This song touches me in a very special way. Unless your family is from there or you live there; you could never understand.
Sometimes, I just want to go back there — and start over.
This song touches me in a very special way. Unless your family is from there or you live there; you could never understand.
Sometimes, I just want to go back there — and start over.
I’m running on about three hours of sleep; so, if I sound a bit cranky, that is why.
Finally, these morons have gotten their proverbial shit together and got some sort of a deal together….FINALLY:
Here, according to Democratic and Republican sources, are the key elements:
A debt ceiling increase of up to $2.1 to $2.4 trillion (depending on the size of the spending cuts agreed to in the final deal).
They have now agreed to spending cuts of roughly $1.2 trillion over 10 years.
The formation of a special Congressional committee to recommend further deficit reduction of up to $1.6 trillion (whatever it takes to add up to the total of the debt ceiling increase). This deficit reduction could take the form of spending cuts, tax increases or both.
The special committee must make recommendations by late November (before Congress’ Thanksgiving recess).
If Congress does not approve those cuts by December 23, automatic across-the-board cuts go into effect, including cuts to Defense and Medicare. This “trigger” is designed to force action on the deficit reduction committee’s recommendations by making the alternative painful to both Democrats and Republicans.
A vote, in both the House and Senate, on a balanced budget amendment.
Of course, the left is not happy with this at all; because there is no revenue (read: Tax Increases!) at all. The right is not breaking out the pom-poms either; they’re saying the cuts are not enough.
To both sides; I say this…. Well, it is something!
Because folks, whether either side wants to acknowledge this or not — if we default — we are seriously fucked! Trust me, when I say this; we do not want that, at all.
As for me; I will be so glad, when this story goes away — because I am about damned sick and tired of reading about it!

Update: 3:44 — Would you believe those morons have not struck a deal….yet? AllahPundit has the low down.
Man, the sickness of these bastards never ceases to amaze me. (H/T and thanks to Pamela Geller) and yet, the American Media wants to slime people like me and Pamela for assuming Norway was done by Islamist Jihads.
Either way, this is sick!
A number of anti-Israel organizations have blamed the Jewish state and its supporters for the recent terrorist attack in Norway. The groups suggest that some pro-Israel and anti-Muslim sentiments expressed by Anders Breivik prove that Israel carried out or benefited from the attack, or that all pro-Israel supporters are dangerous.
An article on a Hamas website entitled “The Cancer of Christian Zionist Terror,” makes the case. “Christian Zionism is the new Nazi beast, a kind of a Fourth Reich, looming on the horizon. It is evil, murderous and genocidal,” said anti-Semitic writer Khalid Amayreh. “Just imagine the fact that we are talking about a combination of evil forces at work, including the nefarious powerful freemason cult, which penetrates many societies and governments, the Zionist movement, and neo-fascist Islamophobes seeking to ignite an internecine clash between Islam and the West.”
“Today, it is Oslo; tomorrow it may be London, Paris, Berlin and Rome,” he added.
Similar sentiments were expressed on the website of UFREE, the European network to support the rights of Palestinian prisoners. The group’s statement on the Norway attack linked the summer camp massacre to pro-Palestinian advocacy, and maligned the terrorist for his pro-Israel views. “It has become known to the world that supporters of Israel are the real threat to world security and peace – they are the real source of terrorism,” said the Oslo-based chair of UFree, Mohammed Hamdan.
Liberal Turkish newspaper Taraf published a report stating that the attacks could have been organized by Israel’s intelligence agency, the Mossad. “It is highly possible that the attacks are the handiwork of Mossad,” reported the Kavkaz Center, a news site for Islamist separatists in Russia. “Norway repeatedly stated at an official level that it would become the first European country to recognize the independence of Palestine.”
Sick bastards. They know no bounds. Between them and their Anti-War
undercover liberals faux libertarians and Paleo-Conservatives and the actual far socialist left in this Country; it is really a wonder that Israel has continued to exist. America had better pray that buffoons like Ron Paul never see the inside of the White House; or it will spell the end of Israel as a Nation. Any man that would sit idly by and watch Israel be destroyed; should never, ever be in the White House. As I wrote before, count me in as a foot solider in that battle to keep that demented fool out of the White House.
Between this and the constant smearing of Jewish people in the media; I will tell you folks, we are headed straight for Nazi-style fascism in this Country. Except for one thing, these are not Nazi’s; they are nothing more than Americanized Communists. The Nazi Party was not the only fascist Government! The Communists were just as evil and just as fascist. Just ask any Russian defector and they will tell you that.
