Finally when Obama took the stage the audience cheered and screamed. It was reminiscent of the Nickelback concert I attended, but with a lack of women professing their undying love and virginity. As camera flashes were blinding I stood in the front row and yelled out:

Mr. Obama how do you feel about Snoop Dog accusing you of accepting funding from the KKK?

The people around me looked at me like I just asked him for a mustache ride. I really wasn’t shocked. Apparently not hearing me, I yelled it again as I made eye contact with him. Obviously trying to make it to the podium he merely said:

“It is completely untrue.”

How absurd, accusing a black man for taking support from the KKK.

Hey, Calvin, Stick to your day job man, stay out of politics, you’re making the brothers look silly!

The only thing I have to say about it is this. The Clinton’s were successful people, I do not have a problem with that, at all. They went to college, got law degrees and were successful at it.

Does that bother me? Of course not! Sorry, I am just not one of those kind of people, who hold grudges against people who are successful in life. There are Liberals and some Conservatives like that, I am not.

If it makes anyone feel better, Keith Olbermann, The Liberal’s talking head, has a 5 year contact with MSNBC for 5 million dollars. So, I really do not see all the fuss over the Clinton’s wealth is.

This is, where I believe, that John Edwards blew it, he went around talking about two Americas, all the while being wealthy himself. I never saw that in Hillary, she was successful, because she worked for it. I cannot fault her for that.

My take on it is this, anyone that has the ability to go out and get a good education and make something of themselves and is able to amass that kind of wealth, I say, God Bless them, and I wish them the best. I do not have a problem with anyone being successful, as long as it is done in a honest manner.

That is one of the issues that I have with the progressives and far left liberals, and that is their contempt of anyone who is financially successful. The Anti-Capitalist mentality. Capitalism, sorry to say, is the American way. Honest capitalism is even better.

This whole idea of "Give me something, for nothing", I believe is anti-American, It seeks to punish those who are successful. It forces those who have made something of themselves to surrender their wealth to those who want something for nothing.

Just my take on it.

Gee, I wonder, does McCain endorse Michael Savage’s hate speech that flows like a fountain on that show?

The reason why I ask this question is because, wasn’t it the Conservatives who want absolutely crazy over Senator Barack Obama’s Pastor?

It says that if you see a stranger, who is not a Muslim, either convert him or kill him. You want me to quote the Sutra? I’ll quote the Sutra! Page after page after page is about religion — a religion that teaches convert or kill. A religion that says oppress women, kill homosexuals, kill the Jew, kill the Christian, kill the infidel.

Page after page after page, and we’re supposed to sit here and listen to this rubbish about a religion of peace, and every day Bush brings in thousands of more of these throwbacks — throwbacks wearing medieval costumes, walking around, spitting on the ground every time they see a Christian, or a Jew, or a so-called infidel. These throwbacks think they’re better than you underneath it all, and 90 percent of them are on welfare. Ninety percent of them come in here, and all they do is breed more bombers. More bombers, and more bombers! And you’re telling me this is a sane country? There, I gave it to you from the bottom of my heart. If you don’t like it, it’s too damn bad. Go write the FCC. Liberal Talk Show Host Randi Rhodes Suspended for Name Calling

Randy Rhodes, Liberal Talk Show Host and suspected Lesbian and/or sex change recipient,  was suspended was calling Hillary Clinton and Geraldine Ferraro "Big F*****g whores".

Official statement from Air America Radio:

Air America has suspended on-air host Randi Rhodes for making inappropriate statements about prominent figures, including Senator Hillary Clinton, at a recent public appearance on behalf of Air America in San Francisco which was sponsored by an Air America affiliate station.

"Air America encourages strong opinions about public affairs but does not condone such abusive, ad hominem language by our Hosts," said chair Charlie Kireker.

Turns out, Kireker is a Hillary supporter. From what I have read, there is anger amongst Liberals about it too. 

To be fair, Rhodes was not on her show, when she made these comments, she was at a personal appearance. Someone recorded it and it was posted to YouTube. 

