I received this via e-mail:
Dear Pat,
Time is running out.
Since the first frivolous ethics charges were filed against Sarah Palin two years ago, legal bills for the Palin family have mounted into the hundreds of thousands of dollars.
Last year, friends of the family set up the Alaska Fund Trust to help pay legal fees. They used the words “official legal fund” so that supporters would know it was the fund trusted by the Palins. But now — because Governor Palin used the word “official” — an independent counsel decided that Sarah Palin “violated” the Alaska Executive Branch Ethics Act when she served as governor of the state.Funds donated to the Alaska Fund Trust were immediately frozen until the legal challenge was sorted out.Governor Palin has now agreed to send the money back to the donors. This means that not a single dollar of the trust fund went to pay the Governor’s massive legal fees.On June 24, 2010 a new legal defense fund — The Sarah Palin Legal Defense Fund — was created to pay these urgent legal bills. We set up the new fund to cover the Palin’s legal bills for past, present, and future attacks. The fund has been set up by friends and trusted advisors of Governor Palin.Let’s help Governor Palin with this incredible burden that no citizen should have to bear and free her to speak out on behalf of conservatives all across this great country. Will you help us relieve Governor Palin of this burden?
Pat, as a supporter of Governor Palin, help us with the legal fees stemming from those frivolous charges against Governor Palin.
Yours truly,Tim Crawford

Now, I will tell you this; I was never really a huge Palin fan. But I thought the gal got a raw deal with the liberal media and from idiots that put this Lady through the mill. I am asking those who actually read this blog to help Palin out. Further more, because of hateful bastards like these twits here, I am asking that you double your support for Palin.
The main reason why I even wanted to get involved with this; is this fact right here:
They called it the Alaska Fund Trust, the “official legal fund” for Governor Palin.
In fact, they added the words “official legal fund” so that supporters would know it was not just approved by the family, but that it complied with disclosure requirements, had professional management, created limits on who could donate and how much could be donated, and a variety of other restrictions that made it a very conservative and limited trust.
Further, the word “official” was used to distinguish the Alaska Fund Trust from other legal defense funds that were starting to pop up and no one knew if these would comply with disclosure laws, lobbyist restrictions, etc.
But now – because she used the word “official” – an independent counsel decided that the Trust “violated” the Alaska Executive Branch Ethics Act and now requires the Trust to send back every single donation raised by the defense fund while she was governor.
The left-wing media wants you to think Gov. Palin is an “ethics violator.” But they ignore the actual findings that Gov. Palin acted in good faith and relied on a team of expert trust lawyers to set it up.
They ignore that Gov. Palin stated one overriding principle: if the trust fund could be lawfully set up, she would support it. That is hardly the action of a person bent on skirting the law, contrary to the hysterical commentaries. But they ignore the truth and prefer to propagate lies about Sarah Palin.
They DON’T want you to know:
- The National Democratic Committee used its Alaska chapter, the Alaska Democratic Party (ADP), to create a website with one stated goal: “Keep Sarah Palin Out of Public Office.” To this day, the Democrats use this website to publicly seek donations for funding bogus “legal challenges involving issues related to Sarah Palin.”
- The ADP’s “Keep Sarah Palin Out of Public Office” campaign used our own legal system to sponsor more than two dozen ethics complaints against Governor Palin. Out of the 27 complaints, 26 were dismissed!
- The so-called “independent counsel” who started this investigation was an attorney from President Barack Obama’s law firm.
The money in the Alaska Fund Trust has been frozen and bills gone unpaid.
You see the part up there, that I put in bold, underlined and colored red? That, my friends, is the reason why I even bothered to post this here. This crusade against Sarah Palin is nothing more than a 21 century lynching against a Conservative Christian Woman. Admittedly, John McCain’s campaign did do some stuff wrong; at least I feel anyway… — but the bulk of blame goes towards the Democrats, who relentlessly hounded this woman to death and still continues to do so.
Which is just one, in a litany of reasons why I will never vote for anyone representing the Democratic Party, ever again.
Now, I ask you; as a Christian, as someone who believes that the Republican Party does, in fact, embrace the Tea Party values and does want to see a strong, secure America. * I ask you to help Sarah Palin pay down these legal bills, so that she can be free to enjoy the rest of her political and personal career, as she sees fit. Please, do not allow these liberal bastards to bring someone like Palin down or allow them to win the battle. Fight back, with the best weapon possible — your pocketbook. I know times are hard; In fact, I am going through tough times myself. But, all donations, no matter how big or how small will help her out.
Thanks for reading. đ
-Patrick

âYou go out in public and itâs a f*cking embarrassment to me. You look like a f*cking bitch in heat. And if you get raped by a pack of ni**ers it will be your fault. Alright? Because you provoked it. You are provocatively dressed all the time with your fake boobs that you feel you have to show off. I donât like it. I donât want that woman. I donât want you. I donât trust you. I donât love you.â
HotAir is doing a poll. I voted; Gibson is done. There is no way he can recover from this one. I mean, this is the second time he has done something like this. He career and any sort of credibility that he had is gone. I mean, this guy did a Christian movie and then this? He is done; he’s gone.
Unreal:
I was at the Voting Section of the Justice Department for over five years. This office is responsible for enforcing most federal election laws which do not involve criminal matters. My previous articles at Pajamas Media have spoken of the DOJâs lawless abandonment of race-neutral enforcement of voting laws, and other outrageous conduct. I will continue to publish here at Pajamas Media more instances of failure to enforce the law equally by the Department.
One such instance relates to the Motor Voter law, and will shock Americans who care about integrity in the electoral process.
The âMotor Voterâ law was passed in 1993 to promote greater voter registration in the United States. It did this â most Americans now know from visits to the DMV â by requiring states to offer voter registration materials whenever someone had contact with a variety of state offices. These included welfare offices, social service agencies, and motor vehicle departments.
A lesser-known provision also obliged the states to ensure that no ineligible voters were on the rolls â including dead people, felons, and people who had moved. Our current Department of Justice is anxious to encourage the obligations to get everyone registered, but explicitly unwilling to enforce federal law requiring states to remove the dead or ineligible from the rolls.