As I was preparing to take my afternoon nap, I happened to come upon an article written by the website Gawker.com. In it, Gawker insults Geller and accuses her of trying to cover up a portion of a posting that was made back in 2007. Something that Geller explained today fully on her blog.
Now, here is where I get involved.
As I said in the comments section of Pamela’s Blog:
Pamela Geller is no more responsible for the Oslo, Norway massacre than I am. The very idea that anyone would actually blame her is asinine. This is nothing more than the moronic leftist idea of guilt by association and it is bullshit of the highest order. I admit, I thought it was an Islamic extremist attack on that Country; everyone did on the right. That is because Muslims are known for blowing shit up! Does anyone recall 9/11? Hello?!?!
Pam might not want to hear it from this corner, but I will go to bat for the woman. She edited a fucking posting on her blog; BIG FUCKING DEAL ASSHOLES! Last time I checked, it is her blog and she can do what she damned well pleases with it, and she does not need Charles FUCKING Foster Johnsons permission to do it either!
Having said that; I am going to say this and Mr. Johnson you can take this any goddamned way you want. A while back, I fucked with Johnson a little and he got all upset for me supposedly threatening him. Well, Johnson I am going to publish this one; if I ever happen to come across you at any sort of blogger function, which I know you will not attend, because you are the World’s greatest fucking pussy. Nevertheless, if I ever happen to come across you, I promise you dude — I intend on breaking your fucking jaw dude. That is not a fucking threat dude, that is a fucking promise — you pony-tailed faggot piece of shit. (Apologies to Homosexuals everywhere…) You just do not do what you are doing and get away with it. What you are doing to Pamela Geller is on par with Hitler’s persecution on the Jews and I am not going to stand around and watch some Nazi fuck pick on Pam. Sorry man, not how I roll. I am in Michigan and you are in California; you should be glad of that fact.
To Gawker, as I said on Pam’s site: Anti-Semite much?!?! I am just saying. I mean, I really have to wonder; would you be going after Pam as much, if she were not a Jew? I really have to wonder about that. As for your comments about Pam’s Blog; let me give you all a wakeup call – you blog is no prize either guys! I mean, it looked great before that redesign; but fuck…now? Jebus, looks like it was designed by a fucking 12-year-old in 1999!
Anyhow, there is my defense of the woman. Anyone wants to fuck with me; bring it on. I can take it — Hell, figure if I can handle insignificant Ron Paul thugs, I can handle you all.
Update: Pam Links in. As I wrote over there. You are very welcome Pam. This stuff is silly and I ain’t got no love for silly shit!! Either way, glad to help!
Update #3: There are some, as I might have expected; that simply do not believe that I am now in support of Israel. To them I simply say this: Yes, I was a skeptic of Israel, mainly because of some of the actions of that Government. However, my skepticism never rose to the level of hate, ever. As a Christian, I simply decided that I could not and would not side with hatred. You see Here, Here and Here and figure out what I am talking about. If that is not good enough for you; I can only say one thing —- I am sorry.
Update #4: Thanks to Winds of Jihad for linking in!
This is one of those blog postings that I really do not like have to write. However, because I am a non-partisan blogger and someone who just comes down on the side of common sense — I feel that this needs to be said.
Folks, I am going to set it straight to you. There are parts of the Republican Party that I simply disagree with, because what some of these people think is just damned wrong.
Last night, I had an altercation with some idiot on twitter. Who is obviously someone who is not in the majority of the GOP. I happen to see this come by my twitter stream last night:
To which I replied:
To which he replied:
Now my friends, this, I am afraid is not an excusable offense. Now, I do realize that not everyone in the GOP/Tea Party/Conservatism feels this way. However, this is not the first time I have seen this said among Conservatives. Let me be clear about this; if this continues to be a prevailing thought within the Tea Party/Conservative movement/Republican Party — you will see me switch sides and vote for whomever is the primary challenger for Barack Obama. I am terribly sorry folks; but this one hits very hard and much at home with me. I did not come from a family of privilege; I came from middle class family. My father is a retired General Motors worker; he made like 60,000 a year and gave 31 years of his life to that company, who did treat him very well. My parents played by the rules, were very responsible with their money, and paid into the social security fund for all their working lives. If anyone deserves to get social security — it is my Mother and Father.
