews. The same arrangement also is accorded to Jews on 10 holy Jewish days.

Uri Karzen, a Hevron resident, reported that a Kohen, who recites the priestly blessings during the Sabbath morning service, told him he smelled urine next to the Holy Ark containing Torah scrolls. Karzen and other worshippers moved the table, where the Torah scrolls are placed during the reciting of the portion of the week, in order to avoid the foul smell.

This sort of thing is totally disgusting. It is also a reason why I have zero use for Muslims and their crazy Satanic Religion. As it says in that Video report, if the Jews had done this to Muslims, it would be all over the Liberal News, but because it is Muslims doing it to Jews, nobody cares. In fact, according the video, the local police even doubted that it even happened. What idiotic nonsense! Conservatives and Christians should be lighting up the media phones and demanding that they report this.

I must wonder, would B. Hussein Obama approve of something this repulsive? He’d most likely want to give those Muslims a medal.

Mrs. Palin makes her case

As this goes to print, there is a story that the TelePrompter operator may have messed up a bit and Mrs. Palin had to “wing it” a bit. Update: It is now a fact.

Transcript: (Via MSNBC)

Mr. Chairman, delegates, and fellow citizens: I am honored to be considered for the nomination for Vice President of the United States…

I accept the call to help our nominee for president to serve and defend America.

I accept the challenge of a tough fight in this election… against confident opponents … at a crucial hour for our country.

And I accept the privilege of serving with a man who has come through much harder missions … and met far graver challenges … and knows how tough fights are won – the next president of the United States, John S. McCain.

It was just a year ago when all the experts in Washington counted out our nominee because he refused to hedge his commitment to the security of the country he loves.

With their usual certitude, they told us that all was lost – there was no hope for this candidate who said that he would rather lose an election than see his country lose a war.

But the pollsters and pundits overlooked just one thing when they wrote him off.

They overlooked the caliber of the man himself – the determination, resolve, and sheer guts of Senator John McCain. The voters knew better.

And maybe that’s because they realize there is a time for politics and a time for leadership … a time to campaign and a time to put our country first.

Our nominee for president is a true profile in courage, and people like that are hard to come by.

He’s a man who wore the uniform of this country for 22 years, and refused to break faith with those troops in Iraq who have now brought victory within sight.

And as the mother of one of those troops, that is exactly the kind of man I want as commander in chief. I’m just one of many moms who’ll say an extra prayer each night for our sons and daughters going into harm’s way.

Our son Track is 19.

And one week from tomorrow – September 11th – he’ll deploy to Iraq with the Army infantry in the service of his country.

My nephew Kasey also enlisted, and serves on a carrier in the Persian Gulf.

My family is proud of both of them and of all the fine men and women serving the country in uniform. Track is the eldest of our five children.

In our family, it’s two boys and three girls in between – my strong and kind-hearted daughters Bristol, Willow, and Piper.

And in April, my husband Todd and I welcomed our littlest one into the world, a perfectly beautiful baby boy named Trig. From the inside, no family ever seems typical.

That’s how it is with us.

Our family has the same ups and downs as any other … the same challenges and the same joys.

Sometimes even the greatest joys bring challenge.

And children with special needs inspire a special love.

To the families of special-needs children all across this country, I have a message: For years, you sought to make America a more welcoming place for your sons and daughters.

I pledge to you that if we are elected, you will have a friend and advocate in the White House.

Todd is a story all by himself.

He’s a lifelong commercial fisherman … a production operator in the oil fields of Alaska’s North Slope … a proud member of the United Steel Workers’ Union … and world champion snow machine racer.

Throw in his Yup’ik Eskimo ancestry, and it all makes for quite a package.

We met in high school, and two decades and five children later he’s still my guy. My Mom and Dad both worked at the elementary school in our small town.

And among the many things I owe them is one simple lesson: that this is America, and every woman can walk through every door of opportunity.

My parents are here tonight, and I am so proud to be the daughter of Chuck and Sally Heath. Long ago, a young farmer and habber-dasher from Missouri followed an unlikely path to the vice presidency.

A writer observed: “We grow good people in our small towns, with honesty, sincerity, and dignity.” I know just the kind of people that writer had in mind when he praised Harry Truman.

I grew up with those people.

They are the ones who do some of the hardest work in America … who grow our food, run our factories, and fight our wars.

They love their country, in good times and bad, and they’re always proud of America. I had the privilege of living most of my life in a small town.

I was just your average hockey mom, and signed up for the PTA because I wanted to make my kids’ public education better.