In November 2009, the entire Voting Section was invited to a meeting with Deputy Assistant Attorney General Julie Fernandes, a political employee serving at the pleasure of the attorney general. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss Motor Voter enforcement decisions.
The room was packed with dozens of Voting Section employees when she made her announcement regarding the provisions related to voter list integrity:
We have no interest in enforcing this provision of the law. It has nothing to do with increasing turnout, and we are just not going to do it.
Jaws dropped around the room.
I think it is time for revolution; by all means necessary. đĄ
McCarthy was right; and the damned Communists are now in our Justice Dept.
If you can get past the tin foil hat sounding stuff in this video —– It is actually pretty good.

This is a very interesting read:
Much has been said in the Cuban regime’s official media about my son Orlando Zapata Tamayo, a young black man. Many lies have been told, and it has been said that my son was a criminal, and that he was not simply allowed to die. The truth is that my son was murdered. The truth is that my son was allowed to die on a hunger strike he held to demand respect for his rights, and to demand freedom for his people. Today, I would like to tell you just who Orlando Zapata Tamayo was: a defender of human rights, and my beloved son.
This article is a very good read, it is truly hard to believe that Huffington Post would actually publish that on a Liberally biased site. After all, are not Liberal Socialists at least sympathetic to the communist cause?
What saddens me, is that the Huffington Post actually advocates the kind of Government that this woman’s son died under; Big Government. Which is, in fact, socialism, which is, one step away from actual communism.
I think it took courage to post that, considering some of the comments on that posting. Which is not too surprising for that crowd.
One the other hand, Huffington Post did crop a photo of the President of Israel to give him devils horns. Which tells me, not everyone over at Huffington Post shares in the ideals of freedom for everyone; including Israel.
The great difference between our western Christian world and the atheistic Communist world is not political, gentlemen, it is moral. For instance, the Marxian idea of confiscating the land and factories and running the entire economy as a single enterprise is momentous. Likewise, Leninâs invention of the one-party police state as a way to make Marxâs idea work is hardly less momentous.
Stalinâs resolute putting across of these two ideas, of course, did much to divide the world. With only these differences, however, the east and the west could most certainly still live in peace.
The real, basic difference, however, lies in the religion of immoralism . . . invented by Marx, preached feverishly by Lenin, and carried to unimaginable extremes by Stalin. This religion of immoralism, if the Red half of the world triumphsâand well it may, gentlemenâthis religion of immoralism will more deeply wound and damage mankind than any conceivable economic or political system.
Karl Marx dismissed God as a hoax, and Lenin and Stalin have added in clear-cut, unmistakable language their resolve that no nation, no people who believe in a god, can exist side by side with their communistic state.
Karl Marx, for example, expelled people from his Communist Party for mentioning such things as love, justice, humanity or morality. He called this âsoulful ravingsâ and âsloppy sentimentality.â . . .
Today we are engaged in a final, all-out battle between communistic atheism and Christianity. The modern champions of communism have selected this as the time, and ladies and gentlemen, the chips are downâthey are truly down.
Lest there be any doubt that the time has been chosen, let us go directly to the leader of communism todayâJoseph Stalin. Here is what he saidânot back in 1928, not before the war, not during the warâbut 2 years after the last war was ended: âTo think that the Communist revolution can be carried out peacefully, within the framework of a Christian democracy, means one has either gone out of oneâs mind and lost all normal understanding, or has grossly and openly repudiated the Communist revolution.â . . .
Ladies and gentlemen, can there be anyone tonight who is so blind as to say that the war is not on? Can there by anyone who fails to realize that the Communist world has said the time is now? . . . that this is the time for the show-down between the democratic Christian world and the communistic atheistic world?
Unless we face this fact, we shall pay the price that must be paid by those who wait too long.
This comes via Wizbang, which got it from Bookworm Room:
But of course, The DOJ is going to slime the guy who blew the whistle on Obama sacking of the Black Panther case. Roger L. Simon of Pajama’s Media has more:Â (H/T to InstaPundit)
Call it Panthergate, call it what you will. The Department of Justice (or its minions) is already attempting to slime its whistleblower J. Christian Adams â the attorney who recently resigned from the Department over its abandonment of the New Black Panther case. Now Adams has struck back, telling Pajamas Media that the DOJâs smears were a âblatant lie.â
Adams appeared on Megyn Kellyâs Fox News show to tell his story Tuesday, following which a âsource familiar with the caseâ came forward, trying to tarnish the lawyerâs reputation. Pajamas Media was informed by a Fox producer:
The person said that any story should include the fact that Adams only left DOJ after being put into a job he disliked, and that he has long been an advocate of conservative views. Source also says Adamsâ claims are âwillfully inaccurate.â
This battle had been brewing for several days since Adams â using the Panther case as an example â asserted in the Washington Times, and then in more detail in Pajamas Media, that institutionalized bias had infiltrated Eric Holderâs Justice Department. Civil rights complaints would only be pursued when initiated by people of color against white people.
When it was the other way around, the complaints, even when well-substantiated as with the New Black Panthers, would disappear in a bureaucratic morass.
The attacks on Adams â whether from the âanonymous sourceâ or from DOJ spokesperson Tracy Schmaler â were of surprising ferocity, indicating nervousness on the part of the Department. — Via Roger L. Simon » DOJ Slimes Whistleblower Adams in Panthergate Case
I’d head over and read this one; as it is very interesting. The Presidential Administration will stop at nothing to keep from the truth being exposed about it. I would honestly say that President Barack Obama is slowly becoming the Richard Nixon of the Democratic Party.
Remember this come 2010 and 2012.
So much for that idea: (H/T iammilitary on twitter)
It comes after US commanders and the British army chief of staff, Gen David Richards, suggested that it might be useful to talk to the Taliban.
The Taliban statement is uncompromising, almost contemptuous.
They believe they are winning the war, and cannot see why they should help Nato by talking to them.
They assume, perhaps wrongly, that the Americans are in disarray after the sacking of the Nato commander Gen Stanley McChrystal last week, and regard any suggestion that they should enter negotiations with them as a sign of Nato’s own weakness.