Then, there is my aunt Martha; bless her heart — born into this world with something she had no control over — mental retardation. She collects social security – gets it from her late father, who worked himself into an early grave, at General Motors, so that she would be taken care of. She cannot even care for herself and my family cannot afford to pay her doctor bills and support her entirely themselves. I ask you, as fellow Americans — is it fair to make people like my parents and my aunt to suffer? Is that the ultimate goal of the Republican Party/Tea Party/Conservative movement — to shove people like my parents and my aunt into the street and say, “Fend for yourself?” Really? Is it?
Because if it is, please let me know now — because, frankly; if it is, I really do not want to be associated with those who are that damned cruel of people.
Believe me when I tell you; I understand that entitlements need to be reformed. I understand that spending is a problem. However, to punish those who worked all their lives for a little bit of support in their golden years and those born with conditions that were beyond their control, I am sorry to say is just downright asinine. Frankly, if that is the ultimate goal of the parties listed, I do not want to be part of that anymore. I am not a Barack Obama fan, never was; but I cannot be a part of a bunch of people who are just downright heartless. I know I will never, most likely anyhow — get any social security — however, I just do not like the idea of punishing those who are entitled to it now. That, my friends, is just more than I can bear to handle.
Again, I realize that this was one person’s opinion. However, I fear the worst and that is just something that I cannot agree with — sorry if anyone is disappointed – but my family comes first and politics second. When the people that I happen agree with want to hurt my family; something is terribly wrong, I will defend them, and people like them, to my dying breath. Frugalness is one thing, cruelty is another and I will never side with that, ever.
I was looking in my stats on this blog and I happened to notice that someone happened to come upon a posting where I lambasted a particular blogger for banning me from viewing his blog.
I am almost certain that this person most likely said, “Well, what about you?”
Okay, it is true, I have banned people from read this blog; and for one damned good reason. They deserved it.
It is true, I do not suffer trolls, liberals and fools very well at all, really. I guess it is a personality trait of mine.
But honestly, the only IP address that have made it to my “Deny From” list in my “.htaccess” file on my server; are those who have tried hacking into my blog. Which has not been much as of late. However, there are a few, and I do mean FEW who have managed to get their IP addresses added to the list of people not wanted around here.
One is a local guy; who I knew back before I ever became a blogger — he was an asshole then and is still a fucking asshole. His name is Jeff King; he is on facebook. Rich boy punk from around here. Never liked him at all, and still don’t. His IP’s are in there. He is a Ron Paul fan, which should tell you everything you want to know. Lives way out in the Country, about 70 miles to my west. Might be because he is a racist and an Anti-Semite. Most Ron Paul-bots are.
Now, there are a few IP’s of people, who thought they be cute and do a drive by on the blog; and I rewarded them. Some e-mailed me and lectured me on how “Lame” it was for me to do that. My response is, you start paying my hosting, medication and other bills, then you can lecture me. Otherwise, eff off and die. My motto is this; the man who pays the hosting bill, that being me is the person who makes the rules — and my only rule is this: Don’t screw with me. You disagree with what I write? Fine. But don’t come here acting like a tool; or I will just block your IP. Viewing my blog is not a right, it is a privilege. You do dumb stuff to annoy me, I can and will add you to the “Deny from” list.
Now as for the blogger that I mentioned above; he has long since removed my ban. I also believe that I might have written about this before; but for the sake of those who wonder, yes I have banned people from here —not very many at all. Mostly hackers. But there have been a few that have deserved it. I look at it as my ultimate trump card and I use it very sparingly.
That is all.
This e-mail comes from some person named Les Moore, who is a Ron Paul nimrod.
Anyhow, Les Moore does not like my political stance, I guess.
He left a few idiotic comments here, which I removed, when I saw that he was nothing more than a Ron Paul troll.

I’m only going to tell you this once.
Your sarcasm is not wanted, nor appreciated here.
You want to be a smart ass liberal? There are plenty of places you can do
that; this is not one of them.
Continue to leave silly comments like that and will ban your IP address from
First and LAST warning.
I left the Democratic Party for the very silly bullshit that you are doing
right this second. You think about that.
I know, I have note written about; except in a short passing post. But, I am an skeptic.
In fact, my venturing into blogging was born out of skepticism. I was skeptical and critical of Bush’s handling of Iraq, I was and am still very highly skeptical of President Obama’s handling of, well, almost everything. In short; this darned thing has me quite uninterested.
Me? I just do not care. Why? Well, for starters; this is nothing more than a stupid game of political chicken. What is happening is this; the Republicans in the house are trying to stare down the Democrats in the Senate and are waiting to see who blinks first. The problem is, the stock markets around the world are now beginning to freak, as are the Chinese.
