Because of stuff like this here; when I first heard about all of this, I figure Breitbart had his hands in it, and I was right.
Friday evening I logged onto Twitter to find that I had about a dozen new mentions in less than an hour, which is a rare occurrence. When I checked one of the posts that I had been tagged in I saw that it was a picture that had supposedly been tweeted to me by Congressman Anthony Weiner.
The account that these tweets were sent from was familiar to me; this person had harassed me many times after the Congressman followed me on Twitter a month or so ago. Since I had dealt with this person and his cohorts before I assumed that the tweet and the picture were their latest attempts at defaming the Congressman and harassing his supporters.
Annoyed, I responded with something along the lines of “are you f***ing kidding me?” and “I’ve never seen this. You people are sick.” I blocked their accounts, made my page private, and let the matter drop, expecting them to eventually do the same.
Within about an hour, however, I realized that I had grossly underestimated the severity of the situation that I had somehow become a part of.
The last 36 hours have been the most confusing, anxiety-ridden hours of my life. I’ve watched in sheer disbelief as my name, age, location, links to any social networking site I’ve ever used, my old phone numbers and pictures have been passed along from stranger to stranger.
My friends have received phone calls from people claiming to be old friends of mine, attempting to obtain my contact information. My siblings have received tweets that are similar in nature. I began taking steps, though not quickly enough, to remove as much personal information from the Internet as possible.
Not because I “was exposed as Weiner’s mistress” or because I “was responsible for the hack,” as Gawker has suggested. I removed my information because I, believe it or not, do not enjoy being harassed or being the reason that my loved ones are targets of harassment.

Understandably, people are ticked about this; and rightfully so. If I were Weiner, I would be wanting to knock Andrew Breitbart’s teeth out, right about now. Which is something that should have happened long ago, in my humble opinion. (…and it can be done for the right price too! Anthony Weiner! Call me! For the right price, I can fix the problem.)

Think Al-Qaeda is done? Think again, they’re in Yemen
This weekend, America celebrates a holiday that ought to be the greatest of them all. Our military is the greatest of them all. I personally respect ANYONE who chooses to serve. This posting is dedicated to them.
In this thread here yesterday, some idiot did a drive by and claimed that Al-Qaeda did not exist. I deleted it, because it sounded so stupid. I wish now that I kept it. Anyhow, here we go:
(CNN) — Yemeni security forces abandoned a key coastal city to Islamic militants, residents of the city told CNN Sunday, while a powerful rebel tribe kept up pressure on the government in the capital.
“The militants are everywhere and we cannot leave our homes,” said a resident of the city of Zinjibar, east of Aden.
“They suddenly arrived and in large numbers. There were no clashes when they arrived on Friday night. We tried to complain to security forces but could not find them,” said the resident, who asked not to be named for security reasons.
By Saturday, “hundreds” of masked militants controlled the main streets of the city, locals said.
Abyan province, where Zinjibar is located, is a hotbed of Islamic militancy in Yemen, a country which has become a key battleground against al Qaeda.