June, they point out, has seen the highest number of Nato deaths in Afghanistan: 102, an average of more than three a day. — Via BBC News – Taliban rule out negotiations with Nato
You know the sick and sad part? They are winning the war. Because it is quite obvious the the United States does not have a damned clue as to how to fight that war over there. You just do not negotiate with terrorists; you kill them. But that is pretty hard to do; when you have a Government over there that is just corrupt as the Taliban themselves. Our President is not helping that either. Best thing that this Government can do, at this point; is to basically withdraw and protect our own. We had the chance to do, what we want to do now, in 2003 — and we blew it. Thanks George W. Bush; you damned idiot. đĄ
I may have many quarrels with this White House over many things. But this is not one of them. Mr. President, you have done well here sir. đ
President Obama has agreed to waive a Pentagon rule and let outgoing Gen. Stanley McChrystal retire at his full four-star rank, a White House spokesman said Tuesday.
While the general is short of the time needed to retire at his current pay grade, White House spokesman Robert Gibbs said Obama would ensure he keeps his rank as he steps down.
“The president believes and has talked with Secretary Gates about this, and we will do whatever is necessary to ensure he, somebody who has served the country as he has, can retire at a four-star level,” Gibbs told reporters.
McChrystal resigned as the top U.S. commander in Afghanistan last week after he and his staff were quoted in a Rolling Stone magazine article criticizing and mocking key administration officials, and he announced Monday that he would retire from the Army.
A senior Pentagon official told CNN that he would have to have held his rank for three years before qualifying for full retirement benefits — but Obama is waiving that requirement because of McChrystal’s many years of “honorable service,” the official said. — Via White House to let McChrystal retire with 4 stars – CNN.com
I think this was a great thing to do. Many a partisan blogger, on the right, will slam dunk the President and say that this was some sort of a political move. I disagree; the President knows that our Military is the finest in the World and that we need them to continue the war on terrorism. This shows that, I believe that McChrystal was set up by this weasel that worked for Rolling Stone Magazine and I believe that the President most likely knows this, this is maybe why the President is allowing McChrystal to keep his stars and his retirement.
So, again, Mr. President thank you for showing your humanity. đ

Welcome to Barack Obama’s America.
A very catch title to a story; that quite frankly, has me slacked jawed.
Gen. Stanley McChrystal gave a reporter unfettered access to himself and his staff; and boy did the dirty make it to the press, the article is in Rolling Stone: (Language Warning!)
‘How’d I get screwed into going to this dinner?” demands Gen. Stanley McChrystal. It’s a Thursday night in mid-April, and the commander of all U.S. and NATO forces in Afghanistan is sitting in a four-star suite at the HĂŽtel Westminster in Paris. He’s in France to sell his new war strategy to our NATO allies â to keep up the fiction, in essence, that we actually have allies. Since McChrystal took over a year ago, the Afghan war has become the exclusive property of the United States. Opposition to the war has already toppled the Dutch government, forced the resignation of Germany’s president and sparked both Canada and the Netherlands to announce the withdrawal of their 4,500 troops. McChrystal is in Paris to keep the French, who have lost more than 40 soldiers in Afghanistan, from going all wobbly on him.
“The dinner comes with the position, sir,” says his chief of staff, Col. Charlie Flynn.
McChrystal turns sharply in his chair.
“Hey, Charlie,” he asks, “does this come with the position?”
McChrystal gives him the middle finger.
[….]
Now, flipping through printout cards of his speech in Paris, McChrystal wonders aloud what Biden question he might get today, and how he should respond. “I never know what’s going to pop out until I’m up there, that’s the problem,” he says. Then, unable to help themselves, he and his staff imagine the general dismissing the vice president with a good one-liner.
“Are you asking about Vice President Biden?” McChrystal says with a laugh. “Who’s that?”
“Biden?” suggests a top adviser. “Did you say: Bite Me?”
Believe me, I’m reading though this thing, it gets worse. This alone right here; will most likely end his career:
By some accounts, McChrystal’s career should have been over at least two times by now. As Pentagon spokesman during the invasion of Iraq, the general seemed more like a White House mouthpiece than an up-and-coming commander with a reputation for speaking his mind. When Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld made his infamous “stuff happens” remark during the looting of Baghdad, McChrystal backed him up. A few days later, he echoed the president’s Mission Accomplished gaffe by insisting that major combat operations in Iraq were over. But it was during his next stint â overseeing the military’s most elite units, including the Rangers, Navy Seals and Delta Force â that McChrystal took part in a cover-up that would have destroyed the career of a lesser man.
After Cpl. Pat Tillman, the former-NFL-star-turned-Ranger, was accidentally killed by his own troops in Afghanistan in April 2004, McChrystal took an active role in creating the impression that Tillman had died at the hands of Taliban fighters. He signed off on a falsified recommendation for a Silver Star that suggested Tillman had been killed by enemy fire. (McChrystal would later claim he didn’t read the recommendation closely enough â a strange excuse for a commander known for his laserlike attention to minute details.) A week later, McChrystal sent a memo up the chain of command, specifically warning that President Bush should avoid mentioning the cause of Tillman’s death. “If the circumstances of Corporal Tillman’s death become public,” he wrote, it could cause “public embarrassment” for the president.
“The false narrative, which McChrystal clearly helped construct, diminished Pat’s true actions,” wrote Tillman’s mother, Mary, in her book Boots on the Ground by Dusk. McChrystal got away with it, she added, because he was the “golden boy” of Rumsfeld and Bush, who loved his willingness to get things done, even if it included bending the rules or skipping the chain of command. Nine days after Tillman’s death, McChrystal was promoted to major general.
Some would dismiss that is liberal propaganda; but I tend to believe it.
There is more:
One soldier shows me the list of new regulations the platoon was given. “Patrol only in areas that you are reasonably certain that you will not have to defend yourselves with lethal force,” the laminated card reads. For a soldier who has traveled halfway around the world to fight, that’s like telling a cop he should only patrol in areas where he knows he won’t have to make arrests. “Does that make any fucking sense?” asks Pfc. Jared Pautsch. “We should just drop a fucking bomb on this place. You sit and ask yourself: What are we doing here?”