When I ran for city council, I didn’t need focus groups and voter profiles because I knew those voters, and knew their families, too.

Before I became governor of the great state of Alaska, I was mayor of my hometown.

And since our opponents in this presidential election seem to look down on that experience, let me explain to them what the job involves.

I guess a small-town mayor is sort of like a “community organizer,” except that you have actual responsibilities. I might add that in small towns, we don’t quite know what to make of a candidate who lavishes praise on working people when they are listening, and then talks about how bitterly they cling to their religion and guns when those people aren’t listening.

We tend to prefer candidates who don’t talk about us one way in Scranton and another way in San Francisco.

As for my running mate, you can be certain that wherever he goes, and whoever is listening, John McCain is the same man. I’m not a member of the permanent political establishment.

And I’ve learned quickly, these past few days, that if you’re not a member in good standing of the Washington elite, then some in the media consider a candidate unqualified for that reason alone.

But here’s a little news flash for all those reporters and commentators: I’m not going to Washington to seek their good opinion – I’m going to Washington to serve the people of this country. Americans expect us to go to Washington for the right reasons, and not just to mingle with the right people.

Politics isn’t just a game of clashing parties and competing interests.

The right reason is to challenge the status quo, to serve the common good, and to leave this nation better than we found it.

No one expects us to agree on everything.

But we are expected to govern with integrity, good will, clear convictions, and … a servant’s heart.

I pledge to all Americans that I will carry myself in this spirit as vice president of the United States. This was the spirit that brought me to the governor’s office, when I took on the old politics as usual in Juneau … when I stood up to the special interests, the lobbyists, big oil companies, and the good-ol’ boys network.

Sudden and relentless reform never sits well with entrenched interests and power brokers. That’s why true reform is so hard to achieve.

But with the support of the citizens of Alaska, we shook things up.

And in short order we put the government of our state back on the side of the people.

I came to office promising major ethics reform, to end the culture of self-dealing. And today, that ethics reform is the law.

While I was at it, I got rid of a few things in the governor’s office that I didn’t believe our citizens should have to pay for.

That luxury jet was over the top. I put it on eBay.

I also drive myself to work.

And I thought we could muddle through without the governor’s personal chef – although I’ve got to admit that sometimes my kids sure miss her. I came to office promising to control spending – by request if possible and by veto if necessary.

Senator McCain also promises to use the power of veto in defense of the public interest – and as a chief executive, I can assure you it works.

Our state budget is under control.

We have a surplus.

And I have protected the taxpayers by vetoing wasteful spending: nearly half a billion dollars in vetoes.

I suspended the state fuel tax, and championed reform to end the abuses of earmark spending by Congress.

I told the Congress “thanks, but no thanks,” for that Bridge to Nowhere.

If our state wanted a bridge, we’d build it ourselves. When oil and gas prices went up dramatically, and filled up the state treasury, I sent a large share of that revenue back where it belonged – directly to the people of Alaska.

And despite fierce opposition from oil company lobbyists, who kind of liked things the way they were, we broke their monopoly on power and resources.

As governor, I insisted on competition and basic fairness to end their control of our state and return it to the people.

I fought to bring about the largest private-sector infrastructure project in North American history.

And when that deal was struck, we began a nearly forty billion dollar natural gas pipeline to help lead America to energy independence.

That pipeline, when the last section is laid and its valves are opened, will lead America one step farther away from dependence on dangerous foreign powers that do not have our interests at heart.

The stakes for our nation could not be higher.

When a hurricane strikes in the Gulf of Mexico, this country should not be so dependent on imported oil that we are forced to draw from our Strategic Petroleum Reserve.

And families cannot throw away more and more of their paychecks on gas and heating oil.

With Russia wanting to control a vital pipeline in the Caucasus, and to divide and intimidate our European allies by using energy as a weapon, we cannot leave ourselves at the mercy of foreign suppliers.

To confront the threat that Iran might seek to cut off nearly a fifth of world energy supplies … or that terrorists might strike again at the Abqaiq facility in Saudi Arabia … or that Venezuela might shut off its oil deliveries … we Americans need to produce more of our own oil and gas.

And take it from a gal who knows the North Slope of Alaska: we’ve got lots of both.

Our opponents say, again and again, that drilling will not solve all of America’s energy problems – as if we all didn’t know that already.

But the fact that drilling won’t solve every problem is no excuse to do nothing at all.

Starting in January, in a McCain-Palin administration, we’re going to lay more pipelines … build more new-clear plants … create jobs with clean coal … and move forward on solar, wind, geothermal, and other alternative sources.

