As of today: I am no longer an “Right of Center” Blogger

This decision is not one that I just made flippantly. It is one that has been coming for a long time; ever since the election actually or shortly afterward.

This is not to say that I am siding again with the Democrats, oh hell no. 🙄  But I am basically divorcing myself from what I really never was in the first place. As you know, if you read the “About Me” section and the “About this Blog” section on here; that I am, and really always was an independent. I was just an Independent, who sided with the right, when it came to Obama and the Democratic Party.

However, here in the last few weeks, it seems that the Republican Party and the Conservative Blogosphere has become entrenched in some very blatant stupidity. Like the stupid “Sword Fight” with the NAACP over racism; meanwhile stories like the Republican murdered in Tennessee are all but ignored.  I am for the preservation of American values and American Jobs, but what I am not for, is stupid partisan nonsense which has been coming from the Conservative Blogosphere as of late.

There is much more that I could write about this; but I really think you all know what I mean. I mean, the right Blogosphere has all but imposed a blackout on my blog; because some dirt-bag decided that I was not a “True Conservative”; whatever that is…. Anyhow, I guess because I did not suck up to Michelle Malkin and posted one of her old addresses, because she decided to stalk a family, who’s child was badly injured in an auto accident — that makes me a fake Conservative. Pfft, As if. 🙄 Her true Conservatism was exposed as a fraud to many, when she offloaded HotAir, because it was supposedly a “bad investment”, which sums up her entire “Conservatism” —– a money-making deception. For what it is worth; I was not the person who exposed where she lived in Maryland, which made her have to move to Colorado. Even I am not that big of an asshole. Malkin has kids and I’d never do a thing to hurt a kid. I posted that old address, BEFORE I even knew she had any kids. The rumor that was told to me, is that the idiots over at Democratic Underground were a part of that little stunt. But, I cannot confirm that, so take it for what it is worth.

Anyhow, I made some changes. I removed the blogrolls, I removed my blog from the Ad-Hives on BlogAds. I’ll keep the BlogAds Advertisements on there. But, I don’t plan on pimping myself out to anything on the right or the left anymore. I will continue to blog about crap that pisses me off in the World of politics; but don’t expect me to accept any stupid narratives anymore. I will say what I damned well feel about stuff and if anyone does not like it. They can go screw themselves. I just really do not give two craps anymore about this idiotic nonsense.

Will I continue blogging? Yes. I do not plan on going anywhere. I am just very pissed off at what I thought were my friends on the right. Truthfully, I was nothing more than a useful idiot to those bastards.

Anyhow, I am off to take a much needed nap. I may also take a few weeks off from blogging. Because at this point; this shit ain’t fun anymore. 🙁

See ya

Updated: Why was this man murdered?

Why was this man killed?

Who did it and Why?

Those are questions that I would like to know….

From KnoxNews.com:

The Victim: Jim Miller - Monroe County Election Commission Chairman

MADISONVILLE, Tenn. — Investigators are tight lipped, rumors are flying and a community is in shock by the discovery Saturday of a body that is widely believed to be Monroe County Election Commission Chairman Jim Miller, stuffed in the trunk of a burning car.

Late Monday afternoon, it was announced that the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation had become the lead agency of the four agencies investigating the case.

“It is Jim’s car, and Jim is missing,” said his longtime attorney and personal friend, John Cleveland, who is the city attorney for Sweetwater, Tenn. “But everybody would be pleased
to find out that we are wrong (and it is not him).”

Cleveland issued a statement Monday on behalf of Miller’s family that clearly indicates they believe he is the victim. Miller was last seen at the county’s Election Commission office around 12:30 p.m. on Saturday. He was working that day because of early voting, said County Election Administrator James R. Brown.

“He’d made a call to his wife and was going home, but he never made it home,” Brown said. “This has got people talking in the county. It’s got people wondering.

Now why would I even remotely care about this? This is why:

Miller, 60, was a lifelong Sweetwater resident and very active in community affairs and the Republican Party, say people who knew him.

[…]

Besides his Election Commission post, Miller was 1st District chairman of the county’s Republican Party. He was president of Jim Miller Excavating Co.

Could it be that this man discovered some election fraud in Tennessee or knew about some; and maybe was planning to go public with it, and the Democrats in Tennessee ordered him killed? Is it wrong to ask such questions? After all, President Obama did say, “Get in their faces!” I mean, we already know about the Republican who got shoved and punched by a union goon at a nurses union rally; who is to say that the Democratic National Committee or the Democratic Party in Tennessee did not order this man killed? Something stinks and I think some sort of new media investigation is needed.I would head down there myself; but I do not have the funds to check it out, and I really do not have any reliable transportation.

Let me say this; if this was a hit on a Republican election official, and anyone outside of the State level was involved with this, it could have horrible ramifications for the Democratic Party in the 2010 and 2012 elections. Let me also say this; I normally as a rule do not engage in this sort of speculation, but this one reeks of a plot to murder the political opposition. I just hope that I am wrong and this was an random act of violence towards an old man. However, it does warrant media investigation. However, we all know that the Liberal media will not get involved in this; because it does not fit their narrative.