The rules handed out here are not what McChrystal intended â they’ve been distorted as they passed through the chain of command â but knowing that does nothing to lessen the anger of troops on the ground. “Fuck, when I came over here and heard that McChrystal was in charge, I thought we would get our fucking gun on,” says Hicks, who has served three tours of combat. “I get COIN. I get all that. McChrystal comes here, explains it, it makes sense. But then he goes away on his bird, and by the time his directives get passed down to us through Big Army, they’re all fucked up â either because somebody is trying to cover their ass, or because they just don’t understand it themselves. But we’re fucking losing this thing.”
McChrystal and his team show up the next day. Underneath a tent, the general has a 45-minute discussion with some two dozen soldiers. The atmosphere is tense. “I ask you what’s going on in your world, and I think it’s important for you all to understand the big picture as well,” McChrystal begins. “How’s the company doing? You guys feeling sorry for yourselves? Anybody? Anybody feel like you’re losing?” McChrystal says.
“Sir, some of the guys here, sir, think we’re losing, sir,” says Hicks
Truthfully, the article is hard-hitting, blunt, and just plain harsh. I predict that McChrystal will most like retire. McChrystal was, to be fair, a holdover from the Bush Administration; but his Military service predates that. McChrystal is just a tough Military man, that knows the business; more than Obama. He also knows that he does not like the current administration in Washington D.C.
Ed Morrissey says:
Some will say that we have had plenty of brilliant generals who won wars while being difficult and opinionated. That is true, but even those generals understood to keep their opinions within a tight, private circle â and knew not to encourage insubordination among their staff. George Patton wound up getting fired for airing too many of his opinions about de-Nazification and the Soviets publicly while administering post-war Germany; Douglas MacArthur, one of the most self-centered military leaders in American history, succeeded brilliantly until he publicly challenged his Commander in Chief on war strategies. Being right, or at least mostly right, didnât do either Patton or MacArthur much good in the end, nor should it have.
So far, McChrystal hasnât earned enough leash by winning anything. Regardless of what one thinks of the current C-in-C, Obama is still the man elected by the people to run the executive branch and the military. The picture this article paints is one of a lack of discipline and respect, and the White House has every right to demand an apology and replace McChrystal with someone who understands better the subtleties of overall command and its politics.
Will Obama fire McChrystal? Itâs hard to say, mainly because of the critical juncture we face in Afghanistan and McChrystalâs deep involvement in all phases of the effort. But after reading the Rolling Stone article, which McChrystal has yet to deny, it would be very hard to blame Barack Obama if he canned McChrystal over it.
However, a Military expert who spoke to Tapped, which is a blog for the American Prospect; which is a progressive Blog — says, No so fast on the insubordination charges:
So do McChrystal’s comments amount to insubordination? No, says Eugene Fidell, who teaches at Yale University School of Law and is president of the National Institute of Military Justice. âI donât really think this is contemptuous,” says Fidell. “I donât think it makes the needle bounce under Article 88. Thereâs ‘contemptuous words’ and being disrespectful,” Fidell added. “Those are two different things.â
That said, Fidell still believes McChrystal should go. “The real problem here is that an officer at his level has to set an example, and the president has to have complete confidence in an officer at that level,” Fidell says. “McChrystal has to resign or retire.â
“You cannot have a senior official saying this kind of thing,” Fidell says. “Itâs a democratic society, but you canât have this kind of dissension at the highest levels [of the military]. People have to get out if they feel that way.â
UPDATE: Since most of the disrespectful comments came from McChrystal’s aides and not McChrystal himself, I asked Fidell whether these rose to the level of insubordination under Article 88.
“The officers in his staff are in for some heavy weather, if thatâs the water cooler conversation,â Fidell said, predicting that they would face some kind of consequences. But added that he didn’t think the anonymous comments amounted to insubordination. He added that administration officials were “entitled to better.”
Either way, McChrystal has been summoned to the White House to get his tail kicked; or at least to have a beer summit:
KABUL — Defense Secretary Robert M. Gates said Tuesday that his top commander in Afghanistan “made a significant mistake and exercised poor judgment” in making dismissive and derogatory remarks to a magazine reporter about U.S. government officials involved in Afghan policy.
Gen. Stanley A. McChrystal has been summoned to Washington to explain a Rolling Stone article that includes highly critical comments by him and his staff about Vice President Biden, U.S. Ambassador to Afghanistan Karl W. Eikenberry and other top Obama administration officials.
The profile of McChrystal, titled the “Runaway General,” is certain to increase tension between him and the White House. It also raises fresh questions about the judgment and leadership style of the commander appointed by President Obama last year in an effort to turn around a worsening conflict.
“I read with concern the profile piece on Gen. Stanley McChrystal in the upcoming edition of ‘Rolling Stone’ magazine,” Gates said in a statement, adding, “Our troops and coalition partners are making extraordinary sacrifices on behalf of our security, and our singular focus must be on supporting them and succeeding in Afghanistan without such distractions.
“Gen. McChrystal has apologized to me and is similarly reaching out to others named in this article to apologize to them as well. I have recalled Gen. McChrystal to Washington to discuss this in person.”
Blackfive; which is a very nice MilBlog is all over this. You can read the entries about this Here, Here, Here, and Here.
Michelle Malkin makes a very good point:
No matter how right or wrong I think Gen. McChrystal may be (praise here, criticism here), I think we can all agree that in a time of war, the last place a military commander should be blabbing is an anti-war pop culture rag that specializes in slime.
Cannot say that I disagree with that.
The fallout so far, is an Civilian Press Aid has gotten canned:
KABUL — Gen. Stanley A. McChrystal’s civilian press aide resigned Tuesday over an upcoming magazine story that portrayed the top U.S. commander in Afghanistan and some of his aides as derisive toward Obama administration officials.
Duncan Boothby, who has been on McChrystal’s staff for roughly a year, was the first casualty of a controversy that prompted White House officials to summon the general to the White House to explain the remarks in the profile that will appear in this week’s issue of Rolling Stone.