What ticks me off is, you know who suffers? people; like my parents, who are invested a little. Also bigger investors. It’s sickening; and Republicans as well as Democrats share the blame on this.
So, sorry, if I just am not overly excited about this whole thing. These bastards in DC created this mess; and instead of working together to fix it. They are more interested in political grandstanding and Kabuki theater.
Smitty now has a Son:
Inspired by this posting here:
For everyone, like me, who sick of hearing about the stupid Debt ceiling stuff:
For those who have fought in the tea party:
For President Obama…(Especially the INTRO to this, we are watching Mr. President!):
The story via Hotline on call:
Scandal-plagued Rep. David Wu, D-Ore., announced Tuesday he is resigning in the wake of a report that he had an unwanted sexual encounter with a teenage girl.
“It has been the greatest privilege of my life to be a United States Congressman. Rare is the nation in which an immigrant child can become a national political figure. I thank God and my parents for the privilege of being an American,” Wu said in a statement.
“Now, however, the time has come to hand on the privilege of high office. I cannot care for my family the way I wish while serving in Congress and fighting these very serious allegations.
But Wu added he will remain in office through the ongoing debt limit negotiations.
“The wellbeing of my children must come before anything else. With great sadness, I therefore intend to resign effective upon the resolution of the debt-ceiling crisis,” said Wu. “This is the right decision for my family, the institution of the House, and my colleagues. It is also the only correct decision to avoid any distraction from the important work at hand in Washington.
Wu’s announcement comes after he spent the weekend insisting he would not step down but conceding he wouldn’t run for reelection in 2012. However, Democratic leaders had stepped up pressure on the congressman to resign, hoping to avoid another embarrassing sex scandal.
The Portland Oregonian notes that Wu’s resignation announcement came shortly after the state’s two Democratic senators, Ron Wyden and Jeff Merkley, released a joint statement calling on Wu to step down.
“This is a critical time for our state and our nation and Oregonians need every member of their Congressional delegation to be effective,” the two said. “While no one takes pleasure in asking a colleague to resign, we believe he can no longer be an effective representative for our shared constituents and should, in the best interest of Oregon, step down.”
Wu, first elected in 1998, was the first Chinese-American to serve in the House.
Ed Morrissey quips:
Why bother? A debt-ceiling vote in the House is not likely to be a close-run affair regardless of which version gets a floor vote. There is an outside chance that a single vote could carry the day, but it’s exceedingly small. By the same reasoning, Wu could argue that bailing out on his district will prevent those voters from having representation on another several months of critical votes, some of which may be close than the vote will be on this issue.
This is apparently the outcome most desired by House Democratic leadership, but it’s hard to understand why. Wu’s district (OR-01) is a safe Democratic hold in regular elections, with a D+8 advantage in the Cook index. It’s not even clear that Wu would have lost a re-election bid in 2012, but even a non-incumbent Democrat should have held that seat with Barack Obama at the top of the ticket. Now Oregon will have to call a special election to fill out the remainder of Wu’s term, and a Republican could take advantage of the oddities of special-election turnouts to grab the seat. It’s not likely to happen, but the odds are better than in the next election.
Typical of the Dems… anyhow, here’s what I think of, when I hear his name:
Via Fox Nation:
BILL O’REILLY, FOX NEWS HOST: “Impact” segment tonight: mass murder in Norway. A vicious killer, Anders Breivik, has murdered at least 76 people in the Scandinavian nation of Norway. Breivik is a brutal fanatic who apparently objects to the presence of Muslims in Europe.
Last Friday he bombed buildings in Oslo and then took an automatic weapon to an island a few miles away gunning down 68 people. Norwegian authorities couldn’t get to the island because they didn’t have a helicopter, if you can believe it.
Now, on Sunday, the “New York Times” headlined “As Horrors Emerged, Norway Charges Christian extremist”. A number of other news organizations like the “LA Times” and Reuters also played up the Christian angle. But Breivik is not a Christian. That’s impossible. No one believing in Jesus commits mass murder. The man might have called himself a Christian on the net, but he is certainly not of that faith.
Also Breivik is not attached to any church, and in fact has criticized the Protestant belief system in general. The Christian angle came from a Norwegian policeman not from any fact finding. Once again, we can find no evidence, none, that this killer practiced Christianity in any way.
So why is the angle being played up? Two reasons: First, the liberal media wants to make an equivalency between the actions of Breivik and the Oklahoma City bomber Tim McVeigh and al Qaeda. The left wants you to believe that fundamentalists Christians are a threat just like crazy jihadists are.