Update: So far. Not one blogger has replied to my e-mail or even linked. Needless to say, I am not happy with the Conservative Blogosphere right now. 😡

Update #2: From the comments section:

This, most likely, is a family related murder not political. BtW, no identification has been made yet. This guy and his brothers have been in a 10 plus year war over a dairy farm with numerous appeals. miller v miller Appeals Court Ruling PDF I am from this area and people down here don’t get killed for politics. They get killed over probate and death gifts of estates. This area is so republican that most people won’t even admit to being a Reagan democrat. Either way, it is sad.

Update #3: From the comments:

I wanted to update this story. In a surprising turn of events, the Sheriff Deputy who drove by and saw the car burning has been suspended with pay and declared a suspect in the arson and murder. Captain Kenny Hope of the Monroe County Sheriff Department even admitted that he was the only suspect and was questioned by the TBI (Tennessee version of the FBI.)

Captain Kenny Hope was hired in 2006, after Democrat Bill Blevins was elected as the first democratic sheriff and first democratic county-wide office holder in decades. His win was based not because of a political platform but perceived abuse and alleged illegal actions by the proceeding sheriff and disgraced Rep. General Session Judge Edwin Harris (Resigned over drug crimes) and Rep. Judge Hagler (Resigned after tapes were discovered containing sexual fantasies and who was suspected of killing a priest in Chattanooga in a weird sex case.)

Earlier in 2010 Captain Hope and the Mr. Miller was in a conflict during a traffic stop and arrest. The case is so convulsed that the DA and Judge recused themselves and the case was transferred out of County.

Sure enough, here are the links to the story here. Looks like there might just be some corruption on the local level after all.

UPDATED: Black Racism in the Obama Administration: Exhibit A – Shirley Sherrod Sherrod resigns – Update: Video didn’t tell full story.

This is a unbelievable Video:

Andrew Breitbart, as always, has the scoop on this terrible video:

In fact, it’s worse. The media that provided the left a platform to accuse the Tea Party, all the while refusing to air any exculpatory evidence. Again, the mainstream media inserts itself as the number one weapon in the progressive weapons stash. Political correctness, as the Duke Lacrosse case exemplified, trumps all in PC America and her afflicted media.

But the new media will not be silenced. It will not allow for the main stream media to propagate hateful and hurtful lies in order to save the Democratic Party from the toxic choices it has made over the past few years. And by bringing up race, and demanding a zero tolerance of racism, the left, and the NAACP in particular, has opened itself up for scrutiny.

We are in possession of a video from in which Shirley Sherrod, USDA Georgia Director of Rural Development, speaks at the NAACP Freedom Fund dinner in Georgia. In her meandering speech to what appears to be an all-black audience, this federally appointed executive bureaucrat lays out in stark detail, that her federal duties are managed through the prism of race and class distinctions.

In the first video, Sherrod describes how she racially discriminates against a white farmer. She describes how she is torn over how much she will choose to help him. And, she admits that she doesn’t do everything she can for him, because he is white. Eventually, her basic humanity informs that this white man is poor and needs help. But she decides that he should get help from “one of his own kind”. She refers him to a white lawyer.

Sherrod’s racist tale is received by the NAACP audience with nodding approval and murmurs of recognition and agreement. Hardly the behavior of the group now holding itself up as the supreme judge of another groups’ racial tolerance.

via » Video Proof: The NAACP Awards Racism–2010 – Big Government.

Unbelievable…… This woman uses the fact that white people mistreated blacks many, many, many years ago, as an excuse to discriminate against a white man in the twenty-first century. As I told you all before, Black Racism is not a myth, it does exist and it is justified by the liberal media in America. Now, some of you might say, “Well, this has existed for many years.” Sure, it has; but it was mainly confined to the local level, like say in Detroit and many metropolitan cities. This is on the national level and it should not be tolerated at all.  Shirley Sherrod should be terminated from her job immediately. She has demonstrated in this video, that she is totally incapable of being fair and just in her ability to help ALL people; and not just those of color.

This, I am afraid, is what people like Senator Barry Goldwater feared, when he refused to sign the Civil Rights act of 1964. Not only that, but you also notice too, that no Liberals have spoken out against this? That is because the Democratic Party; which is basically now controlled by the Obama Administration supports and now sanctions this sort of activity.

Remember this sort of nonsense come the 2010 and 2012 elections and vote accordingly. Racism is wrong; no matter if it is White against Black or Black against White — It is still wrong and should not be allowed, much less tolerated in a public office or from a public official.

Washington Post finally discovers that Government is too big

You mean they are just now figuring this out?:

The top-secret world the government created in response to the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, 2001, has become so large, so unwieldy and so secretive that no one knows how much money it costs, how many people it employs, how many programs exist within it or exactly how many agencies do the same work.

These are some of the findings of a two-year investigation by The Washington Post that discovered what amounts to an alternative geography of the United States, a Top Secret America hidden from public view and lacking in thorough oversight. After nine years of unprecedented spending and growth, the result is that the system put in place to keep the United States safe is so massive that its effectiveness is impossible to determine.