I crack up at the libertarians that say, “Al-Qaeda does not exist, it is invention of the U.S. Government!” All the while smoking their dope and waving their silly Ron Paul signs. I got one thing to say about that; tell that to the people living in this city in Yemen okay? Because right now, a whole bunch of people there are scared shitless and are worrying about whether these Islamic fascists will kill them or not.
I will concede one point; President George W. Bush royally screwed up, when trying to fight this war. Bush should have directed ALL of our forces into the Afghan region and fought these bastards until the very last one dropped dead. But, he didn’t. Instead the President, then, listened to his intelligence people; who supposedly had information that Saddam had WMD’s and was giving comfort to the enemy, namely Al-Qaeda. That intelligence came from Germany and one guy named “Curveball,” and the United States and yes, Bush ate it up and off we went. As as result of that, Al-Qaeda in Afghanistan and that war in general were left to fester and grow.
Now, as much as I would like to harp on the above and really lay into Bush for that mistake, I cannot. That part of history is over. We cannot continue to lay blame at a man’s feet, who is no longer in office. We cannot go back and change history, what is done, is done. I can however, point out that if Bush had fought this war properly to start with, we would most likely not be in this position now.
Now, we are at the place, that we are; Obama ordered the taking out of Osama Bin Laden; most likely with the assumption that Al-Qaeda would die off. The problem with that is this; OBL was simply a figure-head anymore. The day-to-day stuff was being carried out by others and he was widely disconnected from the “Front Lines” of the operation. With the exception of the information carried by the carriers, OBL was just a figure-head.
I said all that above to get to this point here; anyone that believes that Al-Qaeda is not still a threat to this great Republic of ours; is a damned fool and is living in some sort of fantasy land. As someone who was almost frozen with fear on 9/11, especially when it was announced that there was plane en route to the White House. I remember that fear, and even though I am not a big fan of Nation Building and occupation; I do realize that the War on terror is a very real thing and we must not allow these bastards to gain any ground at all. As someone who watched those images on 9/11 and proceeding days and was almost driven to suicide over it. I must object to the notion that this war on terror is not winnable. Those bastards inflicted more than just physical destruction on the United States, they inflicted emotional distress on the United States as well; and for that, those fucking bastards must pay and pay dearly. Al-Qaeda and its affiliates MUST BE DESTROYED AT ALL COSTS!
Those who died on 9/11 deserve that justice and those of us, who survived the madness and the images that followed it; DEMAND IT!
If anyone reading this, thinks that because I feel this way, that I am some sort of Jewish Neo-Conservative; then by golly, when it comes to this subject and any subject related to the defense of the Republic of United States of America, I AM A DAMNED NEO-CONSERVATIVE AND ANYONE WHO LOVES THIS COUNTRY SHOULD BE TOO!

The dude that organized this “flash mob” that ended up getting a bunch of people arrested was none other than Adam Kokesh. Yeah, THAT Adam Kokesh! The same damned leftist Adam Kokersh that opposed the Iraq War, and is a fiery leftist; who lies about every damned thing under the sun; including his Military career.
Apparently, some people that he is friendly with; were arrested a while back for “Dancing” at the Jefferson Memorial in D.C. Well. ol’ leftist Kokesh did not like that one bit. So, he and friends tried a flash mob today at the Jefferson Memorial and you know what? The moronic douche-nozzles got arrested again!
Quite frankly, I hope the D.C. police puts that idiot, UNDER the damn jail and keeps him there for a very long time.
I do not believe in a police state, I really do not. But I do support our Military and I also believe in the concept of “rule of law” and I also believe that when you pull little stunts like this and you happen to get arrested and in the process you get your ass kicked by the police; then that is just too fucking bad. Sorry, Adam Kokesh, you will get no support from this blogger mostly likely no one else either. Except, maybe for the supporters of the pseudo-Conservative Ron Paul.

I want to share this video, but first a few thoughts of my own…
Over the course of my blogger career here, I have written repeatedly about the Internationalist Democrats, who have sold the American Worker up the river on more than one occasion. President Bill Clinton did it, with the signing of the NAFTA and TAFTA agreements and now President Barack Obama is doing it with exporting oil from Brazil. The problem is, Obama wants to fight against the American oil companies and their monopoly on the prices of gas. In the process of this, he is tossing under the bus, the most important part of his own base —- The American Worker.
Honestly, If President Obama wants to do something to lower gas prices, then maybe he should put pressure on the OPEC cartel and start demanding that they lower prices of oil, further more; President Obama should start going after the oil speculators, who drive up the cost of oil. Again, it is another example of how Internationalist Democrats fight battles, exactly backwards of how they should be fought. This video proves that.
To my Democratic Party friends — this is whom you elected in 2008.