In fact, in the “New York Times” today an analysis piece says that some believe we have overreacted to the Muslim threat in the world. Of course, that’s absurd. Jihadists have killed tens of thousands of people all over the world. The Taliban, Iran and elements in Pakistan use governmental power to support terrorism by Muslims. But the left-wing press wants to compare nuts like Breivik and McVeigh to state-sponsored terrorism and worldwide jihad.
Again, dishonest and insane.
The second reason the liberal media is pushing the Christian angle is they don’t like Christians very much because we are too judgmental. Many Christians oppose abortion. Gay marriage and legalized narcotics, secular left causes. The media understands the opposition is often based on religion. So they want to diminish Christianity and highlighting so-called Christian-based terror is a way to do that.
First video is the President: (via CNBC)
Second is of speaker of the House, John Boenher:
The Story via CNBC:
President Obama met with House Speaker John Boehner and Senate Majority Harry Reid at the White House last week.
White House spokesman Jay Carney said in a statement that Reid’s proposal was a “reasonable approach that should receive the support of both parties.”
Obama, meanwhile, will address the nation at 9 p.m. EDT Monday about “avoiding default and the best approach to cutting deficits.”
Reid’s plan, unveiled Monday, does not include any new tax revenue, as President Obama has demanded. But unlike the GOP plan, it would extend the debt ceiling into 2013—an Obama ultimatum.
House Speaker John Boehner quickly dismissed the Reid plan as full of “gimmicks.” Boehner said the plan failed to make any real changes in the government’s spending and does not address the Medicare and Medicaid health programs for the elderly and poor or other benefit programs.
Republicans also are concerned that the cuts it contains would prove illusory, particularly $1 trillion or so in savings claimed by troop cuts in Iraq and Afghanistan over the coming decade. Reid countered that House Republicans claimed the same savings windfall when they passed their budget earlier this year.
Boehner forged ahead with his own plan to raise the current $14.3 trillion debt ceiling by about $1 trillion, along with commensurate spending cuts. That would require lawmakers to go through the painful process again next spring with an even larger debt and deficit package.
The second debt limit increase, which would continue borrowing authority through 2012, would be linked to a tax code overhaul and spending cuts for Medicare and Medicaid health programs for the elderly and poor as well as other benefit programs.
First off, let me apologize for the silence for the last 24 hours. I have had some family issues to attend to; and I was unable to blog. I was on twitter and those who follow me there, know what has been going on.
The problem here is this; this is a problem that the Democrats, while they were in control of both houses —- kicked down the road, so to speak. The Democrats simply did not want to have to deal with this issue; so, they “Kicked the can down the road,” so to speak — and let the next congress deal with this. So, now they are and now that Nancy Pelosi is basically been rendered irrelevant; the Republicans are the ones controlling this issue.
The real kicker is how President Obama, just shows a lack of real leadership. I mean, The Democrats are now out of power; and the Republicans want to actually work with the President — and instead of actually trying to work with them, President Obama wants to move the goal posts in the game. Sort of reminds me of another President that did such things, during the Iraq War in 2006; but I digress.
If the Democrats had handled this issue, when they were in the majority; we would not even be here. But, they kicked it down the road and now the Republicans are now handling it. The problem is, the outcome of this, is not going to please anyone, on either side of the aisle. There are things that are going to be cut; that no one is going to like. This is what happens, when a party abdicates its responsibilities. Democrats should learn from this experience here; and not do such things again. However, it seems as of late, that the Democrats have very short memories and simply will not learn from their earlier mistakes. Which is why they seem to lose a good number of elections these days.

He has replaced the concepts, so it should fit better into his own ideology. For example, switching him out the word “Leftism” (left orientation) with the words “Multiculturalism” and “Cultural Marxism” (Multiculturalism and cultural Marxism)
The example below shows some of Anders Behring Breivik has copied.
From Una-bomb’s Manifesto:
One of the most Wide spread manifestations of the craziness of our world is leftism, so a discussion of the psychology of leftism Can serve as an introduction to the discussion of the problems of modern society in general.
But what is leftism? Hum the first half of the 20th century leftism could have been practically Identified with Socialism. Today the movement is fragmented and it is not clear WHO Can pray properly called a leftist.
When we speak of leftist in this article we garden in mind Mainly Socialists, Collectivist, “politically correct” types, feminists, gay and disability Activists, Animal Rights Activists and the like. But not everyone Who is associate with one of These movements is a leftist.