The investigation’s other findings include:

* Some 1,271 government organizations and 1,931 private companies work on programs related to counterterrorism, homeland security and intelligence in about 10,000 locations across the United States.

* An estimated 854,000 people, nearly 1.5 times as many people as live in Washington, D.C., hold top-secret security clearances.

* In Washington and the surrounding area, 33 building complexes for top-secret intelligence work are under construction or have been built since September 2001. Together they occupy the equivalent of almost three Pentagons or 22 U.S. Capitol buildings – about 17 million square feet of space.

* Many security and intelligence agencies do the same work, creating redundancy and waste. For example, 51 federal organizations and military commands, operating in 15 U.S. cities, track the flow of money to and from terrorist networks.

* Analysts who make sense of documents and conversations obtained by foreign and domestic spying share their judgment by publishing 50,000 intelligence reports each year – a volume so large that many are routinely ignored.

These are not academic issues; lack of focus, not lack of resources, was at the heart of the Fort Hood shooting that left 13 dead, as well as the Christmas Day bomb attempt thwarted not by the thousands of analysts employed to find lone terrorists but by an alert airline passenger who saw smoke coming from his seatmate.

They are also issues that greatly concern some of the people in charge of the nation’s security.

“There has been so much growth since 9/11 that getting your arms around that – not just for the DNI [Director of National Intelligence], but for any individual, for the director of the CIA, for the secretary of defense – is a challenge,” Defense Secretary Robert M. Gates said in an interview with The Post last week.

via A hidden world, growing beyond control (Printer friendly version)| washingtonpost.com.

What gets me is this; these guys are just now bringing this story out. How come they did not do it sooner? You want to know why? It is because WaPo is suffering; their publication numbers are down, because they have been being the Democratic Party’s publication arm and now they are suffering. So, they figure they would take on big Government. Nice. But is not ironic that the same people that basically did the “Hosanna” song for President Barack Obama, a big Government Advocate; and now they are suddenly worried about the aspect of a “big, scary, secret Government?” The irony is not lost on this Blogger.

Mark Williams whines about getting the boot

Whiny assed bastard….:

Apparently I have offended the tea party “leadership.”

Mind you, there is no tea party leadership; every tea partier is a tea party leader. But something happens when the stronger egos and personalities in a movement begin to feel a sense of ownership. It is not long before they act to claim and defend that feeling.

Project12An example of that happened today. And it is a crying shame. We are fighting for the future of not just this nation but for the future of Mankind. That’s just a little more important than my fat head, or the apparently even fatter head on Face the Nation Today who misrepresented himself as the tea party “leader”

via Tea Party Federation outburst sets us all back « MarkTalk.com News & Commentary.

Nice try at spin and denial Mark. You are a racist bigot and you were exposed. Deal with it and move on. Head on over and listen to his whining.

Finally: Tea Party Federation kicks Mark Williams and the Tea Party Express out of the movement

A HUGE Kudos to the Tea Party Federation for doing this:

The National Tea Party Federation, an organization that represents the Tea Party political movement around the country, has expelled conservative commentator Mark Williams and his Tea Party Express because of an inflammatory blog post he wrote, federation spokesman David Webb said Sunday.

Appearing on the CBS program “Face the Nation,” Webb said that Williams and the Tea Party Express — which has held a series of events across the country to generate support for the movement — no longer were part of the National Tea Party Federation.

via Tea Party Federation kicks out Williams over blog post – CNN.com.

The Press Release is here:

Effective Immediately, Tea Party Express Is No Longer a Member

of the National Tea Party Federation

Date: Sat, 17 Jul 2010 at 3:43pm

Last night, the members of the National Tea Party Federation participating in an “All Hands” conference call unanimously decided the following:

The membership of the National Tea Party Federation has this evening suspended and will immediately expel Tea Party Express from any further association with the Federation should they fail to publicly rebuke Mark Williams and remove him from their ranks by 3 pm eastern time Saturday July 17.

The rebuke must take the following form:

1. Mark Williams must be officially removed from the ranks of the Tea Party Express.

2. Notice of Mark Williams’ removal must be placed prominently on the official Tea Party Express website.

3. Tea Party Express must issue a press release articulating points 1 and 2 above.

* * *

Last night, a member of the National Tea Party Federation communicated our decision directly to a member of the leadership team of Tea Party Express. That leader’s response was clear: they have no intention of taking the action we required for their group to continue as a member of the National Tea Party Federation.

Therefore, effective immediately the National Tea Party Federation is expelling Tea Party Express from the ranks of our membership.

Of course, some bloggers, including one that I will never link to directly is bringing up the fact that the word “Racism” is not used in the press release. Which is pretty ironic, considering the fact that he is a known stalker and slanderer himself. Anyhow, this was a very good move on the part of the National Tea Party Federation; as racism, whether nuanced or outright, just should not be tolerated at all, by anyone or any side of the political debate.

