A Perfect example of what is wrong with the modern day Republican Party.

I mean, I can understand people not liking what Keith Olbermann said, but it is really necessary to be that damned nasty about it?

I mean, after all, he did clarify what he meant.

Don’t get me wrong, I believe in free speech, but this sort of nonsense is uncalled for.

Update: As such as I thought, Cannot answer my question, so, they resort to personal attacks. So typical for your ilk. You see folks, this is what happens when you allow intellectually dishonest people near a computer. Keep drinking the Kool-Aid guys, and I’ll keep pointing you out to the Blogging world.

  1. Chuckie, Dan Collins, Jeff Goldstein’s mini-me, is calling you a bad person. This is from a guy who stalks his exes on the internet, calls Glenn Greenwald a faggot, uses the word “nigromancy” as a clever allusion to Obama’s charm, and knows people in his grad school hated him because he wore a crucifix! Dear Lord, Adkins, what could you have done to be a worse person that Collins?

Oh, yeah, defend Keith Olbermann’s obvious meaning from his special comment. If there’s one thing the Right hates it honesty.

PS Is it weird that a site dedicated to “intentionalism” is once again parsing an author’s words and telling him he doesn’t mean what he said he said? Or, is that just another reason to hold Collins in contempt?

  2. I hear ya man. Like I said up there in the post, that’s what the GOP has become. there’s no class anymore. Not at all.

It’s Sad, but it’s the truth.

  3. Nah, no proxy war. That one is as unwinnable as the war in Iraq. It does feel good to realize all they is lies and misrepresentations (check out Karl’s bs reporting Obama said Israel was a “sore”). Like you, the far left blogsophere and the far right are indistinguishable. Just rampant hatred for “the other side.” I am no fan of flip-flopping John McCain, but he is honorable war hero and fine public servant. i’ve read lefty blogs that go after him personally and recount Cindy McCain’s drug problems.

Then, I can go watch a Goldstein or listen to Laura Ingraham make up crap about Obama, a man so clearly more intelligent and gifted than the clown they have supported for the last eight years, and I can’t tell the difference. Going after wives? After neighbors (Bill Ayers said this). After twenty year drug problems?

This is how these goons want us to decide our President!

Just so happens that the right wingers are more personally vile and easier to rile than pissing off all of the Kos. And, a dude with Collins’s clay feet? Or that Karl guy’s reservoir of hatred? Or Goldstein’s litany of personality flaws? That’s just more fun. And, when abusing them inspires their retarded lemmings to join in!

the only thing missing was JD, the dumbest of the dumb.