What we are Trying to get that in discussing leftism is not so much a movement or an Ideology as a psychological type, or Rather a collection of related types. THUS, what we mean by “leftism” will emerge more Clearly in the course of our discussion of leftist psychology
from Anders Behring Breivik’s Manifesto:
One of the most wide spread manifestations of the craziness of our world is Multiculturalism, so a discussion of the psychology of multiculturalists Can serve as an introduction to the discussion of the problems of Western Europe in general.
But what is Multiculturalism or Cultural Communism? The movement is fragmented and it is not clear WHO Can pray properly called a cultural Marxist.
When we speak of cultural Marxists in this article we garden in mind Mainly Individuals WHO support Multiculturalism; Socialists, Collectivist, “politically correct” types, feminists, gay and disability Activists, Animal Rights Activists, Environmentalist, etc. But not everyone Who is associate with One of These movements support Multiculturalism.
What we are Trying to get that in discussing cultural Marxists is not so much a movement or an Ideology as a psychological type, or Rather a collection of related types
- this is very interesting, says violence researcher Ragnhild Bjørnebekk the Police Academy.
Of course, I will not hold my breath for an apology from the Leftist media or blogosphere in this Country. I might turn blue and die first.
I will simply say this; terrorism is terrorism — I don’t care in what name, or cause. It is wrong; and those who do it should be imprisoned or killed.
I will add this as well; it is very clear to me that Anders Behring Breivik had lost hope in his Nation’s ballot box and instead of trying to change the current system of Government by means of voting, he choose violence instead.
I also will add this; the imagery of the Christian Crusaders makes me wince as well. I am, as you all know; a Baptist. I happen to know that most of those so-called “Christian Crusades” were actually carried out by the Roman Catholic Church against my Baptist forefathers, who refused to submit to the Roman Catholic Church. So, all that imagery sort of makes me want to wretch honestly.
The truth is, I agree with this man’s premise; yes, radical Islam is an issue. However, I very highly disagree with his notion that violence is the way to handle that issue. Further more, I agree with his premise that culture Marxism is a problem as well. But I wholeheartedly reject the notion that violence is the answer. Believe me, I am not the only one. Even some of the more radical traditionalists reject his notion of violence as well. In fact, one radical traditionalist says this:
Before writing anything else, let me state clearly and without any reservations that I am shocked and saddened by the events unfolding in Norway. Regardless of the eventual justification that those involved proffer for these actions; whether they be the actions of a single person or of an organized group. The killing of innocent civilians is always and everywhere a despicable means of achieving ends. I can think of no instance where it was justified. Unfortunately, numerous instances of massive, civilian killing—on a scale that makes recent Norwegian events pale in significance—have been and will for the foreseeable future be accepted—even celebrated by some—as justifiable acts of forces of good. Witness Dresden, Hiroshima, Nagasaki, and Berlin. But for the victims and their family and friends, such abstractions are of no consequence to their real, immediate, and life-changing pain and loss. I offer them my heartfelt sympathy, while at the same time I am overcome by a genuine feeling of anger and the hope that those responsible are found and appropriately dealt with.
Remember when I gave John Hawkings a piece of my mind?
I said in her comments section; and I will say it here too:
Anyone that worries about what John Hawkings thinks is crazy.
Hawkings takes his cues from the podhoretz and kristol crowds. You know, the one’s who lied us into the Iraq war?
He needs to be ignored and shipped a crate of Jenny Craig.
…..and no, that is not Anti-Semitic; that is fact.
(H/T The Other McCain)
Oh, and here’s a video for Zilla:
Just an Update to the previous post, which I now feel sick for even publishing. This is why I do not like publishing stuff like this; but as a defense, I am not the only one who assumed that Isl?mic Terrorists were behind it.
Via the Vancouver Sun:
Breivik, a native of Oslo, is described as as 6 feet tall and blond, which matches earlier reports from eyewitnesses on Utoya of a man dressed as a police officer who called teenagers over before shooting them with an automatic weapon.
The latest confirmed death count between the two attacks is 17.
Reports suggest he was also seen loitering around the site of the bomb blast in Oslo two hours before the island incident.
A Twitter account (http://twitter.com/#!/AndersBBreivik) and Facebook page for Andres Behring Breivik were created last week. The Facebook page contains a series of photos of the alleged suspect, and the Twitter account has one post: “One person with a belief is equal to the force of 100 000 who have only interests.”
Update: Please note, everything that is linked to and quoted below is BEFORE I or anyone else knew this facts!
I was watching Fox News this morning, when the story broke. However, I was not much in the mood for blogging.
Anyhow, I now, after a bit of a nap; I feel much better. I have been struggling with my sleeping habits.