A personal note to Mark Williams: Hey, idiot! You hate black people? Then take your idiotic ass over the Democratic Party where you belong sir. You are NOT one of us!  I am sure the Klan or Stormfront.org will welcome you with open arms. Because you know what? You possess the same moronic mentality that those mental midgets possess. I think Mark Williams and Craig Bodeker ought to get together and compare notes; because God knows, they are two peas out of the same pot — that should be shunned and ignored. Along with the rest of the damn crackpots; like Pat Buchanan, Ron Paul and the rest of the Anti-Semites and racists that are still left over from the Paleo-Conservative era.

Editorial: Racial Stupidity on both sides of the political fence

I have been trying to avoid having to write an article like this; but I must.  It seems that race and racism has become the common topic in the conversation of politics as of late; and both sides have been exploiting the topic in horrible ways.  This is not to say that there are not true, bona fide racists out there; there are, as I have pointed out in the past.  Contrary to what some more partisan bloggers might believe, there are racists in both camps; black and white.

First up, is on the black liberal side of the fence.  An article that I happened to see posted over at Gateway Pundit Blog; some opinion person, by the name of Courtland Milloy writes this over at the Washington Post, I will quote just a portion of it:

White: A person having origins in any of the original peoples of Europe, the Middle East or North Africa.

– Racial definition from the U.S. Census Bureau

With all the talk lately about “white vote,” I thought it would be helpful to know what a white person is. As the census definition makes clear, who knows? It’s a biological fiction, a figment of the pigment beneath which all human beings are the same.

And yet, with midterm elections just a few months away, the so-called white vote looms large, an angry and vindictive political force. A Washington Post/ABC News poll released Tuesday showed that President Obama’s approval ratings have reached “a new low among whites, at 40 percent, with his positive marks dipping under 50 percent for the first time among white college-educated women.”

Does race have anything to do with it? You betcha.

To hear whites tell it, what really bothers them is a growing federal government that they fear will intervene in their lives — unless there’s an oil spill along the Gulf Coast, of course, in which case their complaint is too little intervention. Budget deficits are a worry, too, unless it’s George Bush running up the red ink.

Whites, for instance, are overwhelmingly in favor of Arizona’s immigration law, according to most polls. And virtually none of the surveys has shown any concern for the rights of nonwhite Hispanics who would be subject to racial profiling and illegal search and seizures. These are the same people who like to wave copies of the U.S. Constitution and claim Obama is curtailing their freedoms.

“The differences between whites and nonwhites on [the Arizona immigration law] are very stark,” Matthew Kerbel, a political scientist at Villanova University, told the Christian Science Monitor. “The numbers seem to reflect that among white American voters, there is something that needs to be done about illegal immigration and that the Arizona law addresses that. But among blacks and Hispanics, the law is viewed as a strong form of racial profiling, and so there is strong sentiment against it.”

Amazing, really, how people from German, Irish, English, Italian, Polish, French, Welsh, Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian and Russian backgrounds can land on American shores and coalesce around a racial category concocted solely to exploit others.

You do not think that he is just a little bit bigoted towards white people do you?

Sad thing is, it is not, contrary to what some more partisan bloggers might want to report; limited to just black liberals.  The racist mentality can be found on the so-called “Right,” amongst some whites as well.  Just yesterday, I removed someone as a friend and blocked someone on facebook for referring to President Barack Obama as “Oboingo” or something to that effect.  To be clear here, I dislike socialism and President Barack Obama’s polices as much as the next “Right of Center” person does.  However, when you use terms like that, to describe the President, you lose any sort of legitimacy that you might have.  Those sorts of “nick names” are just rooted in racism.

Another little gem that I stumbled across this morning was a link posted on facebook to this video here, along with the following message:

Will You Recognize a Real Threat, Even if You Get Called ‘Racist’ For Doing So?

To which I replied, and I apologize for the language, as I was a bit angry:

I do believe this is where I get off the bus. You think White people cannot be gangsta? Shit. I’ll show you some. I grew up in Southwest Detroit and I know white people with the same fucking mentality. Craig, You’re nothing more than a fucking racist. I can’t deal with that man.  See ya.

-Pat

With that, I went ahead and removed myself from people that liked that page on facebook.  You see, I thought that the man that made that video was an honest broker; turns out, he is no better than the man that wrote the article above. He is, in fact, just another bigot trying to stir the pot.  However, the real kicker is this little reply from one of his friends:

“grew up in Southwest Detroit and I know white people with the same fucking mentality.”
hmmmm, now I wonder if black culture could have, I don’t know…influenced those young white men? Antiracism is just code for antiwhite..

One would only have to change a few words around and he would sound just like Al Sharpton.  Bigotry is bigotry, and it is wrong; not matter if it is black against white or white against black.  It is still wrong and it is still narrow-minded and extremely stupid. Now is it fair to say that the Democratic Party enables the bigotry on the left?  Absolutely!  Just as it is fair to say that there are Conservatives and yes, some Republicans who, in fact, wink and nod at the bigots on the right.

The bottom line is this; as long as there are these outliers around who want to continue and stir up hatred and fear of the races on both sides of the political and racial aisles, we will have to contend with this sort of nonsense.  What is the solution?  The solution is to stop giving these outliers a platform, ignore them, and learn to trust each other, instead of capitalizing on fear and exploiting it.  But then again; if we did do that, people like Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson and Craig Bodeker would be out of a job — and that my friends would be the best thing ever.