Boothby was heavily involved in arranging access for journalist Michael Hastings to McChrystal and his staff this year so Hastings could write the profile, titled “The Runaway General.”
An official in Kabul confirmed the resignation, speaking on condition of anonymity because it was a personnel issue.
Boothby is not a military officer. He is one of a growing number of civilians hired as press aides for senior military brass as the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan continue to generate considerable public interest and controversy.
Military officials say civilians are often better suited to provide constructive criticism and unconventional ideas than military public affairs professionals. In many cases senior generals have reached out to former journalists for an outside set of eyes. Often these civilian aides have a loose portfolio and are brought along in part because they aren’t as constrained by the military’s chain of command.
Expect more fallout.

I am just waiting for some idiotic race-baiting twit on the left to accuse this guy of being a racist bigot for having the stones to criticize President Obama.

Welcome to Obama’s America.
If I were in Texas tonight or anywhere near it; I would have my guns loaded and ready for anything. We’re not fighting them there anymore, we’re fighting them here now too. Thanks to Bush’s desire to settle the score in Iraq for his Daddy, we schlepped off Afghanistan and now, we’re stuck with stupidity like this here. Of course, Obama’s inability to call terrorism what it is actually is, is not much of a help either. So, basically, we’re screwed.
Hopefully, they find these idiots and round them up and send them back were they belong! đĄ

What a tool:
Over 5 years after the very public, tragic and court-ordered execution of Terri Schindler Schiavo, the Schindler family still fights Terri’s husband who sought and secured legal permission to murder his disabled wife by dehydration. Michael Schiavo, Terri’s former husband, accuses Terri’s family of trying to exploit her saga by raising money for the foundation named after her, and the media has been too happy to accommodate his platform and buttress his attacks.
Started while Terri was still alive as Terri’s Fight, the foundation assists other disabled members of our society who may be deprived of their legal rights and medical care. The organization is run by Terri’s mother, Mary Schindler, her brother, Bobby Schindler, who serves as the spokesman for the organization, and Terri's sister, Suzanne Schindler Vitadamo. The Schindler family began the foundation to defray the legal expenses and the costs of providing Terri the rehabilitative treatment and medical care of which Michael barbarically deprived her to thwart her recovery.
Following Terri’s painful involuntary euthanasia death in 2005, the Schindler family changed the name to the Terri Schindler Schiavo Foundation, and the organization has only has raised a modest amount of money, less than 6 figures, to support disabled people like her. Through the foundation, www.TerrisFight.org, Terri’s family has fielded countless calls from Texans due to the draconian Texas Advance Directives Act (Chapter 166.046 of the Health and Safety Code). The foundation has assisted TX Right to Life in our efforts to protect the disabled from the denial and withdrawal of life-sustaining medical treatment.
Michael Schiavo claims that a court document gives him rights to the name Terri Schiavo, and he alleges that no one can use her name without his permission. His attorney has written to the Terri Schindler Schiavo Foundation, instructing Terri’s family to cease and desist using her name. Peculiarly, the man who denied Terri rehabilitative treatment because he wanted the money left for her medical care to himself, is now accusing Terri’s family of profiteering with her name.
via Terri Schiavo’s foundation sued by Michael Schiavo :: :: ProLifeBlogs.
The real kicker is this:
Ironically, Michael attempted to profit politically from Terri’s death, by starting a political action committee, called Terri’s PAC, to oppose “Bible-thumping politicians” who fought to protect her life. Eventually, the FEC closed down his PAC after repeated fines for late reports and violation of reporting guidelines.
Oh Yeah, this dude is a serious tool. I remember this case and it broke my heart to see what this man did to this woman. He was a heartless killer. Now he is proving to the World, just what kind of heartless tool that he really is.
Michigan Never ceases to amaze me, how it continues down the slippery slope of liberalism:

An Ann Arbor elementary school principal used a letter home to parents tonight to defend a field trip for black students as part of his schoolâs efforts to close the achievement gap between white and black students.
Dicken Elementary School Principal Mike Madison wrote the letter to parents following several days of controversy at the school after a field trip last week in which black students got to hear a rocket scientist.
âIn hindsight, this field trip could have been approached and arranged in a better way,” Madison wrote. “But as I reflect upon the look of excitement, enthusiasm and energy that I saw in these childrenâs eyes as they stood in the presence of a renowned African American rocket scientist in a very successful position, it gave the kids an opportunity to see this type of achievement is possible for even them.
âIt was not a wasted venture for I know one day they might want to aspire to be the first astronaut or scientist standing on the Planet Mars.
âI also think itâs important that you know that I have talked to the children who did not go on the field trip, and I think they have a better understanding of the purpose of the AA Lunch Bunch now, as I hope you do. Iâm sorry if any kids were upset by the field trip or my discussion afterwards with them, and I have let them know that.
âThe intent of our field trip was not to segregate or exclude students as has been reported, but rather to address the societal issues, roadblocks and challenges that our African American children will face as they pursue a successful academic education here in our community.â
A handful of parents have complained to district administrators about the trip, the group and Madison. More than a half-dozen parents contacted AnnArbor.com to raise the complaints, but none would agree to talk on the record, citing concerns of reprisals to their children by Madison.
[…]
District spokeswoman Liz Margolis said after the trip was over, those who went returned to their fifth-grade class and were greeted by boos by those who didnât go on the trip. Margolis said Madison, who is black, heard the boos, and went to talk to the class. She said he and the class had a âdiscussionâ about race issues.
âHe wasnât yelling at them. He was very passionate about it,â Margolis said.
Parents have complained he was yelling at the class and belittled a Muslim girl who said she also had experienced racism and discrimination.

On January 14, 1963 Alabama Governor George Wallace, a Democrat; said the following:
“In the name of the greatest people that have ever trod this earth, I draw the line in the dust and toss the gauntlet before the feet of tyranny, and I say segregation now, segregation tomorrow, segregation forever.”