Of course, now at Huffpo, someone is calling John McCain a whore now too. Hey, At least they’re fair.

Editorial: In defense of Senator Debbie Stabenow

I am not writing this to defend the actions of Senator Stabenow’s husband.  The actions of Thomas Athans were deplorable.  If I were the senator, I would be seeing a lawyer and relieving this man of his burden of marriage.

However because the story of Thomas Athans has become the catalyst of great political fodder and blogger ridicule, and outright mocking by those of opposite political ideology.  Because of this sort of nonsense, I am writing a simple defense of Senator Stabenow as a Senator of the State of Michigan.  

I am quite aware of Senator Stabenow’s political stance, However, I am also aware of her performance in the Senate.  I can personally testify to her consistency in addressing issues brought before her.  I have personally e-mailed TONS of issues, brought to my attention by the John Birch Society, to Senator Stabenow’s office.

Senator Stabenow’s office was always faithful to reply to my e-mails to her, sometimes, the replies were even personal, and not a computer generated response, even though I am sure that some of the issues brought to her attention were in direct opposition to her political stance.

Further, of all the political representatives in my local area, other than one other political official for my local area, Senator Stabenow was the ONLY political official who responded to my e-mails, sometimes Senator Stabenow would reply to me personally via United States Mail, Even though she did not have to.

Therefore, I feel that this smearing by the Republican and Conservative Bloggers is just unwarranted.  We are not dealing with a seedy politician here.  We are dealing with a very nice woman, who has a husband who is an idiot.

I think that the Blogosphere needs to take a step back and leave this woman to sort out her own affairs.  I hope that she will do the right thing in the situation regarding her husband.

Hillary Clinton fired from Lawyer Job

This juicy bit of info came out yesterday and I didn’t get chance to Blog about it.

This comes via the guys over at HotAir.com.

An Article by Dan Calabrese basically removes any varnish off of Hillary Clinton’s Lawyer days. Calabrese quotes Jerry Zeifman, a life long Democrat as saying the following:

As Hillary Clinton came under increasing scrutiny for her story about facing sniper fire in Bosnia, one question that arose was whether she has engaged in a pattern of lying.

The now-retired general counsel and chief of staff of the House Judiciary Committee, who supervised Hillary when she worked on the Watergate investigation, says Hillary’s history of lies and unethical behavior goes back farther – and goes much deeper – than anyone realizes.

Jerry Zeifman, a lifelong Democrat, supervised the work of 27-year-old Hillary Rodham on the committee. Hillary got a job working on the investigation at the behest of her former law professor, Burke Marshall, who was also Sen. Ted Kennedy’s chief counsel in the Chappaquiddick affair. When the investigation was over, Zeifman fired Hillary from the committee staff and refused to give her a letter of recommendation – one of only three people who earned that dubious distinction in Zeifman’s 17-year career.

Why?

“Because she was a liar,” Zeifman said in an interview last week. “She was an unethical, dishonest lawyer. She conspired to violate the Constitution, the rules of the House, the rules of the committee and the rules of confidentiality.”

It is being reported that this isn’t really news, however, it is the first time that I have heard of it. So, far only Conservative Blogs are talking about it, I haven’t seen any movement by the bigger Blogs, but if this did catch fire, it could spell the end of Hillary Clinton. Because basically, she’s used her years as a lawyer to say she is ready for the White House.

Zeifman goes on to say at his website:

After hiring Hillary, Doar assigned her to confer with me regarding rules of procedure for the impeachment inquiry. At my first meeting with her I told her that Judiciary Committee Chairman Peter Rodino, House Speaker Carl Albert, Majority Leader “Tip” O’Neill, Parliamentarian Lou Deschler and I had previously all agreed that we should rely only on the then existing House Rules, and not advocate any changes. I also quoted Tip O’Neill’s statement that: “To try to change the rules now would be politically divisive. It would be like trying to change the traditional rules of baseball before a World Series.”