We need American energy resources, brought to you by American ingenuity, and produced by American workers. I’ve noticed a pattern with our opponent.

Maybe you have, too.

We’ve all heard his dramatic speeches before devoted followers.

And there is much to like and admire about our opponent.

But listening to him speak, it’s easy to forget that this is a man who has authored two memoirs but not a single major law or reform – not even in the state senate.

This is a man who can give an entire speech about the wars America is fighting, and never use the word “victory” except when he’s talking about his own campaign. But when the cloud of rhetoric has passed … when the roar of the crowd fades away … when the stadium lights go out, and those Styrofoam Greek columns are hauled back to some studio lot – what exactly is our opponent’s plan? What does he actually seek to accomplish, after he’s done turning back the waters and healing the planet? The answer is to make government bigger … take more of your money … give you more orders from Washington … and to reduce the strength of America in a dangerous world. America needs more energy … our opponent is against producing it.

Victory in Iraq is finally in sight … he wants to forfeit.

Terrorist states are seeking new-clear weapons without delay … he wants to meet them without preconditions.

Al Qaeda terrorists still plot to inflict catastrophic harm on America … he’s worried that someone won’t read them their rights? Government is too big … he wants to grow it.

Congress spends too much … he promises more.

Taxes are too high … he wants to raise them. His tax increases are the fine print in his economic plan, and let me be specific.

The Democratic nominee for president supports plans to raise income taxes … raise payroll taxes … raise investment income taxes … raise the death tax … raise business taxes … and increase the tax burden on the American people by hundreds of billions of dollars. My sister Heather and her husband have just built a service station that’s now opened for business – like millions of others who run small businesses.

How are they going to be any better off if taxes go up? Or maybe you’re trying to keep your job at a plant in Michigan or Ohio … or create jobs with clean coal from Pennsylvania or West Virginia … or keep a small farm in the family right here in Minnesota.

How are you going to be better off if our opponent adds a massive tax burden to the American economy? Here’s how I look at the choice Americans face in this election.

In politics, there are some candidates who use change to promote their careers.

And then there are those, like John McCain, who use their careers to promote change.

They’re the ones whose names appear on laws and landmark reforms, not just on buttons and banners, or on self-designed presidential seals.

Among politicians, there is the idealism of high-flown speechmaking, in which crowds are stirringly summoned to support great things.

And then there is the idealism of those leaders, like John McCain, who actually do great things. They’re the ones who are good for more than talk … the ones we have always been able to count on to serve and defend America. Senator McCain’s record of actual achievement and reform helps explain why so many special interests, lobbyists, and comfortable committee chairmen in Congress have fought the prospect of a McCain presidency – from the primary election of 2000 to this very day.

Our nominee doesn’t run with the Washington herd.

He’s a man who’s there to serve his country, and not just his party.

A leader who’s not looking for a fight, but is not afraid of one either. Harry Reid, the Majority Leader of the current do-nothing Senate, not long ago summed up his feelings about our nominee.

He said, quote, “I can’t stand John McCain.” Ladies and gentlemen, perhaps no accolade we hear this week is better proof that we’ve chosen the right man. Clearly what the Majority Leader was driving at is that he can’t stand up to John McCain. That is only one more reason to take the maverick of the Senate and put him in the White House. My fellow citizens, the American presidency is not supposed to be a journey of “personal discovery.” This world of threats and dangers is not just a community, and it doesn’t just need an organizer.

And though both Senator Obama and Senator Biden have been going on lately about how they are always, quote, “fighting for you,” let us face the matter squarely.

There is only one man in this election who has ever really fought for you … in places where winning means survival and defeat means death … and that man is John McCain. In our day, politicians have readily shared much lesser tales of adversity than the nightmare world in which this man, and others equally brave, served and suffered for their country.

It’s a long way from the fear and pain and squalor of a six-by-four cell in Hanoi to the Oval Office.

But if Senator McCain is elected president, that is the journey he will have made.

It’s the journey of an upright and honorable man – the kind of fellow whose name you will find on war memorials in small towns across this country, only he was among those who came home.

To the most powerful office on earth, he would bring the compassion that comes from having once been powerless … the wisdom that comes even to the captives, by the grace of God … the special confidence of those who have seen evil, and seen how evil is overcome. A fellow prisoner of war, a man named Tom Moe of Lancaster, Ohio, recalls looking through a pin-hole in his cell door as Lieutenant Commander John McCain was led down the hallway, by the guards, day after day.