Democrats have not changed that mindset one iota. Except now, the only people being discriminated or segregated are the White people. This whole idiotic idea that we have to “Celebrate Diversity”, basically means “Be ashamed of your White Skin.” It is the mantra and talking point of the far socialist black liberal Democrat Party. It is the mindset of most blacks, especially Liberal Blacks that those evil White Capitalists are out to oppress the Black man; and to atone for that, blacks must be given special privileges and must be given jobs, ahead of the White Man. (like me, for instance…)
That is what I have to deal with here in the great Liberal State of Michigan. It is no wonder that Michigan went to Obama and McCain left early. McCain was no dummy, he knew what he was doing.

An Obama scholar.
And I will strive to be.
Outstanding. Brilliant.
I will achieve. I will be motivated with a positive attitude.

When I first started watching this video I was impressed with the positive message, that is until the Adult Directed the Students to Chant “I am an Obama Scholar”. That is what we call Brain Washing.
Before all of the Haters leave their Comment remember this, Would it still be OK if the Kids were Chanting “I am a Regan, Bush or Clinton Scholar? …Um No…
Cassy Fiano says:
Indoctrination of children in schools is really nothing new, especially since Obama has been elected. Liberal teachers canât contain themselves, I guess.
[…]
And what kind of scholar is Barack Obama, exactly? The kind that doesnât exactly move a mountain of drugs away, thatâs for sure â he admitted doing cocaine. Heâs the kind of scholar who thought that there were 57 states during the 2008 election. The kind of scholar who canât understand why we canât just plug the damn hole to stop an oil spill. The kind of scholar who spends all of his time on the golf course instead of displaying any kind of real leadership.
Oh well. Chanting songs of allegiance to leaders is nothing new, I guess. Itâs just new to us ignorant rubes here in the United States who actually love freedom and democracy.
I might be wrong, but, did not Hitler force kids in Germany to chant slogans? Did they also do that in Communist Russia?
I don’t know about you all; but this whole idea of a black liberal President just got a whole bunch more scarier to me. I mean, we have oil gushing out of a busted well in the gulf and they are STILL praising him, like he is some sort of a Messiah!
When will the American people wake and realize that they have been duped? It is beginning to happen; but still you have this sort of nonsense. It is trouble unbelievable.
The 2010 elections and the 2012 elections cannot come soon enough. I just hope and pray that the GOP does not screw it up; like they did in 2008.
I am a little late to the trough on this one. But I figured it did deserve a few lines of my support.
As some of you might know, PayPal has sent Pamela Geller a threat, that if she did not remove their badges from her blogs, that they would close her account. Well, that will never do. This flies into my libertarian radar; what I mean is this — Freedom of Speech is Freedom Speech is Freedom of Speech. I do not care if it is Pamela Geller, David Duke, or Fred Phelps of “God Hates Fags” fame. The point is that the first amendment applies to everyone, including Pamela Geller and her quest against those who wish to convert American into an Islamic Country. Which is, by the way, something that I personally happen to support.
So, having said that, Last night, I actually closed my PayPal account, that I have owned since the late 1990’s. At first, I thought of ignoring Pamela’s plight. I figured, “Eh, Sling Poo, attract flies…”. Then it dawned on me, I’ve slung my fair share of poo around myself and I have also paid a price for it. Now, do I think Pamela would return the favor? No, I don’t. But there is a Bible verse, you know, that thing that God actually wrote? Anyhow, A Bible verse that comes to mind, these are the actual Words of the Lord Jesus Christ, That would be God’s Son:
And as ye would that men should do to you, do ye also to them likewise. (Luke 6:31 – King James Version)
….and So, that is why I did it. Until PayPal backs down. I will not be doing business with them, at all. I now use Gpay for all donations here.
Sometimes have you have to stand, for what you feel is right. So, here I stand. đ

GREENSBORO, N.C. – A protest in Greensboro turned violent Tuesday when a former candidate for Congress and NC Senate was punched in the face.
Nathan Tabor, a business owner and head of the Forsyth County Republican Party and a former candidate for public office, says he and 25 other people were protesting government bailouts in front of Rep. Mel Watt’s (D-N.C.) Greensboro office on Tuesday.
“We were just there to do our constitutional right to have a peaceful protest.” Tabor said.
Tabor says they were protesting a proposed amendment that would give companies money to help with rising credit card fees. He says he was videotaping the event when Govenor Spencer, of Greensboro, approached the protest.
“About that time a gentleman walks around the corner and walks into the middle of the crowd saying it’s all George W. Bush’s fault. It’s all Dick Cheney’s fault.” Tabor said.
The video shows Spencer and at least one protester arguing. Tabor says he stopped recording as the protest began to conclude and walked over to the sidewalk where his wife and 5-year-old daughter were standing.
“As I walked around the corner this gentleman pushed me. And when he pushed me the first time I turned my camera on and brought my camera up. I said please don’t push me. And when I said that he slapped my camera.” Tabor said. “He pushes me again. In the video you can see my body fall back. And I did not say anything to him, I didn’t engage him. I was going to, until he touched me wife.”
Tabor says Spencer pushed his wife and he pushed Spencer back. The video shows Spencer then punching Tabor in the face.
In the video, Spencer is seen telling Tabor that he hit him because Tabor pushed him. Spencer denies hitting Tabor’s wife. Both men have filed assault charges against each other.
Spencer referred FOX8 to his attorney Joe Williams, who said: “We are going to deal with this in the courtroom. Mr. Tabor is going to find out that being wealthy doesn’t make a difference in a courtroom.”

A good ending to a bad story:
Helen Thomas, the longtime White House correspondent made famous for her no-holds-barred questioning of presidents, announced her resignation Monday following controversial remarks she made about Israel.
In a statement from Hearst newspapers, where she works as a columnist, she said she is âretiring, effective immediately.â
Thomas started at the White House as a reporter during the Kennedy administration but became more outspoken in recent years, when she shifted to column writing.
The reaction of most reporters, friends and former White House officials was that while the end to Thomas’s career is sad, it is hardly surprising.
“It really is sadness. She should have retired years ago,” one longtime friend said. “But I donât think anyone is surprised at the anti-Israeli remarks. She has never made any secret of her animus toward Israel. I just hate to see her remembered for this instead of the pioneering work she did.”
