The New York times whines about not having enough graphic war images

You know, I am not a big fan of war myself, But, I couldn’t help by think of the utter hypocrisy of the article by the New York Times.

In essence, the New York Times is whining about not having enough graphic pictures of the war in Iraq.

Quoting a Liberal Photo boy in the NYT:

“It is absolutely censorship,” Mr. Miller said. “I took pictures of something they didn’t like, and they removed me. Deciding what I can and cannot document, I don’t see a clearer definition of censorship.”

This will be continued after the jump… (Warning: the rest contains graphic photos, Not safe for kids!)

One of his Photographs:

I won’t display it here in it’s full size. click on it, if you wish to look at it bigger.

Why this strikes me as so hypocritical is the fact that people like Keith Olbermann and his head exploding liberal mantra, go absolutely ape when someone or some publication displays images from 9/11, or someone who puts a billboard with images from 9/11.  But yet, to further and fuel the left’s anti-American, Anti-war, rhetoric, they want to display graphic war images of war dead.

My feelings are that using ANY sort of war photo for cheap political gain or to make some sort of a political statement is morbid and wrong.  Likewise using a photo from the attacks September 11, 2001 for political purposes is also morbid and wrong.  It is called respecting the dead, manners, and personal responsibility, something that the left knows absolutely nothing about at all.  I say that, not has a lighted hearted or empty slam against the left, I know it because I was on their side at one time.  The left’s whole entire mission is stop this war, at all costs, no matter matter whom you hurt, exploit or destroy.

It just strikes me as quite sad, that this image here:

911attack

To the left, have been become nothing more than a quaint memory. A memory that we should just forget and move on from. A tragic event that was, of course, the Republicans fault.

Do you see now, why I left, the left of center position?