As the story is told, “When McCain shuffled back from torturous interrogations, he would turn toward Moe’s door and flash a grin and thumbs up” – as if to say, “We’re going to pull through this.” My fellow Americans, that is the kind of man America needs to see us through these next four years.

For a season, a gifted speaker can inspire with his words.

For a lifetime, John McCain has inspired with his deeds.

If character is the measure in this election … and hope the theme … and change the goal we share, then I ask you to join our cause. Join our cause and help America elect a great man as the next president of the United States.

Thank you all, and may God bless America.

A movie that every American should watch, before voting

(H/T to AP at Hotair.com)

This movie, if it caught on in the Media would ruin Obama’s chances of being elected President.

Trailer 2:

Wow…. I don’t think Barry will have to worry about snipers. He’d better worry about this movie.

B. Hussein Obama the new Greek god?

Could it be? Could this be some sort of attempt to paint this guy as some sort of new Greek god?

Sure seems that way.

ABC NEWS Reports:

Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama’s big speech on Thursday night will be delivered from an elaborate columned stage resembling a miniature Greek temple.

The stage, similar to structures used for rock concerts, has been set up at the 50-yard-line, the midpoint of Invesco Field, the stadium where the Denver Broncos’ National Football League team plays.

Some 80,000 supporters will see Obama appear from between plywood columns painted off-white, reminiscent of Washington’s Capitol building or even the White House, to accept the party’s nomination for president.

He will stride out to a raised platform to a podium that can be raised from beneath the floor.

The show should provide a striking image for the millions of Americans watching on television as Obama delivers a speech accepting the Democratic presidential nomination.

This my friends is unbelievable. Is this man’s ego that broad, that he must be painted to be the next Greek god, that will come to save the World from it’s troubles?

Please. This moronic tool is the product of an unconstitutional civil rights act, that was passed in 1964, by a Communist infiltrated congress. Which sought to broaden the Governments powers and to legislate morality in this country. This bill was not signed by a congressman, of whom I have the uttermost respect for, and that was Senator Barry Goldwater Sr.

The truth is that B. Hussein Obama is a Marxist. He has ties to some of the most corrupt in Chicago Illinois. He also has ties to William Ayers who, with his group weather underground committed acts of horrific terrorism upon this Nation and it’s people.

If this Nation elects this Negro man, it would be one worst disasters in this Nations history. I will not be voting for him, I assume that many that read this blog will not be either. Of course, electing John McCain will not be much better, because he is one of the most liberal Republicans out there. John McCain is soft on illegal immigration, John McCain’s Neo-Conservative polices are too close to the imperialistic George W. Bush, but B. Hussein Obama will be the worst disaster in the world, if he elect him.

Is Fred Barnes on drugs or just abjectly obtuse?

I saw this article and the first thing that popped into my head was, “Does this guy come out of his house often?”

The Democrats Field a Liberal Dream Team (Via WSJ.com)

But what Mr. Obama has done is create an all-liberal ticket — a very, very liberal one, at that — in a nation whose electorate is still center-right. The political mood may be a bit more centrist today than it was in 2004, but it’s still far more conservative than liberal. And liberal Democratic presidential tickets usually lose, as John Kerry did with John Edwards as his running mate in 2004.

Oh really? Since when? Mr. Barns, I am not sure where you reside or even if you reside on the same planet as I. But let me, a normal, every day, common man inform you that this nation has drifted to the left, long ago. This is, in case you have not looked at your calendar as of late, 2008 and not 1984. This Nation, as a whole, has not been “Center Right” or leaning in a conservative direction since the 1980’s.

This is because in the late 1980’s, the Nation realized that Reagan’s nice, inspiring speeches, where nothing more THAN nice, inspiring speeches and containing nothing for the common man. This was confirmed by Ronald Reagan himself, when he fired those Air Traffic controllers, who were simply looking to hold the Government’s feet to the fire and tried forcing them to honor their promises made.

Once this nation realized they had been duped by a Presidential Administration, who quite frankly, did not give a damn about them, they chose the Democratic Party and their supposed agenda for the American people. This proven when Reagan’s successor, George H.W. Bush lost his reelection bid for President.

It was, it is said, to be the ultimate deception of the American people. By the use of the abject pimping of the christian people. It is one that will not ever happen again. Thanks to the internet, and technology, the American people will never be lied to like that again.

This could be a problem for Biden

Just when you think you know a guy…. Stuff like this comes out…

This via the Washington Post:

A son and a brother of Sen. Joseph R. Biden Jr. (D-Del.) are accused in two lawsuits of defrauding a former business partner and an investor of millions of dollars in a hedge fund deal that went sour, court records show.