Um, Tucker?

Man, I hate it when people spew, when they don’t know what they’re talking about….:

I’ve heard a lot from MSNBC, from friends of mine who work there who despise Keith. I’ve always had kind of a soft spot for Keith because I feel sorry for him because of his various phobias. He won’t drive a car. He’s obviously a sad guy, in elastic-band jeans

via Tucker Carlson On Keith Olbermann: ‘The Most Disliked Person At MSNBC’ | Mediaite.

Geeez…. Um, Tucker? Keith Olbermann does not drive a car; because he has a vision problem. It was brought on, because he accidentally bashed his head into a subway door; almost knocking him unconscious.  So, he has a problem with depth perception.

I mean, far from it for me to be defending the Ed Marrow wanna-be, with a big head; but the crack about driving a car, is just uncalled for. The man has a disability that was brought on by an injury. So, please, let’s keep the bashing on a non-personal level.

This one hit me personally. Here’s why. I have A.D.H.D. I was born with it. Whenever someone makes a crass joke about A.D.D…. it bothers me. Because of this; I just believe that making comments of this nature are just uncalled for.

I hope, in the name of decency; that Tucker does apologize publicly on his site.

I will be sending this to Tucker.

Good: Jihad enabling lawyer gets 10 years

For once, it seems that the justice system is doing it’s job; for a change.

Lynne Stewart - Terrorist Enabling Swine

NEW YORK — A 70-year-old civil rights lawyer was sentenced Thursday to 10 years in prison in a terrorism case by a judge who boosted her original sentence by nearly eight years after concluding she lied to a jury and lacked remorse.

“I’m somewhat stunned,” Lynne Stewart told U.S. District Judge John G. Koeltl after he announced the sentence for her conviction for letting a jailed Egyptian sheik communicate with his radical followers despite restrictions in place to prevent it.

The sentence, nearly four times longer than the two-year, four-month sentence she originally received in 2006, left Stewart sobbing in her prison uniform after Koeltl described his reasons for increasing the prison time significantly.

An appeals court had ordered a new sentencing, saying the terrorism component of the case needed to be considered, along with whether she committed perjury at her trial. The court said it had “serious doubts” whether her original sentence was reasonable.

The judge said public comments Stewart made after her first sentencing showed him that the “original sentence was not sufficient.”

He said she showed “a lack of remorse for conduct that was both illegal and potentially lethal.”

via The Associated Press: NY lawyer gets 10-year term in terrorism case.

The bottom line is this; this woman decided to side with those intent on committing terrorism in the name of Islam. She allowed her personal politics to interfere with her job; and for that she is going to prison. This is a good thing and it is my hope that she does her entire sentence. Terrorism is an evil thing and those who aid it should be punished to the fullest extent of the law.

The most sane thing I have read about the DOJ Black Panther Case yet

It comes from none other than Rick Moran over at Right Wing NutHouse:

I don’t for a minute believe Holder and Obama are racists. I believe they are politically correct jackasses who sought to bestow a political gift on a favored constituency. For those – including Boehlert – who believe that this issue was small potatoes, perhaps they might explain the furious activity surrounding it from both the White House and the Department of Justice. This timeline of White House involvement and NAACP lobbying on behalf of the Panthers pretty much destroys the idea that there was a legitimate reason to drop the civil suit. It was politics, pure and simple. And having spent the 2008 campaign rightly railing against the politicization of the Bush justice department, Obama and Holder could hardly be expected to admit to doing the same.

This doesn’t excuse Limbaugh or Beck from making their jaw dropping claims about Obama sticking it to white people or that the president is trying to foment a race war. But are those comments ignorant, stupid, irrational, and paranoid? Or are they racist?

You simply can’t automatically identify political speech you disagree with as racist like Boehlert does in his ridiculously exaggerated screed. Of course it’s bonkers to believe that Obama wants a race war, or that he’s out for payback against whites for slavery. But why is that necessarily a racist comment? What makes it racist, specifically? If it were racist based on the fact that it’s nutty and dead wrong, that encompasses a lot of territory. And ascribing racist attitudes based solely on the fact that the president is black just doesn’t cut it unless you want to drastically demean and lower the bar for what constitutes racism in political speech. Using that formula, all opposition speech against the president should be dismissed as racist – an outcome no doubt devoutly wished for by Obama partisans but nonsense on its face.

Go read the rest… It is very good.

Breaking News: 3.6 Earthquake in Washington D.C.

Yes, it is true.

Local Station WJLA-TV Reports:

WASHINGTON – ABC 7 viewers are sending in first-hand accounts of a magnitude 3.7 earthquake that shook homes across the D.C. region early Friday morning.

The quake hit at 5:04 a.m. EDT and was centered near Germantown, Md., according to the U.S. Geological Survey’s National Earthquake Information Center. The minor quake startled many residents throughout region.

I just wonder how long it will be before some idiot from the far right will start saying something idiotic like, “Oh, this must be a sign from the lawd that Obama does not belong in the White House!” or something moronic like it….