Former White House press secretary Dana Perino said: “It’s a sad but appropriate end.”
Let this be a lesson to any leftest loon, who decides to be journalist. Keep your mouth shut and stick to your job; if you want to keep your job. Antisemitism is not cool, fashionable or any of the other stupid labels that they put on it. It is a sick disease and should not be in the public square.
Somehow or another, I somehow doubt that this was an accident, something tells me, that this woman knew who she was talking to and knew what sort of trouble it would cause. She wanted to retire and was looking for a way out and found it.
In case, you did not notice, I do have a ribbon on my blog now; and yes, I will say it. I do support Israel. The only reservation that I have, is that some of the players in Zionism sometimes resort to race or “Semite-Baiting”, but other than this, I have no issues with Israel and the Jews. America is the prosperous Nation that it is today, because of the relationship that it has with the Nation of Israel. God help this Nation, if we ever got the idiotic idea to abandon Israel or turn against her.
For more about how I feel about this issue. Please click and read this Gospel Tract. It will explain just how I feel about this whole thing. I may have had reservations about Israel in the past. But, that is all different now, I totally understand and believe, that Israel is God’s holy land and he will use it one day. You’ll see. Bush understood it, I understand it, and any Conservative who does not understand it, is not a Conservative and should not be calling themselves one! Remember this, come 2010 and 2012.
Well, Humph, Here’s a novel idea. You do not want your kid being killed by the IDF? Then don’t let him attack the IDF, when they legally board a ship to inspect it.
The Story:
A U.S. citizen who lived in Turkey is among the nine people killed when Israeli commandos stormed a Turkish aid ship heading for the Gaza Strip, officials said today. The victim was identified as Furkan Dogan, 19, a Turkish-American. A forensic report said he was shot at close range, with four bullets in his head and one in his chest, according to the Anatolian news agency.
Dogan was a high school student studying social sciences in the town of Kayseri in central Turkey. He was born in the United States and moved to Turkey at the age of 2. He will be buried in his hometown tomorrow.
Dogan’s body was returned to Turkey today along with eight others, all Turkish nationals, who were on board the Mavi Marmara
via American Furkan Dogan Killed on Gaza Aid Flotilla – ABC News.
Oh, but there’s more, John over at PowerLine writes:
As for Dogan, it is reported that he was shot five times at close range, four times in the head. If that is correct, it is reasonable to infer that he was one of those attacking Israeli soldiers with a club, knife or other weapon and was shot in self-defense. The Times quotes his brother saying, on behalf of the family, “we were not sorry to hear that he fell like a martyr.”
Yeah, he fell alright. Fell like the little pip-squeak weasel terrorist that he was. Like I said before. The only language that these terrorist thugs understand, is the one one spoke at the end of gun. Israel had every right in the world to enforce that blockade, and they did. These Arab terrorists went looking for a confrontation and they got it. The sick and sad part is, that our Government is now siding with the Arabs and the Terrorists! What a difference a Presidential Administration makes.
I would be willing to be bucket-loads of money that there are many Liberal Jews right now that are deeply regretting their vote for Barack Obama and the Democrats at this point. Because essentially what this White House has done, is sided with the terrorists themselves. Which is what Democrats are basically known for. It did not used to be that way, but it has been that way since about the time of Jimmy Carter’s Administration.
This is sick, these Palestinian Terrorists attack IDF troops, after they board their ship — because they were violating a blockade of Gaza.
HotAir’s Ed Morrissey and AllahPundit have a good round of what REALLY happened.

Bradley Burston at Haaretz.com writes:
A war tells a people terrible truths about itself. That is why it is so difficult to listen.
We were determined to avoid an honest look at the first Gaza war. Now, in international waters and having opened fire on an international group of humanitarian aid workers and activists, we are fighting and losing the second. For Israel, in the end, this Second Gaza War could be far more costly and painful than the first.
In going to war in Gaza in late 2008, Israeli military and political leaders hoped to teach Hamas a lesson. They succeeded. Hamas learned that the best way to fight Israel is to let Israel do what it has begun to do naturally: bluster, blunder, stonewall, and fume.
Hamas, and no less, Iran and Hezbollah, learned early on that Israel’s own embargo against Hamas-ruled Gaza was the most sophisticated and powerful weapon they could have deployed against the Jewish state.
Here in Israel, we have still yet to learn the lesson: We are no longer defending Israel. We are now defending the siege. The siege itself is becoming Israel’s Vietnam.
These are the same people that crashed those planes into the World Trade Center, The Pentagon, and into that field in PA. (which was headed for the White House) These Dogs are terrorists. That is the only life they know. They are sub-human lifeforms. They are scum, the only language they understand, is from the end of a gun. 12 Dead? I am quite sorry is was not more.
When will America wake up and smell the damned Coffee? When??!
At this point, I miss Bush….like bloody hell. đĄ
…and yet, the Democrats — They side with these murderous bastards. But yet, they are just as American as the rest of us. Yeah sure they are.
This should be interesting to watch:
Judicial Watch filed its original FOIA request on May 29, 2009. The Justice Department acknowledged receiving the request on June 18, 2009, but then referred the request to the Office of Information Policy (OIP) and the Civil Rights Division. On January 15, 2010, the OIP notified Judicial Watch that it would be responding to the request on behalf of the Offices of the Attorney General, the Deputy Attorney General, Associate Attorney General, Public Affairs, Legislative Affairs, Legal Policy, and Intergovernmental and Public Liaison.
On January 15, the OIP also indicated that the Office of the Associate Attorney General found 135 pages of records responsive to Judicial Watchâs request, but that all records would be withheld in full. On January 26, the OIP advised Judicial Watch that the Office of Public Affairs and Office of Legal Policy completed their searches and found no responsive documents. On February 10, the Justice Departmentâs Civil Rights Division indicated that after an extensive search it had located ânumerous responsive recordsâ but determined that âaccess to the majority of the recordsâ should be denied. On March 26, the OIP indicated that the Office of Legislative Affairs and the Office of Intergovernmental and Public Liaison completed searches and found no documents.