The
Democratic vice presidential candidate’s son Hunter, 38, and brother
James, 59, assert instead that their former partner defrauded them by
misrepresenting his experience in the hedge fund industry and
recommending that they hire a lawyer with felony convictions.

The
legal actions have been playing out in New York State Supreme Court
since 2007, and they focus on Hunter and James Biden’s involvement in
Paradigm Companies LLC, a hedge fund group. Hunter Biden, a Washington
lobbyist, briefly served as president of the firm.

A lawsuit
filed by their former partner Anthony Lotito Jr. asserts in court
papers that the deal was crafted to get Hunter Biden out of lobbying
because his father was concerned about the impact it would have on his bid for the White House. Biden was running for the Democratic nomination at the time the suit was filed.

Hunter Biden was made president with an annual salary of $1.2 million, despite his inexperience in the hedge fund industry,
the lawsuit said. Before that, he had been part of the Washington law
firm Oldaker, Biden & Belair, which earned $1.76 million in
lobbying revenue in the first half of 2006, according to Congressional
Quarterly’s CQ MoneyLine. One of its biggest clients is the National
Association of Shareholder and Consumer Attorneys, a District-based
group representing law firms specializing in investment and corporate
law.

Hunter Biden is one of many children and relatives of
prominent members of Congress who have made their careers as lobbyists.
He returned to lobbying after less than a year with Paradigm.

Lotito’s
lawsuit alleges that James Biden called him in January 2006 to arrange
a job for Hunter Biden. It says James Biden told him that his brother
(Sen. Biden) “was concerned with the
impact that Hunter’s lobbying activities might have on his expected
campaign for the 2008 Democratic presidential nomination,”
and,
“Biden told Lotito that, in light of these concerns, his brother had
asked him to seek Lotito’s assistance in finding employment for Hunter
in a non-lobbying capacity.”

However, what is not being quoted by most of the anti-obama Blogs is:

The campaign of Sens. Barack Obama and Biden declined to comment on the case, referring questions to Nicholas Gravante Jr., a lawyer representing Hunter and James Biden. Gravante said assertions that Joseph Biden told his brother he was concerned about his son’s lobbying are “absolutely false.”

“This lawsuit has nothing to do with Joe Biden, and there is absolutely no truth to those allegations,” Gravante said. “It is a business dispute between former partners. The suit is baseless.

Brian C. Wille, an attorney for Lotito, said the lawsuit alleges no wrongdoing by Sen. Biden, only that his concerns set in motion the business deal.

“There was a concern that Hunter Biden’s role as a lobbyist would have an impact on the senator’s proposed presidential run,” Wille said. “That’s what James Biden told Mr. Lotito. . . . Was it true? Who knows? There is no allegation the senator was involved in any of these events.”

In an affidavit, Hunter Biden said his father had nothing to do with the deal and that it is Lotito who swindled the Bidens.

He said Lotito lied about being a “fully licensed and accredited securities professional” with hedge fund experience.

In addition, he said Lotito recommended a lawyer to vet the business deal who was under investigation and was ultimately convicted on several felony charges of conspiracy and wire and mail fraud in a scheme to steal millions from a computer company.

So, before anyone jumps to any conclusions. Be sure you read the entire story, before you pass judgment.

It is really sad that WaPo would even put out this story in an effort to derail Biden’s popularity or to bring doubt into the minds of those voting. It speaks to the sick and sad state of our Main Stream Media.

Report shows that Social Security is just fine.

I was looking at the upcoming stories this morning.

A liberal think tank organization released a news piece of the shape of social security and it’s status. Turns out it is just fine.

Well, right away, some on the right are crying “Foul“!

Because there was a gross distortion of the facts? Uhmm.. No, because they did not link the source article.

Well, here it is guys… The report in question, in PDF format.

From the Congressional Budget Office, Director’s Blog:

Today we released a paper on updated long-term projection for Social Security. (Our last long-term projection for social security was included in the December 2007 Long-Term Budget Outlook.) As CBO has highlighted in previous reports, the number of Social Security beneficiaries will grow considerably as the baby boomers become eligible for retirement benefits. Absent legislative changes, spending for the program will therefore climb substantially and exceed the program’s revenues. CBO projects that the 75-year actuarial imbalance in the program amounts to 0.38 percent of GDP, or 1.06 percent of taxable payroll.