Anyhow, here are the reactions on twitter, already a trending topic on twitter for obvious reasons:

and

This idiot ought to be ran out of the Tea Party movement and out of the Conservative movement on a rail

I do truly hope that this racist tool dies in a damn house fire!

This comes Via The Reid Report, so called Tea Party leader Mark Williams writes this bunch of bile on his blog:

Dear Mr. Lincoln

We Colored People have taken a vote and decided that we don’t cotton to that whole emancipation thing.  Freedom means having to work for real, think for ourselves, and take consequences along with the rewards.  That is just far too much to ask of us Colored People and we demand that it stop!

In fact we held a big meeting and took a vote in Kansas City this week.  We voted to condemn a political revival of that old abolitionist spirit called the ‘tea party movement’.

The tea party position to “end the bailouts” for example is just silly.  Bailouts are just big money welfare and isn’t that what we want all Colored People to strive for? What kind of racist would want to end big money welfare?  What they need to do is start handing the bail outs directly to us Colored People! Of course, the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People is the only responsible party that should be granted the right to disperse the funds.

And the ridiculous idea of “reduce[ing] the size and intrusiveness of government.”  What kind of world would we have is I  ever  to control and be responsible for my life own?  As Colored People we must have somebody care for us otherwise we would be on our own, have to think for ourselves and make decisions and if you do not agree than there is not enough Colored in your People, as we labeled Ken Gladney [source]

The racist tea parties also demand that the government “stop the out of control spending.”  Again, they directly target Colored People. That means we Colored People would have to compete for jobs like everybody else and that is just not right.

Perhaps the most racist point of all in the tea parties is their demand that government “stop raising our taxes.”  That is outrageous!    Totally racist!  The tea party expects Colored People to be productive members of society, especially when our mission is to convince them that progress is impossible for them based on the color of their skin?

Mr. Lincoln, you were the greatest racist ever.  We had a great gig.  Three squares, room and board, all our decisions made by someone else.  Please repeal the 13th and 14th Amendments and let us get back to where we say that belong.

Sincerely

Ben Jealous, Tom’s Nephew  National Association for the Advancement of Colored People Head Colored Person

It seems that he edited out a very offensive part, it originally read:

Perhaps the most racist point of all in the tea parties is their demand that government “stop raising our taxes.” That is outrageous! How will we coloreds ever get a wide screen TV in every room if non-coloreds get to keep what they earn? Totally racist! The tea party expects coloreds to be productive members of society?

Like I said, I hope this racist bastard dies in a damn fire. He should NOT be spokesperson or leader of ANY Tea Party group at all! He must go. 😡

It seems that Communist owned and controlled Blog, Think Progress is full of crap, as usual…  posted a video showing some of the more undesirable elements of the Tea Party Movement Update: Turns out, most of the stuff in this video is straight up bogus… But my point below still stands:

Quite honestly, I must ask, what in the hell do these people expect? When a black President, of whom country of birth is questionable at best; is elected and proceeds to push all sorts of idiotic legislation unto an American people, who quite frankly, do not want it. What do these idiotic fools expect?  I mean, you can only push people, especially white people, like myself so far; and then they are going to react. Then you have the NAACP coming out and calling them all racists, because they disagree with the President’s policies? I mean, what do they expect?

I mean, if anything, the Progressives in this Country had better be happy that the majority of the White Conservatives in this Country still have faith in the ballot box. Because the alternative to that, is not something that I want to even remotely expound upon — much less think about. Because quite frankly, Americans; not just white Americans, are angry and when Americans get angry, things happen. I just hope that the happening, happens at the ballot box come November of 2010 and hopefully 2012 as well; and nowhere else.

Further more, considering all of the ugliness of the 2000 elections and during the 2004 elections; not to mention during the height of the Iraq War. I find it absolutely laughable that the progressives are now acting as the moral guide in this Country. Not to mention the calling of anyone who opposes the President and happens to be black, being called an “Uncle Tom” and “Not black enough” and so on. It is truly revolting to watch the left’s hypocrisy when it comes to this issue. I mean, look at Senator Robert Byrd, he lead the biggest filibuster of the civil rights act! But yet, the progressives and the Democrats want to be the ones to lecture the American people on race and civil rights. It is truly funny.

The Bottom Line is this: While the stuff in the video above is horrible. It is not what the Tea Party, as a whole stands for. Anyone that say that; is of a collectivist mindset and is most likely a liberal. Further more, how the Democratic Party and the Progressive movement, considering their history; cannot be the one to be a moral guide in this Country, when it comes to race and other issues at all.

Update: Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm… Looks like Confederate Yankee has, once again, caught Liberals being dishonest….. SHOCKA! 😉 Thank GOD for Scheduled posts! 😀

Update #2: Think Progress getting caught now tries to private the video… Heh… good luck, you’re already busted.

Update #3: Right Klick flushes out more of the B.S. that Think Progress is known for — LIES.

I post stuff like this to make the far left’s heads explode. Something that I take a perverse pleasure in doing. 😛

A Very, Er, Touchy Subject with Conservatives.

(H/T to American Power)

First go read John Stagliano’s Obscenity Trial.