The MSM has a decent round up of the events in Norway:
Vox Day, A libertarian blogger observes:
Naturally, this bombing will no more lead the Norwegian people to reconsider the wisdom of permitting Muslim immigration than the vast increase in the number of rapes committed by Muslim men. But it should. The multiculturalists will be quick to point out the mathematically obvious fact that that most Muslims don’t set off bombs. But this is irrelevant. Because, it is also a fact that if a nation does not permit Muslims to enter its borders, it is far less likely to ever suffer any such incidents.
Expansionist Islam offers a challenge to the freedom of religion, (a right that does not actually exist in most countries outside the United States), that few secularists or Christians are presently capable of understanding. It should be eminently clear by now that simply repeating the multicultural mantra that “diversity is our strength” is not going to serve any purpose. At some point, it is going to become abundantly clear to everyone on all sides that the separatist practices of the past were not “outdated raciss bad-thought”, but the result of observation and experience.
Of course, I await a explanation of this from the Ron Paul crowd. However, I expect that Ron Paul and his mindless followers will somehow want to blame America for this; and yes, somehow Israel and the Jews. Fun Fact: Most Ron Paul supports also believe that Israel was behind the 9/11 attacks here in America too.
Another tidbit of information: Olso, Norway was the site of the Oslo Accords of 1993.
My Thoughts and Prayers to those in Oslo; may God be with them, for they are now in the fight for their lives.
Quite frankly, I am sick about even publishing the above, at all. I, like many right-wing bloggers; blew it, badly. I, like them, assumed the worst and that Radical Islam was involved. Basically this idiot was Norway’s version of Timothy McVeigh. (Except for McVeigh was not a “Christan,” but rather an agnostic. This is a Conservative, and I mean ultra-conservative and a supposed “Christian.”
You are welcome to leave comments here; even if I happen to disagree with them.
But you are NOT welcome to tell people to STFU on my blog —- especially me.
You want to write those sort of things? Start your own damned blog.
That is all.
The Story and Video are over at HotAir.com. I cannot even bear to watch that video; it would make me want to start throwing stuff around in this room.
In a weak defense of the Law Enforcement community, let me simply say this. 99% of the Law Enforcement Officers out there, are as straight as a damned arrow. It is that 1% of the idiots who happen to make it past the academy and are able to pass request tests; and then proceed to go out and act like idiots, that give the rest of the guys and gals, who do that sort of work —- a very bad name.
By the way, this happened in Canton, Ohio; and the local police down there have a Facebook Page. They have addressed this issue. I do truly hope that the Canton Police thinks long and hard about what to do with this officer. Because judging from the e-mails that I have got about this situation; there are a whole bunch of angry people in Ohio and around the Country now about this situation.
Which brings me to my next point; typically a Law Enforcement Officer’s job is a dangerous one. Since the major change in Government here in 2008, that job has gotten even more dangerous. Whenever a Democrat is in the White House, places like Ohio, especially in the more rural areas; become very hostile towards people in uniform and Government in General. This little incident right here, only exacerbates that problem. Truth is, most police officers are on edge already; and now, especially in Ohio, they are really are going to be on edge, because one of their own abused the powers of his badge.
Again, I truly believe that this is an isolated case and that this is just one bad apple in the local police department down there. Things do happen that cause officers to act like this; personal family problems, man might have had a bad night or has some sort of health issue. The truth is, we really do not know what triggered this. However, I will say that my heart goes out to the police officers in Canton, Ohio and the surrounding area; because now, they are going to have to be on pins and needles for a while, until this situation blows over. Which will mean that they will be under more stress.
The truth is my friends; that the State and Local and even County Lew Enforcement Officers are simply doing their jobs. When someone, like this idiot at the link above, does something as stupid as this, that job gets much more difficult. Here is hoping that the Canton Police Department does the right thing in this situation.
Here we go folks, more of Obama’s people doing what the Socialist teachers tell them to do:
An angry mother stood before a judge Friday afternoon in a barebones courtroom at the Richland County jail, describing the fractured skull, busted nose and broken eye socket her son received during an early Monday morning beating in Five Points.
Vicki Strange’s voice never quivered as she described racing to the hospital in the wee hours to get to her 18-year-old son, Carter Strange. She recalled standing in the emergency room and seeing a man on a gurney being wheeled down the hall, thinking, “That poor man.”
As nurses wheeled the man closer, Vicki Strange thought his hair looked familiar. Then she noticed the hands.