The projections released today differ somewhat from earlier results because of newly available programmatic and economic data, updated assumptions about future demographic and economic trends, and improvements in CBO’s models. For example, these projections assume that future immigrants will be younger and more numerous than was assumed in 2007. (This change was included in the 2008 Social Security trustees’ report; CBO adopts the trustees’ aggregate demographic assumptions.) As a result of this and other changes, CBO projects somewhat smaller future deficits than we did in our 2007 projections.

CBO’s long-term Social Security projections have always shown both a point estimate and the range within which 80 percent of the possible values are likely to fall. In this update, however, CBO has expanded its uncertainty presentation. Many figures and tables still show the 10th and 90th percentiles of various measures, but new presentations show the probabilities of specific outcomes.

Here is an example of our new presentation. A table in today’s report shows the probability that Social Security outlays will exceed revenues by a specified percentage of GDP in a selected year. For example, the likelihood that outlays will exceed revenues in 2030 is about 97 percent, CBO projects, and there is almost a 50 percent chance that the gap will be larger than 1 percentage point of GDP; the chance of its being 2 percentage points (or more) of GDP is only 6 percent.

Another new table shows the probability, for different birth cohorts, that the Social Security trust funds will be sufficient to pay specified percentages of scheduled benefits. According to CBO’s projections, the 1940s cohort, for example, is virtually certain to receive all of its scheduled first-year benefit. The 1990s cohort has only a 32 percent chance of receiving all of its scheduled first-year benefit but an 84 percent chance of receiving at least 70 percent of that benefit.

Both the analyses that show 10th and 90th percentiles and the new presentations are based on the same underlying data, but we hope that the different perspectives will help to communicate uncertainty more fully to readers.

Gee guys, it’s called goggle. (and not THE Google, as called by Keith Olbermann, it is not a living thing!)  it cannot be that hard to look up. 🙄

No wonder the majority of Americans believe that the Republican Party is filled with idiots. It might just be because it is! 😆

Memo to the Clinton supporters: Will you just get the hell over it already?

Jesus H. freakin’ Christ, this election cycle, for a Blogger like me, is like leading a circular firing squad.

First off, we have Neo-Conservative idiot William Kristol wanting to see nothing short of a floor fight at the Democratic Convention. Oh, I am absolutely sure that Kristol and his gang of Neo-Conservative morons would love nothing more than to see a giant floor fight, complete with (dare I say it?) the assassination of Barack Obama and the chaotic collapse of the Democratic Party into a smoldering heap. This all would be so the Neo-Conservatives could get to John McCain and continue to control Washington D.C. for the next 4 years. Thereby truly continuing the Neo-Conservative agenda in this Country.

Two words Kristol: Keep Dreaming!

If that is not enough to make a man want to take up drinking stiff whiskey, you have former Hillary supporters who are outraged! Outraged, I say! About the fact that Hillary Clinton was not even offered the position of Vice President.

Remember what I said about that circular firing squad? Well, hold on, hope you don’t get dizzy easy.

Listen people, Hillary Clinton, by most accounts, did not even WANT the job of Barack Obama’s Vice President. If she even did, could you freakin’ imagine that vetting process? I mean, people, Bill Clinton took funding from suspected terrorists overseas to build that freakin’ library of his! Not mention the fact that Bill Clinton seriously screwed over a guy, by the name of Peter F. Paul, who was business partners with Stan Lee. Heck, Peter F. Paul has living breathing evidence that Hillary Herself committed a felony during her fundrasing during her senate election campaign.

Not to even mention that if Barry had said, “Okay, forget the vetting, you can be my V.P.” Could you imagine that absolute shit-storm that the far, far, right would have created had Hillary been accepted for the Vice President? You have to know that the far right would have been digging for every last piece of media footage from the Waco compound siege in Waco, Texas and using it for Ads against Obama. Not to mention, The Monica scandal, Travel Gate, White Water, Vince Foster, and the list goes on and on and on and on.

Barack Obama might be a far lefty Liberal, but people, he is no dummy. Yeah, Biden might have a little baggage from a 1988 President campaign when he copied a speech. But honestly, that is absolutely nothing like the baggage that Hillary Clinton comes with. I mean, the two just are not comparable.

