My thoughts so far about Rachel Maddow’s Show.
Waaay too much Keith Olbermann. It’s not Keith’s show it’s hers. Please, Keith stay on your own damn show, please. Thank You, I watch countdown, and I don’t want Rachel’s show being Keith lite, thanks.
No theme music, where the hell is the theme music??!?!?!
That transition between Keith’s show and Rachel was gay as hell.
Show is the same format as Keith’s she needs to change it up.
That set, ugh! It looks like Dan Abrams old set, slightly modified. They need to get rid of the Red, White and Blue and come up with something a bit more…. Rachel?
“The Rachel Maddow Show”? It’s too damn generic, they need a name. I have an idea for a name. How about “Straight Talk with Rachel Maddow”? If you know anything about Maddow the name would be ironic.
T.D. Jakes?!?! Ugh. why him? He’s an idiot. (Believe me, I know…)
Rachel publishes her e-mail, Keith does not, go figure.
The show still reminds me of Abrams show, she needs to seriously change the look and the whole theme.

Pop culture at the end? Too damn Keith-like… need to work on that.
Control room didn’t switch to camera, made her look like a buffoon at the end. Nice work guys. 🙄
My final thoughts:
She has a TON of potential, she just needs to give the show more of HER personality and less of Keith’s and MSNBC’s. Other than that, she’s a very talented young lady. I will be watching to see how it changes of the course of the next few weeks.

I’ve loved Rachels ways from the first time she was on Keith’s show. I was so glad when they gave her the spotlight, she has made news more worthy. We don’t often hear folks like her and Keith giving us just the details we really need to hear to make up our minds. We know that the Bush Presidency has been up to no good for 8 years now, there are people who won’t believe it’s night until they turn the lights on. Rach your show was enlightening tonight.Thanks. Would you see about addressing McCains choice for not voting on the solar or wind energy bill that would have affected as many as 2-3 thousand jobs in Arizona,producing this many jobs. He didn’t even show up for that vote in the senate, and that would have affected his own home state. Is he that big a liar? Help us figure this one out.
Well, if you listen to what he says carefully he lies a lot. McCain is for prosperity and peace? what is peace about staying in a war? he says Obama cannot cross party lines? he is sponsoring a dang bill in the senate WITH Obama!!

The left and right both don’t offer these. And it’s hurting our democracy.
Our national conversation has been brought to a second grade level. Who cares about theme music, or Maddows or Coulter. I want actual information. This conversation about the nasty left and right doesn’t make anything actually happen. It’s pathetic. It’s not what the American people want, it’s not what our founding fathers want, and it’s definitely not what our country needs. Frankly, these conversations hurt our democracy. I’m sick of it. I bet if there was a survey all media would have an approval rating less than congress or george bush.

I wonder if this Crisis (financial.) could also be a distraction from the Russians landing in South America.?
Also if maybe Obama’s low poll rating could be a result of the whispering campaigns around the water coolers in workplaces wher vicious lies and distortions are constantly being manufactured and spread by workers who repeat them again and again.? Also misleading rumors in small newspapers with low readerships.?

I really enjoy watching Rachel Maddows. Shes very intelligent. I really can’t understand why Mc Cain teamed up with the team of tearing people down instead of building them. I’m very disappointed in Sarah Palins tactics. She claims to be a christian igniting hatred towards all those sick-minded attacks on Obama. Jesus Ignited hope and people embraced that hope. People attack Obama rearging the Abortion issue. I am definately not for abortion but I do believe that the church needs to make a stand against it and stop trying to push over the responsibility on the government. Last time I checked it was legal and mr. Bush didn’t do a thing about it. i can’t believe how decieved people are. People voting for Mc Cain don’t really know what they are voting for. They are very misinformed. I am a Christian and I am fighting for the chance of a brigter future with my family. funny thing is the republicans keep saying they fear if Obama wins this election while I fear if he doesn’t.