Vicki Strange speaks to a judge at a June 24 bond hearing for Tyheem Henrey. Henrey, 19, was charged for his alleged role in the beating of Strange’s 18-year-old son, Carter Strange, who was running home through Five Points to make curfew on Monday. The hearing was held at Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center.

“It was his hair and his hands, but the rest of him did not look like my son,” she said.
Strange told her story before City Judge Dana Turner during a bond hearing at Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center for one of eight people charged in connection with the brutal attack.
“Carter didn’t have a chance to fight against those eight,” Vicki Strange said. “Now, I get to fight for him.”
Tyheem Jaqui Henrey, 19, of Old Manor Road in the St. Andrews area was detained on a $750,000 bond on charges of second-degree assault and battery by a mob, robbery and conspiracy to commit a crime.
A 14-year-old, 15-year-old and 16-year-old also have been charged with the same crimes as Henrey. A 13-year-old and three 16-year-olds have been charged with criminal conspiracy, Columbia police said. Their names have not been released because of their ages.
Now, some thoughts of my very own — about this case and those who committed this crime:
Whenever I encounter a case like this, where a group of blacks target a white person and do them physical harm, I have a terrible reaction. Images flash through my mind; my cousin being shot and killed in Detroit by two black police officers. I have an impulse reaction, my southern roots come to the surface; I want more than justice served on those who did the crime to this person; I want blood, their blood to spill for having the gall to attack a fellow white man. However then, common sense kicks in and I forced to realize that we do have a justice system in this Country and using that is a bit more sensible than a lynch mob is. That is because I have to stop and remember, we are a Constitutional Republic and in a Constitutional Republic mob rules are not the style or system of Government — But Jury trials and innocent until proven guilty beyond reasonable doubt is.
The second thing I truly begin to wonder is, “where are the parents of these black kids?” This ought to be a case study or a textbook example in the failures of parenting a child. The perfect example of why a strong Christian Father and Mother, and why Godly administered discipline is paramount to a controlled home and children who live in submission to parents and to God. It has been said that if a parent does not discipline a child; then society will —- and in this case, it was proven correctly.
Lastly, this is a textbook case to the fact that Multiculturalism, Black Entitlement, and Black Empowerment should be considered a total abject failure. This beating was a direct result of the progressive “pot stirring” that has taken place by the Marxist or progressive left in this Country for years. These black youths beat this white kid, because they figured that because they were black, they would most likely get away with it or get off with a light sentence. As kids and growing up; these young men were most likely told that they were entitled to anything and everything that a White Man was and more, because they were black. This fosters a mindset of “I can do whatever I please, because I am black” and this is a result of that reckless and very ignorant mindset.
I have to hand it to the mother and father of this young white man. If that were my kid — let us just say I would not be that calm about the situation; and there would be a great deal of black people in that town, who would be in fear for their lives.

The unemployment rate under President Obama is a problem of epic proportions, national (9.2%), black community (16.2%), and among veterans (approx 12%). This comes from someone who told us his almost trillion-dollar stimulus would keep unemployment in America under 8%. As well, the almost $2 trillion Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act has been a disaster, and the worst is yet to come.
This has nothing to do with race (unfortunately my colleague from Texas, Representative Sheila Jackson-Lee believes so), and it has everything to do with an economic vision which is anathema to our free market/free enterprise system…an economic vision which has failed at every turn.
And all we hear from the President is talk about “shared sacrifice,” “tax the rich,” and “increase revenues by tax hikes.” It was just December 2010 that President Obama and the Democrats extended the Bush era tax rates for two years…now less than a year later they are FLIP-FLOPPING!
The problem is, there is no confidence and certainty in the fiscal vision emanating from Washington D.C. and hence revenues and receipts are down. We are not setting the conditions or creating an environment for economic and job growth. For all of you, that is what has to change, and that is where I am committed to seeing change and not the empty rhetorical doublespeak of 2008.
I suppose the President forgot that 47% of wage earning households in America do not pay federal income taxes.
In the area of foreign policy, the United States has officially recognized the Libyan rebels as the “legitimate” government of Libya. Now, I am just a simple fella from down South, but I recall a previous Democrat President recognizing a bunch of undefined ideological zealots called the Taliban…and we all see how that ended up!
The voices of the American people who want sound fiscal, taxation, and regulatory policy need to be heard this week. I am issuing a “call to action” – let the White House, Nancy Pelosi, and Harry Reid hear how you feel. Are there REALLY 80% of Americans who want higher taxes?
I must confess, when I see anyone with an Obama 2012 bumper sticker, I recognize them as a threat to the gene pool.