Hillary assured me that she had not drafted, and would not advocate, any such rules changes. However, as documented in my personal diary, I soon learned that she had lied. She had already drafted changes, and continued to advocate them. In one written legal memorandum, she advocated denying President Nixon representation by counsel. In so doing she simply ignored the fact that in the committee’s then most recent prior impeachment proceeding, the committee had afforded the right to counsel to Supreme Court Justice William O. Douglas.

I had also informed Hillary that the Douglas impeachment files were available for public inspection in the committee offices. She later removed the Douglas files without my permission and carried them to the offices of the impeachment inquiry staff — where they were no longer accessible to the public.

Hillary had also made other ethical flawed procedural recommendations, arguing that the Judiciary Committee should: not hold any hearings with – or take depositions of — any live witnesses; not conduct any original investigation of Watergate, bribery, tax evasion, or any other possible impeachable offense of President Nixon; and should rely solely on documentary evidence compiled by other committees and by the Justice Departments special Watergate prosecutor.

If any of the above is true, Hillary Clinton could be in deep trouble should this story begin tread water among the main stream media.

Ed Morrissey on this:

The right to counsel is considered one of the inviolable tenets of our justice system. It doesn’t speak well of ambitious attorneys working on a highly-charged political investigation that she wanted to deny someone the right to an attorney. Small wonder Zeifman questioned her ethics.

If all she did was to propose that as a tactic, that would not make it terribly concerning — but she did much more than just spitball ideas. When informed that public evidence showed a precedent for the right to counsel, she absconded with the files to eliminate the evidence. Does that remind anyone of later incidents in the Clinton narrative, such as the billing records for the Rose Law offices and the 900+ raw FBI files on political opponents of the Clintons?

For the sake of the Democrats and for the sake of this election, I am hope that this story just dies off and goes away. I mean, the Democrats have enough trouble right now as it is.

Should be interesting indeed.

“Sometimes invoices are not paid immediately because we need additional information for our records, or to verify expenses,” Carson said in a statement e-mailed to Politico. “Sometimes invoices arrive at the very end of the month at the cutoff of the reporting period, which means that we are required to report them as a debt on the current FEC report, even where they are paid in regular course during the next month.”

But the unpaid bills to Aetna were at least two months old, according to FEC filings.

Wow. Just Wow.

If she doesn’t destroy the Democrat Party, She’ll end up bankruptcy court. Either way. Life’s not going to be kind to Hillary.

Hillary Rodham Clinton’s cash-strapped presidential campaign has been putting off paying hundreds of bills for months — freeing up cash for critical media buys but also earning the campaign a reputation as something of a deadbeat in some small-business circles.

A pair of Ohio companies owed more than $25,000 by Clinton for staging events for her campaign are warning others in the tight-knit event production community — and anyone else who will listen — to get their cash upfront when doing business with her. Her campaign, say representatives of the two companies, has stopped returning phone calls and e-mails seeking payment of outstanding invoices. One even got no response from a certified letter.

Before I get into my comments about this, there are those in the Blogging world, that say that Politico has become a Barack Obama apologist organization. So, keep that in mind, when reading this.

However, having said all this, This cannot be good. I believe the writing is on the wall for her. She was basically caught in a bald-faced lie, about her Bosnia trip, when she was First Lady. Her daughter basically came across as a elitist snob, when asked a question about the Monica scandal.

Anyway you slice this, it is not good, and could be a sign of things to come.

I may not be an expert, when it comes to Politics, but it would be absolutely crazy to dump Gore into the mix, at this point in the race. There would be massive, and I do mean MASSIVE defections from the party.

Oh, So now that she is slipping in the polls, she now is trying to play the "Holier Than Thou" game. Sorry, I am not buying it, You lied about going to Bosnia. You lied and said you went under the sniper fire and that was proven to be a flat out lie.

As far as I am concerned, anyone who lies about her experience, anyone who lies about her trips overseas, anyone who’s attempt to get a national healthcare program, was a abysmal failure. Is not ready to lead on day one. Plain and Simple.

When you step back and think about it, she is amazing. She possesses the audacity of hopelessness.