Now, check out this video that comes via Reason: (Mild Content Warning!)

Basically this whole thing boils down to this; you either are on the side of the Religious Right that says any form of Porno is morally wrong, or you side with the libertarians that believe that Obscenity, or in this case, Porn; is protected by the First Amendment.  Hence the clash between your Libertarian Conservatives and your Christian Religious Right, which are, for the most part, Republican.

A Pastor’s Position on Illegal Immigration

I received this via Numbers USA:

AN ETHICAL CHRISTIAN APPROACH TO IMMIGRATION REFORM

by Dr. James Edwards

Madame Chairman, Ranking Member King, and distinguished members of the subcommittee, thank you for inviting me to appear before you today. It is right to consider how Scripture and Judeo-Christian principles should inform such public issues as immigration. I appreciate the opportunity to share my own considered views on this subject.

The critical point to begin from is to differentiate between what the Bible teaches are moral imperatives applicable to individuals and those that are applicable corporately.

That is, some precepts might bind one as a Christian that do not apply to the United States government. Indeed, biblical precepts in which Christ requires us personally to show mercy or compassion or forgiveness might not apply to the civil government of the nation-state of which we are citizens. Sometimes, such application would actually be harmful and wrong.

First, I will discuss a key biblical principle that relates to today’s American immigration debate. Second, I will suggest some implications of “comprehensive immigration reform” that ought to inform Congress’s immigration policymaking.

***

To begin, what are the most relevant principles from Scripture that relate to U.S. immigration policy in 2010? I have written about this at length elsewhere and testified before this subcommittee on the subject.

So, I will focus this morning on one key principle.

Christians as individuals are bound to a high moral imperative, which should be familiar to many of us: Love the Lord with all your heart, soul, strength, and mind, and love your neighbor as yourself. These cornerstone precepts, as elaborated by Jesus in the Sermon on the Mount and elsewhere in the Bible, instruct believers to go so far as to “love your enemies,” “bless those who curse you,” and care for “the least of these my brothers.” Considered alongside Micah 6:8 — “He has showed you, O man, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God.” — it becomes clear that faithfully living up to those standards is tough. In fact, it is impossible even for those indwelt by the Holy Spirit. In other words, exhibiting Christian mercy and compassion is not for sissies.

But do these high standards apply to civil government? To an extent. For instance, U.S. laws reflect such biblical standards as providing for due process, impartial justice, and prohibiting torturous punishment of criminals. But to attempt to require civil authority to display the same manner of mercy or compassion that individual Christians are commanded to display would be ludicrous. Yet that is what certain advocates in the immigration debate unreasonably demand.

We must understand the God-given role of civil government. Romans 13 clearly teaches that civil authorities are God’s agents in their own specific jurisdictions to constrain evil. Civil authority wields the sword of justice to protect the innocent within its jurisdiction and to punish lawbreakers. The mission, described here and in I Peter 2 and Titus 3, is to “carry out God’s wrath on the wrongdoer.” In the Bible, the “things that are Caesar’s” are concentrated on justice. God deputizes civil authorities as part of His common grace, because we live in a fallen world. Evil exists, and government constrains evil within a body politic.

A civil government necessarily and prudently refrains from overdoing compassion or mercy. The reasons include that officials act merely as agents of the citizens they represent. Public acts of government differ fundamentally from individual acts. Grasping this concept is critical. Otherwise, it could lead to misguided and erroneous courses of action, such as jumping from the early church members’ voluntarily sharing their private resources within the body of believers in Acts 2 to conjuring some supposed biblical directive for socialism.

Compassion and mercy, as exercised by an individual, amount to his or her deciding willingly to bear an injustice. It is merciful when a private person turns the other cheek, goes the extra mile, gives up his tunic, and shares with a beggar. However, the government cannot itself do any of those things. Rather, the government only can obligate the members of its society and their common resources.

Thus,

# A compassionate act often becomes an injustice when compelled by civil government.

# Trying to codify mercy, the agents who are supposed to be the guardians of justice for their citizens can end up imposing injustice upon the innocent.

# What might constitute an act of mercy when an individual does it becomes an injustice against the members of the body politic when government employs its sword of “justice” to compel such “mercy.” This amounts to a grotesque misuse of power. Even if well intended, such government action is actually unjust.

Cool: Beavis and Butthead to return to TV

(H/T HotAir Headlines)

The NY Post Reports:

‘Beavis and Butt-head” — the show that celebrated the slacker way of life and helped make MTV into a network that did more than just play music videos — is coming back.

The move to resurrect the hugely popular 1990s animated anti-heroes has been rumored for several days. But yesterday, sources at MTV confirmed that a new batch of “Beavis and Butt-head” episodes are in the works.

The new series would keep Beavis and Butt-head in their perpetual high-school state, but it would be updated so that the pals — who obsessively watch music videos on a battered TV set — could lob their snarky comments at more current targets like Lady Gaga.