Soquel Students Suspended for White Supremacy Claims

By Azenith Smith – emailSOQUEL, Calif. – Students banned from a Central Coast school for wearing a white t-shirt. On Wednesday, Soquel High School suspended at least two students. The students say it’s because of allegations, they’re part of a white supremacist group.
“All the girls wore pink, all the sports guys wore tank tops,” says Soquel High Senior Mikey Donnelly. “We were all going to wear white so that was the plan. Just wear white t-shirts to identify ourselves and look back and say that was our group of friends right there.”
Soquel High Senior Mikey Donnelly wore a white t-shirt for his senior class photo Tuesday. About 10 of his friends did the same. That decision may seem harmless. But Soquel High suspended Donnelly for three days because of it.
Donnelly said the school told him people were offended and intimidated by his group, claiming they’re a white supremacist gang.
“I do think this is BS,” says Donnelly. “I’m not a white supremacist in any way shape or form. If I did say white power, I would probably say it just as much as I say black power.”
He’s not the only one upset.
“I feel disrespected,” says Soquel High Senior David Mine.
Mine also wore a white t-shirt and was also suspended. He’s missing out on finals and that could jeopardize his graduation.
“I’m Asian,” says Mine. “I don’t see how I can be a white supremacist. I’m against it completely.”
I don’t know about you; but if I were accused of something as stupid as this, if I were not a White Supremacist, I would most likely want to become one or at the very least, I would really begin to rethink my feelings about politics and multiculturalism.
But, this is what happens when political correctness gets out of control. Not to mention, what is wrong with having a “White Pride” group? Blacks have “Black pride” groups; so why the double standard? It is because liberals and some Neo-Conservatives, like to demonize we WASP’s. (White Anglo-Saxon Protestants) All because of the stupidity of the Southern Democrats of days gone by. We WASP’s will have to carry that guilt card, and demonetization for the rest of time. Just ask Rick Sanchez, Taki Theodoracopulos, Pat Buchanan and Ron Paul.
It is truly a sad state of affairs.

I think she handled this situation with total class. Glenn Beck was right about her, she’s tough and she said so.
Admittedly, the whole Elton John music made me cringe. But, I think Ingraham was trying to lighten the mood. I say she handled this very well, because she could have been a total prick about it and insisted that Schultz be fired. Which she didn’t. For that, I believe she does deserve a little credit. Her point about Don Imus being fired and being dragged through mud is noted and Yes, I do agree with that.
In short: It is a good ending to something that could have been much uglier.

When I first watched Ed Schultz’s apology, I was not sure what to expect. However, I watched it, with my not only eyes and ears; I watched it with something that many in this business of partisanship, do not possess any longer — I watched that video with my heart. I can tell you without any sort of hesitation, that Ed Schultz meant every word of that apology. He is, most likely, tonight sitting at home, a very broken man.
As someone who has said and done my share of stupid stuff on this blog, I totally feel for the man. He was “freewheeling,” and Ad-Libbing. He was caught up in the moment, and decided to hurl in insult at the “other side,” and thought he would use a term in politics called a “Political Whore” or someone who sells his or her soul for the sake of party.
The problem is, he used it towards a woman, and he used “slut” and he did not specify the “political” part —- well, until he already used the term.
In short, He pulled a “Don Imus.” Oops.
There will be many on my side of the fence and on the other side of the fence that will do the pile on. I will not be one of those people. I have watched the apology video and I believe Ed Schultz deserves a reset, and the ability to start over. As someone noted among these commenter’s here; he might be a Left-winger, but he is a sincere left-winger; and for that, he does deserve a bit of credit. I also notice a great deal of cynicism over at that site as well, in the comments. Sorry, I am just not that cynical, I suppose. I am willing to give the man a break. I hope that he lives up to it.