Why does she go on like this? Does Clinton privately believe that Obama is so incompetent that only she can deliver the policies they both support? Is she simply selfish, and willing to put her party through agony for the sake of her slender chance? Are leading Democrats so narcissistic that they would create bitter stagnation even if they were granted one-party rule?

The better answer is that Clinton’s long rear-guard action is the logical extension of her relentlessly political life.

I hate to say it, but this article really does set it out for Hillary. It speaks truth to power about her.

I just do not understand her at all. She would rather destroy the Democrat Party and cause another 1968 Convention. I know, I wrote some rather mean stuff about her yesterday. I admit it, I cannot stand her. Her husband disgraced the White House, and I haven’t forgotten about it.

Her husband signed off of on a immoral invasion of a "Cultist" Christian commune, based on bad information and as a result, Seventy-six people, including 21 children and two pregnant women, along with their leader died. I haven’t forgotten about this either.

Yes, I know the leader was nutcase, however, that stand off could have ended peacefully. But no, the President stood back idly and allowed the ATF and FBI massacre those people, and their children, and when the fire trucks arrived, the FBI and ATF, refused to allow them in to put the fire out. Instead they allowed them to burn alive. I haven’t forgotten about that.

I also happen to know that, Hillary Clinton AND Bill Clinton, ruined the life of a well known financier, who came to rescue of Stan Lee, when marvel comics fired him. Bill Clinton turned right around and stole the very person, who could have saved Stan’s career. If that wasn’t enough, Bill Clinton pulled strings and basically ruined a man’s life. That man was Peter F. Paul.  I haven’t forgotten about this either.

I could go on and on, but I’d rather not waste my bandwidth and my writing talent on this feckless woman. She’s truly not worth it.

“I certainly do remember that trip to Bosnia,” she said last week. “There was a saying around the White House that if a place was too small, too poor, or too dangerous, the president couldn’t go, so send the First Lady.

“I remember landing under sniper fire. There was supposed to be some kind of a greeting ceremony at the airport, but instead we just ran with our heads down to get into the vehicles to get to our base.”

Helene Cooper, The Times’s diplomatic correspondent, reports the following:

I spoke with William Nash, who was the commander of U.S. troops in Bosnia and was at the Tuzla airport with Hillary Clinton. He said there was no threat of sniper fire at the airport during her visit. He said that Mrs. Clinton was gracious during her visit and took pictures with the soldiers, but “she never had her head down. There was no sniper threat that I know of.”

This is, as far as I am concerned, nothing short of a boldfaced lie. As an independent voter, I have lost any and all respect, which was not much to begin with. I do not see this as an isolated incident. I see this as a pattern amongst Democrats. First it was Bill Clinton, during his time in the White House, then it was Elliot Spitzer, and Mayor Kilpatrick of Detroit. 

Is this all the Democrats are good for? Lying their way through life? Whatever happened to just telling the goddamned truth? Whatever happened to honesty in Politics? Whatever happened to Integrity in Politics? It seems to be that it has been replaced by cheap thug bastards, who would rather lie their way through the White House and collect a paycheck to do a job, that they really did not deserve to obtain. Which is about what one could say about Hillary Clinton. Truth is, that this lying feckless bitch was only elected, because the people of New York felt sorry for her and she used her mantra of "feel sorry for me, because my husband fucked around on me." to get elected. I am personally sick and tired of seeing this goddamned closet lesbian tearing the Democrat party apart. I really wish that she’d drop out of the Presidential race and just go away and preferable die of aids or something.

Sorry if that sounds harsh, but fucking aye already!!! Enough is enough, from racism, to fear mongering and now just fucking out right lying out her goddamned ass to make herself look good. Does this feckless bitch have any fucking shame at all?

He went there, he really went there. He has since removed it. But dang, that was a low blow. Big time. Ouch. 

Although, James Carville’s comment about McCarthyism is totally uncalled for. Turns out that McCarthy was somewhat right about his notions on Communism. He was, however, a bit out of control, and also had some self destructive personal habits.

I believe before it is over with, the Democrat Party is going to be so broken, they won’t be able to win anything.

The November Election is going to be an interesting time.