To the hardened Hillary supporters, I simply say this. I do not like anymore than you that Hillary lost. I think what the Democrat Party did here in Michigan and in Florida was absolutely wrong. But, unless your Party does something to change the rules of selection for President of United States, there’s nothing that can be done about it. The states moved up their primaries, and the DNC decided to punish them for it. Unless there are rule changes, that is just the way it is. I mean, standing around sucking your thumb and stamping your feet is not going to change a thing. I mean, seriously, do you, as an American citizen want to see four more years of George W. Bush?!?!?! That would be absolutely insane. You all just need to get the hell over it, and hope the Hillary decides to run again in 2012 or 2016. By that time, if Barry is a lame duck by then, Hillary will have a clear shot at the White House. That is, if she has not stroked out or something.

Lying asshole “Shock Troops” Author back in the news

Unbelievable.

Via Pajamas Media:

Quote:

It seemed we’d heard the last of Scott Thomas Beauchamp and Elspeth Reeve in late January, after I posted copies of the sworn statements gathered during the “Shock Troops” investigation on Confederate Yankee. The documents included Beauchamp’s own sworn statements — his first, where he did not see any of the minor atrocities written about in “Shock Troops,” and a backdated one where he finally admits he was the author. The documents also included the sworn statements from 22 other soldiers saying that the minor atrocities written about in “Shock Troops” were events that they did not witness.

Even the editor of the New Republic, Franklin Foer, announced a month previously in December that he could not stand behind Beauchamp’s stories. But just when we though it was all behind us, Beauchamp is back, (with his former fact checker wife still supporting him), courtesy of Spencer Ackerman in Radar magazine.

In “Notes on a Scandal,” Ackerman interviews Scott Beauchamp and Elspeth Reeve — and no one else — and shockingly comes to the conclusion that the magazine that fired Ackerman for his anti-war views was wrong to pull its support for a series of articles (”Shock Troops” was just one of three Beauchamp stories) that reinforced those views.

How did Ackerman conduct this investigation? He hung out with Beauchamp and Reeve at a bar and later communicated with them via email. What he did not do is present any evidence to support the contention that Beauchamp’s claims are true, or that Franklin Foer was wrong to pull support for stories that still lack on-the-record evidence of any kind.

I have to admit it, he does have balls. But he is a damn liar. He’s now trying to cash in on the fame. Lying ass liberal prick.

I remember when this story come out and then it came out that it was all lies. That was one the moments when I really began to rethink my political position. I mean, if liberals are willing outright lie to make a political point, something is just wrong. Which is why I consider myself now a Moderate Conservative, not a “Republican”, not by a long shot. But I’ll be damned if I’ll ever vote Democrat again.

Local News: Kilpatrick will stand trial for assault

Some good news out of Detroit, for a change… (No, not Hope, Change…)

Via The Detroit News: Kilpatrick will stand trial for alleged assault.

A Detroit judge bound Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick over to Wayne County Circuit Court for trial on assault charges Friday after a preliminary examination that lasted more than five hours.

Judge Ronald Giles of the 36th District Court made the ruling shortly before 2:30 p.m., saying it was clear Kilpatrick knew the man who approached his sister’s front door to serve a subpoena was a police officer and the contact between Kilpatrick and the officer was not accidental.

Friday’s development adds to a long list of legal woes the mayor is facing. His next court date on the assault charges is Aug. 22.

Here is hoping that they put that law breaking thug in jail where he belongs. I mean, what more shining example of why it does not pay to have a Democrat in office does one need? Anyone want to see a shining example of an abject failure of socialism in America? Look no further than the City of Detroit.

Detroit was once a fine city, that is, until the corrupt Democrat socialists took it over after the 1967 riots took place, which took place, because a police officer was just doing his job.

I am sure, there are going to be those who are going to look at this post and accuse me of being a racist bigot. All I can truly say is, look at the facts. When white men ruled the city of Detroit, it was in better shape, when when the White man left and the Negro man took over the city, it went into the toilet. That’s not racism, that’s fucking reality. Black people are attracted to Communist Socialism because in their so-called cause, that the Negro man is still oppressed. I got news for them, the Negro man has not been in chains for 300 years. But based upon what I have seen with Detroit here in the last few months, some of them should still be in chains, as far as I am conserned.

Some call that hate, I call it reality.

Editorial: Russia and Democratic Neglect

One of the biggest issues with this Russian/Georgian conflict is the fact that there is a lack of verifiable information. One minute you hear that the conflict has ended and the fighting has stopped the very next, you hear that the fighting is still happening, and that the Russians are not honoring the cease-fire agreement. It is all rather confusing, and it makes for a very frustrated blogger. Because the last thing a blogger wants to be, is wrong.