Why can’t they just call this what it is?
The Commerce Department reports that Durable goods orders dropped 3.6% in April, some of the highlights: (H/T HotAir)
New orders for manufactured durable goods in April decreased $7.1 billion or 3.6 percent to $189.9 billion, the U.S. Census Bureau announced today. This decrease, down two of the last three months, followed a 4.4 percent March increase. Excluding transportation, new orders decreased 1.5 percent. Excluding defense, new orders decreased 3.6 percent. Transportation equipment, also down two of the last three months, had the largest decrease, $4.9 billion or 9.5 percent to $46.7 billion.
Then there is this lovely bit of news:
Inventories of manufactured durable goods in April, up sixteen consecutive months, increased $3.2 billion or 0.9 percent to $350.5 billion. This was at the highest level since the series was first published on a NAICS basis in 1992 and followed a 1.7 percent March increase. Transportation equipment, also up sixteen consecutive months, had the largest increase, $1.0 billion or 1.0 percent to $106.1 billion. This was also at the highest level since the series was first published on a NAICS basis in 1992 and followed a 2.4 percent March increase.
The only thing I can say, without repeating myself; which cannot stand doing, is that Ron Paul might be crazy on Foreign Policy, but Ron Paul is absolutely right, when it comes to fiscal policy.
The fact is, for the millionth time; Whenever excessive currency is injected into the money supply, that money supply becomes devalued, that is inflation. That causes the cost of everything to rise, which causes Businesses bottom line to rise, which causes them to either rid themselves of excess labor costs (read: JOBS) or not take on any new labor costs. That, in turn, causes what you see above. People buy stuff, when they have money; and right now, nobody has any money and the ones who do are hanging on to it for dear life. That is what happens when a bubble bursts and when an Economy collapses.
So, why not call it, for what it really is, a recession? It makes zero sense to continue to deceive the American people.

JOPLIN, Mo. (BP)–“We are praying and will be sending help in every way we can,” the president of the Missouri Baptist Convention said in the aftermath of the tornado in Joplin that killed 116 or more people May 22 in a state already heavy leaden with Mississippi River flooding.
John Marshall, president of the Missouri convention and pastor of Second Baptist Church in Springfield, urged the state’s Baptists “to seek out ways to work with Missouri disaster relief efforts, or to contact a sister church in the Joplin area to give aid through. May God help the people of Joplin.”
Wanda Shellenbarger, MBC women’s ministry leader and a member of First Baptist Church in Carl Junction near Joplin, reported that Harmony Heights Baptist Church was destroyed along with the high school across the street and that a second church, Empire Baptist, also was leveled. Three were killed when the tornado hit Harmony Heights.
“We’ve had massive destruction and devastation here,” said Shellenbarger, who works part-time for an engineering firm. At least six of her co-workers lost their homes, she said, and one employee may have been killed in a rescue attempt.
“Please pray for all of us as we minister to so many hurting people,” Shellenbarger said. “God can use even this type of thing to reach more for Him.”
The really cool thing about Baptists is that they do not sit around and wait for some so-called supernatural mandate from God to come forth; unlike the tongue-babbling idiot crowds that I used to hang around. The Baptists just take the Word of God literally and go and do the work. The Baptist Mandate is:
Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be salted? it is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men. Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid. Of course, there are many others in the Word of God; not that I believe in a works based Salvation, at all. I believe this to be the truth:
For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast. — (Ephesians 2:8-9 KJV)
Yes, I know about the scripture that says “Faith without works is dead.” The problem is, that was the book of James; which was written before Paul had his revelation of Grace. The Baptist stance on that whole supposed contradiction is this; We Baptists are sinners, who are saved by Grace and our works are a physical manifestation of the Grace that God has shown us. That is our mandate, nothing fancy, no big production, no vain glory. Just do the work and let the Lord Jesus get the Glory and the Honor; and let people see our works, so that those who choose to, can come to the throne of Grace and accept him as their Personal Saviour and Lord. No high pressure sermons, no guilt trips; just do the work, and the people see for themselves the Grace that God has shown us.
That is the Baptist mandate.
That is what Baptists do.