Judicial Watch appealed the determinations of the Office of the Associate Attorney General and the Civil Rights Division. To date, Judicial Watch has received neither a response regarding searches conducted by the Offices of the Attorney General and Deputy Attorney General, nor responses to its two administrative appeals prompting its lawsuit. The U.S. Commission on Civil Rights, an independent, bipartisan unit of the federal government charged with investigating and reporting on civil rights issues, has also initiated a probe of the Justice Departmentâs decision to dismiss its lawsuit.
The Justice Department originally filed its lawsuit against the New Black Panther Party for Self-Defense and several of its members following an incident that took place outside of a Philadelphia polling station on November 4, 2008. A video of the incident showing a member of the New Black Panther Party for Self-Defense brandishing police-style baton weapon was widely distributed on the Internet. According to multiple witnesses, members of the New Black Panther Party for Self-Defense attempted to block access to polling stations, harassed voters and hurled racial epithets. Nonetheless, the Justice Department ultimately allegedly overruled the recommendations of its own staff and dismissed the majority of its claims.
âThe Obama administration owes the American people an explanation. How can the Justice Department dismiss a clear-cut case of voter intimidation involving the use of a weapon? Are voting rights important at the Justice Department? If there is nothing to hide, then Eric Holder should release this information as the law requires. And this is just one more example of how Obamaâs promises of transparency are a big lie,â said Judicial Watch Tom Fitton.
Jennifer Rubin over at Commentary chimes in:
A knowledgeable lawyer e-mails me: âNotice DOJ revealed nothing about the number of panther documents in the AG and deputy AG office. Even for the associate attorney general they revealed there were 135 but they werenât going to turn them over. Failing to even name a number is extremely suspicious because those units can be searched quicker and easier for compliant documents. It leads one to conclude any number would be an embarrassment, and a high number would be a catastrophe. So, donât reveal a number. Typical of this non-transparent operation.â
And now weâre going to see the administrationâs true colors played out in open court. As a Judicial Watch spokesman said: âIf there is nothing to hide, then Eric Holder should release this information as the law requires. And this is just one more example of how Obamaâs promises of transparency are a big lie.â
But the Obama team may have a different problem: if either or both houses of Congress flip to Republican control, new chairmen will populate key committees and subpoenas will begin to fly. Congress is in an even better position to get access to the documents, as attorney-client privilege doesnât work against a co-equal branch of government. In sum, Holder is running out of room to hide, finally.
Let’s see Mr. Eric “Nation of Cowards” Holder wiggle his way out of this one! Of course, you know what is going to happen; Eric Holder will call Obama and let him know the heat is on. Then Obama will call up MSNBC and the rest of the libtalkers and they’ll descend on JW and start calling them racist. They will say that this is an attack started by the Conservative Jews or something to that effect. You wait and see.
Here is the video of the sentencing:
The Story via The Detroit Free Press:
Judge to Kilpatrick: "To Jail with your dumb ass!"
10:46 a.m. | An audible gasp erupted in the courtroom as Judge David Groner sentenced former Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick to 18 months to five years in state prison for probation violation.
Deputies rushed up to a row where Kilpatrick friends and relatives are sitting. They escorted one unidentified woman out.
“Your testimony in this court amounted to perjury,” the judge told Kilpatrick. “Most compelling is that you lied to this court, continue to lie, after you pleaded guilty to lying….
“The initial 120 days incarceration did nothing to rehabilitate you.”
After the gasp from the audience, Kilpatrick was ordered to sign papers. Some reporters saw his hands shaking. Groner asked Kilpatrick’s lawyer, Schwartz, to assist the former mayor.
As the courtroom began to buzz, Groner raised his voice and ordered Kilpatrick to be swift.
“Sergeant could you secure the defendant please and put him in the back?” Groner said. A deputy then handcuffed Kilpatrick behind his back and led him to a side room. The former mayor kept looking over his shoulder, mouthing words toward his sister.
His attorneys vowed an immediate appeal of Groner’s sentence.
Comment from Wayne County Assistant Prosecutor Athina Siringas: âWe always felt a department of corrections sentence was appropriate. We are pleased.â
The judgeâs order also raises questions about whether Kilpatrick will continue to have a job with a Compuware subsidiary in Texas. Compuware chief Peter Karmanos had given Kilpatrick a six-figure sales job with Covisint in an office just outside Dallas after the ex-mayorâs release from jail in February of last year. But Karmanos said at the time that Kilpatrickâs continued employment was contingent upon Kilpatrick staying out of further trouble.
….and if that was not bad enough; Kilpatrick got fired from his Job too! Ouch!
Former Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick was fired from his job today after being sentenced to prison for probation violation.
âKwame Kilpatrick will be off the Compuware Corporation payroll at the end of the month,” said a company statement. “We donât have any choices. Itâs an unfortunate situation, and we feel bad for his family, but our hands are tied.â
Compuware CEO Peter Karmanos Jr. hired Kilpatrick for his Detroit-based company the day after the former mayor was freed from jail in February 2009. The job paid a base salary of $120,000 with potential for bonuses.
Of course, the Kilpatrick enablers and supporters are now crowing:
Rep. Shanelle Jackson, D-Detroit, today criticized former Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick’s sentence as too harsh for a nonviolent parole violation.
She said it would be better to have Kilpatrick repay the city and require him to do community service than sit in a costly prison cell.
âThis sentence shows there is no mercy in society and no grace in the judicial system,â Jackson said. âWe are looking at ways to reduce the prison population because of a lack of revenue, yet weâre giving this to someone who could ideally have more to contribute to society if we looked at restorative justice.â
She goes on:
Womack said the sentence perpetuates a common public perception that politicians are crooked.
Um, Mrs. Jackson? That because Kilpatrick WAS a damned crook and he is getting just what is coming to him. It is about damned time, that this idiotic thug was put right where he belongs. The video is priceless and is one that should be shown to anybody thinking of running for Mayor of Detroit or any other city. You decide to lie, cheat or steal and you get caught; your ass is going to jail. Here is hoping that he will get the FULL 5 years in jail, as that is just what this goldbricking jack ass needs.