However, more than that is the lack of the Main Stream Media’s ability to look at this entire conflict in a historical context. Many are pointing to the actions of Ronald Reagan for dissolving the Soviet Union Empire, as being the cause of this conflict. I happen to disagree with that notion. I believe personally that it was the foolish actions of President Harry Truman, that is the cause of this conflict or shall I say the harvest of seeds planted by Harry Truman’s actions.

On December 7, 1941, the empire of Japan attacked the United States naval base in Oahu, Hawaii. This act of brazen hostility brought the United States of America into World War II, despite President Franklin Roosevelt’s pledge to remain neutral in the ever-growing conflict. As history would show, The United States fought the war and finally Hitler was defeated, and Japan surrendered. However, the method used to end the war, is in my opinion the underlying cause of this conflict.

It is a known fact that the United States soundly defeated Hitler by fighting them on the ground and air, using conventional weapons. However, we stopped the war, and to end the conflict with Japan, we used atomic weapons. This I feel was a tragic mistake. This is because Truman was a different kind of a Democrat than Roosevelt. Roosevelt was an “old line” Democrat, who saw the Communist threat, knew what the Communist doctrine was truly about, the repression of freedom and he stood to defeat it. No matter how long it took.

However, Truman was another matter entirely. President Truman represented the “new line” of Democrats who felt that war was unneeded and that peace was a better path. This was a precursor to the “peacenik” Democrats of the sixties. This was evident when President Truman gave his infamous “Military Industrial Complex” speech, at the end of his term. * — See Below With Hitler out of the way, Truman, feeling the ever-increasing pressure to end the war and return the country to pre-war status, devised a plan to end the conflict with Japan.

While using the Atomic bomb might have been an effective means of ending a war, its impact and stain upon the United States would be long ranging, to this very day, is to be considered a very poor decision by the United States. On many websites in Japan, including those in English, denounce America as being brutal for dropping the bomb. However, those who had friends and relatives that died at Pearl Harbor felt that Japan got what it deserved.

It is in the opinion of this writer, that the United States should have fought the war, all the way to Russia, until communism was soundly defeated. Furthermore, The United States of America, should have never dropped the atomic bomb on the empire of Japan, but rather, should have fought that war on the ground, until Japan surrendered. This would have resulted in the total defeat of communism. However, as we all know, this never happened.

Because of this obtuse neglect, the United States of America began a “Cold War” with the empire of the Soviet Union that lasted until a Conservative President, a real conservative President, whom came on the scene in the eighties to plant the seeds that would eventually bring down the soviet empire. However, as we have seen here in the last few days, Russia is not a free and democratic society; it is simply a police state, without the outright communism.

Putin, a man who is sympathetic toward the old soviet empire, filled to the brim with communist doctrine, is wagging his finger in the face of the United States and making a mockery of the supposed democracy in the European continent. This is the harvest of the neglect of the Democratic Party of the forties.*

* Update: Oops! I blew it, Truman did NOT give the military-industrial complex speech, Dwight Eisenhower did. My bad. I blew it, I should have checked. 🙄 But my point about the Democrats and the cold war as it relates to Russia still stands.

Egad, More Republican Stupidity.

You know, I’ve heard some rather STUPID remarks come out the of the mouths of Republicans since I have been blogging. But this right here, takes the cake.

GOP floor revolt over inaction continues (via OneNewsNow.com)

House Republicans say they will continue their floor revolt over gas prices during the congressional recess until Nancy Pelosi allows an up-or-down vote on offshore oil drilling. Congresswoman Michele Bachmann (R-Minnesota) says she plans to return to Washington to join in the protest.

“[Pelosi] is committed to her global warming fanaticism to the point where she has said that she’s just trying to save the planet. We all know that someone did that over 2,000 years ago, they saved the planet — we didn’t need Nancy Pelosi to do that,” says Bachmann.

Okay, this is where I get on my Christian doctrine soapbox, so, if you’re offended by such talk. Stop here, please. Because I am about unleash some doctrine talk.

First of all, Jesus Christ, who is the only begotten Son of the Living God, did not DIE for this God-Forsaken, Sin-Depraved Planet. In fact, if you read the book of Revelation, this planet is going to burn, after the rapture of the Church. Jesus Christ died for the sin of mankind. Some would even say that he died for his sheep alone and NOT for the entire human race. It all depends on one’s doctrinal stance, and one’s interpretation of the book of Romans. If you’re a Calvinist, you believe in the Salvation of the “elect”, as it is called in the King James Bible, if you’re a “free will” person, you believe in the Salvation of mankind.

So, I am not sure what part of this woman’s anal cavity this woman got this little comment, but she needs to keep digging. Because she pulled out a real stinker.
