  1. Polls mean little. You might think I am crazy, but I’ll bet a dollar that barring any new unexpected crisis in the McCain camp, he beats O-Who by double digits.

  2. Any one who has gone through the hardship in the last four years know they can not stand another 4 years of the same. Let’s make a change and try to pull this mess together that has been created. We need jobs, money, food, clothes. We need to a good education for our kids, we need to take care of our seniors. We need to preserve our future income. Obama can do it, let’s give him a chance. I am a republican and I can not vote again for a republican because I have had some hard times and I don’t want to repeat.

  3. Jay,

As someone who’s been through my share of stuff too, I can understand where you’re coming from, and there is a good chance that Obama might just win the election. However, I just cannot bring myself to vote for someone who has had ties and friendship with a known domestic terrorist. Further more, the man’s polices are left of the Clinton’s and even FDR.

Lots of people that read this Blog, might have some sort of idea that I am a Rich Conservative. I might be a Conservative, but I am not Rich at all. Technically, I would be considered a poor class person. I have all of about 30 bucks in my bank account right now, But I am not in favor of big Government or socialism. I tried taking advantage of a socialist program, one where I got free CDL (truck driver) training, I passed, but I still wasn’t able to find a job that suited me.

So, I’m just NOT convinced that bigger government is the answer anymore. Social Security, I can understand, as it helps those who are poor and disabled and those who retired. But the idea that the Government should be the nanny of the people. I’m sorry, but that’s just wrong.

    Thanks for Writing,

    Paleo Pat