To which I say, the first time this series makes an off color joke about Lady Ga-Ga or President Obama or something like that; it will be canceled. The reason why B & B were canceled before, was:
  1. Pressure from Parent Groups who claimed the show was making their kids want to burn houses down. Which in itself is quite stupid; because if you stupid kid burns down your house, because he watches something on TV —he has bigger issues than just Beavis and Butthead.
  2. Because by the time MTV pulled the series; it had become incredibly lame. I mean, there is just so much of that sort of stupidity that you can come up with. I mean, “This Sucks” only has so much mileage.

I also have an opinion as to why Beavis and Butthead might not work in this day and age on MTV. Back in the Mid-1990’s, MTV was still playing rock music. Beavis and Butthead were a fictional and much over the top depiction of your typical suburbanite white kid, who listened to metal music. Kids liked the show, because they saw a themselves in the show; albeit in a humorous manner.  Today, MTV mostly plays Rap, Hip Hop, and R&B Music; Beavis and Butthead are going to be sorely out of place on the modern day MTV. I mean, it might work somehow; but I just do not see that show having a huge audience, especially in prime time hours.

So, while the show was cool, back in the day. Context as to why the show was very popular is also very important.

Having said all that, this is just too funny….: Click here for the video

Cool.

Hear, Hear

Yes, I, for one, am glad this stupid thing was removed:

The World's stupidest Billboard ever.....

Smitty over at the Other McCain writes:

There is copious room for dissent and disagreement. But BHO is merely the nadir of a century long descent from a Federalist government featuring separation of powers toward a lesser state where the capitol, not capital, is king.

The Godwin’s Law violations, which I had previously seen only undertaken by LaRouchies, actually help BHO by painting him a victim. So focus on policy, and cut out the cheap shots. Or at least go for the esoteric literary shots.

Heh, leave it to Smitty to nicely word a rather ugly situation. But let me be blunt; it is, after all, what I do and damned well too, if I may be so forward.

Look here, Obama might be a socialist, Obama might be a far lefty; posting as a centrist — he might just be all that and then some. But the last time I checked; he has not sent a boatload of Jews to be sent off to the slaughter. Further more, he has not rounded up any Conservatives and sent them to the damn gulags….yet!

So, as the idiotic old windbag Chris Matthews once very artfully put in a commentary of his; Let’s all back away from the stupid Nazi and/or Communist horseshit for a while, okay? I mean, let’s criticize Socialism, for what it is, bad policy, but let’s lay off the stupid stuff; because it does not do a damn thing for our side!

That is all…

Good: Police Charged in Post-Katrina Shootings

Finally, Justice for the people of New Orleans:

NEW ORLEANS — Four current and two former New Orleans police officers have been charged in connection with the killing of unarmed civilians on the Danziger Bridge in the chaotic days after Hurricane Katrina, federal law enforcement officials announced here on Tuesday

Four of the men — former Officer Robert Faulcon, Sgt. Kenneth Bowen, Sgt. Robert Gisevius and Officer Anthony Villavaso — were charged with federal civil rights violations in the killing of 17-year-old James Brissette and the wounding of four others, all members of the same family, when the officers came across a group on the bridge in eastern New Orleans and opened fire.

In addition, Mr. Faulcon, who was arrested Tuesday morning by F.B.I. agents in Fresno, Tex., was charged with shooting Ronald Madison, a 40-year-old man with severe mental disabilities, in the back, killing him, as he tried to flee.

All four of the men could face the death penalty.

Look, I am going to be straight with you all. I am all for rule of law. But what I am not for, is corruption and if these guys were killing innocent people; Then put these bastards under the jail. I realize that they are innocent until proven guilty and all that. But, I do hope that the truth comes out, and if it is true that these man abused their authority, then let the justice system do it’s job. This should be a lesson all Americans, especially those in New Orleans — that no matter what color you are, what social class you are, or whatever else; you break the law, you go to jail — just that simple.

Yum: Carl’s Jr. Testing a “Footlong Cheeseburger”

Hoo-Boy! I’ll take one of these….: (Via HotAir Headlines)

Carl’s Jr. simply couldn’t sit still too long while KFC hopped into the sandwich game with their Double Down from days ago. It looks like they’re trying to make some waves with this new “Footlong Cheeseburger” they’re testing out at one of my local Santa Ana, CA, locations. The sandwich comes along with some chuckles, to say the least. It sells for $4 (the plain cheeseburger), and the deluxe is set at $4.50 (comes with all the fixings, lettuce, tomatoes, onions). The combo meals are set at $6.50 for the cheeseburger version and $7.00 for the deluxe footlong.

The 12-inch burger is wrapped like a sandwich, and sticks out of most of the to-go bags offered up at the location, so it was definitely an interesting sight. I’m not sure how well the burger will fair, it’s basically just a few patties and ingredients mimicking a sub sandwich, which may end up not helping its overall appeal. The dough on the bread seems a little off, but the execution of the entire sandwich still remains interesting and I’m intrigued to say the least. As for the patty, it actually consists of smaller individual patties, instead of one larger piece (which may have earned it some more “craziness points“). Maybe they will make some modifications if they decide to roll this burger out nationally. Until then, what do you guys think of the pictures, or if you’ve tried it yourself, please share your thoughts with us!
